为解决目前变电站二次回路因数字化设计水平低下,无法进行有效数字化移交,制约后续各环节高级应用发展的问题,提出一种基于逻辑接口模型和子图同构的二次回路自动设计方法。首先提出屏柜逻辑接口模型,用以描述对外功能区域、功能分组等全部设计信息;其次,按照逻辑接口模型提取间隔数据,构建相应拓扑图形,并建立典型数据模板库;为了实现对模板库的快速匹配,对图形匹配VF2算法进行改进,实现局部信息与模板库的子图同构判断;最后,根据数据模板快速匹配方法以及数据模板与逻辑接口模型的映射关系,实现二次回路的自动设计。 相似文献

为研发一种适合电网运检用户使用的变电站保护室巡视机器人装备,提出了一种基于支持向量机(SVM)的变电站保护室数显仪表数字识别方法,用于对机器人所拍摄的数显仪表数据进行自动化识别和监测。首先对机器人所拍摄的图片进行自定义阈值分割,并寻找连通域的最小外接矩形,获取图像中的数显仪表区域;然后对获取的数显仪表区域依次执行灰度化、中值滤波、图像增强、数字分割、自适应二值化和归一化操作,实现对数显仪表区域的预处理,获取单个数字;最后,将经过小数点处理后的单个数字图像块输入构建的多元SVM分类器,实现对单个数字的识别。实验结果表明,所提出的方法能够达到96.3%的正确识别率,可用于变电站保护室小型巡视机器人的智能巡检工作。 相似文献

been proposed in order to accommodate the needs of power grid development. In China, digital substations have
been widely applied. Moreover, as the worldwide interest and development in smart grid have increased
significantly, the digital information availability and communication capability of modern substation have been
improved. Different with traditional substation protection configuration based on local information, Integrated
Protection (IP) is used to denote the integration of several protective devices for multiple power equipment within
the substation into one protective relay, obtaining all the real time information of the substation by communication
network. The analysis of sharing information and cooperation among different protection functions helps to realize
more reliable and sensitive fault detection. This paper describes several different integrated protection schemes and
their respective advantages and disadvantages. The principles and functions applied in integrated protection
systems are addressed to provide an overview of the current state of the technology. A new coordinated
protection system based on inter-substation information is proposed and simulation study is discussed to verify the

传统的微机继电保护系统通过设备双重化配置来提高可靠性,这种方案并没有充分利用变电站内的各种保护信息,且在一定程度上造成了投资浪费。文章以基于IEC 61850标准以及电子式互感器的新型数字化变电站通信网络为基础,提出了解决保护装置失效和数字互感器失效的新型可靠性技术方案,分别是共享备用保护单元和软后备信号流切换;并依据IEC 61850标准确立了两种方案的逻辑节点和逻辑结构。通过分析多播应用关联(multicast application association,MCAA)模型与双边应用关联(two party application association,TPAA)模型的优缺点,确立了逻辑节点间的关联模型,并选择面向通用对象的变电站事件(generic object oriented substation events,GOOSE)快速报文作为主要通信格式。通过OPNET网络仿真得到了两 相似文献

为实现电网模型的统一维护和一致性共享,提出了基于监控中心公共信息平台的“源端维护、全网共享”的纵向一体化概念,即变电站站端和监控(调度)中心之间的模型一体化.对于电网模型的描述涉及诸多环节和系统,而以变电站综自(子站)系统为模型源端,可以实现对电网的唯一描述和最优化的维护模式.文中阐述了实现变电站子站(或综自)系统与监控(或调度)中心之间模型和图形等信息的共享架构,此架构中共享的模型不仅包括一次电网模型、二次装置模型,还有变电站综自系统与监控(调度)主站通信所需的通信模型.本文提出的统一模型维护的架构也可满足智能变电站以及IEC61850变电站的发展需要. 相似文献

在分析电网信息物理系统(GCPS)逻辑结构的基础上,提出一种基于集合论的GCPS交互建模方法。通过剖析电力能量流与信息流的耦合方式,将GCPS定义为物理对象集合与信息对象集合之间的关系。分解GCPS为电源子系统和负荷子系统,从输入、输出和状态三方面描述其行为水平与状态结构水平,并建立子系统的网络结构图。在当前电网拓扑结构的约束下,采用"纵向金字塔汇集、横向逻辑互联"的组网规则,实现GCPS子系统的逐级耦合与互联,构建完整的GCPS架构。对典型测试系统的案例分析说明了GCPS模型的有效性和应用价值。 相似文献

一次故障信息建模是电网继电保护故障信息系统的基础。首先提出一次故障信息模型,该模型由电网、变电站、间隔、IED等4层组成,IED的一次故障信息模型是其基础。并对模型的关联和参数,结合继电保护装置和故障录波器的信息输出特点,提出了具体的识别方法。该方法已在浙江省电网继电保护故障信息系统进行了应用。 相似文献

以分布式光伏电站为背景,基于IEC61850的信息模型,提出了一种由SCL向C++映射的通用思路,并以光伏电站中常见的ZINV(逆变器)节点为例,简单描述了IED设备的SCL文件的建立,SCL转换到C++的方法。映射中引入XSLT,简化了映射过程。IEC 61850旨在实现数字化变电站中不同厂商的设备之间的互操作性,标准中采用了面向对象的建模方法,其内容与面向对象的程序设计(OOP)能够很好的契合。借助于OOP(C++)的类、继承、多态性等特点,契合了标准的要求,达到了互操作性的目的。 相似文献
