世界胶粘剂销售量年均增长3%,目前已超过1000万吨。其中美国占41%,欧洲占34%,日本占10%,其它占15%。其销售金额年均增长5%,1992年约为163亿美元。其中美国约占36%,西欧占33%,其它占31%。工业用胶粘剂应用市场构成:纸、包装及其有关应用领域为35%,建筑和工程为24%,木材加工为对%,汽车等运输业为10%,其它10%。按产品类型分类:水系胶45%;热熔胶20%;溶剂胶15%,反应型胶10%,其它10%(重量)。1994年我国胶粘剂产量为255.33万吨,其中合成胶粘剂为95.33万吨,天然胶粘剂为16O万吨。其用途分布如下:今后主… 相似文献

建筑用胶粘剂发展强劲 随着我国建筑业的迅速发展,建筑用胶粘剂的用量迅速增加,预计2000年所有建筑用胶粘剂的总消费量将超过60万,其中装饰用胶55万,密封胶4.5万,结构胶0.5万。装饰用胶的胶种及其用量基本不变;结构胶仍将以环氧树脂胶为主,但用量有较大增长;密封胶的产品结构将有较大变化,有机硅密封胶和聚氨酯密封胶的用量占密封胶总用量的比例将由现在的大约30%增加到60%,成为我国建筑密封胶的主导产品,其中有机硅密封胶2万,聚氨酯密封胶0.6万。 相似文献

Perspectives for the manufacture of PVC that does not contain liable groups in the backbone are considered. If achieved, such manufacture will provide a drastic increase in the intrinsic stability of the polymeric products, the possibility of processing PVC with minimal contents or in the total absence of stabilizers and other chemical additives, and the opportunity of creating materials and products based on PVC with increased service lifetimes. The data presented allow creation of rigid, semirigid, and flexible (plasticized) materials and products with minimal contents of chemical additives and increased service lifetimes under natural and special conditions. 相似文献

The thermo‐oxidative stability of widely used polymer additives has been investigated. A comparative analytical approach with classic and innovative decomposition models for polymer additives was conducted and the results supported using quantum‐chemical calculations. Unique pyrolysis products of the analytes were compiled utilizing pyrolysis online coupled to gas chromatography followed by mass spectrometric detection (Pyr‐GC–MS). The pyrolysis was either performed under inert conditions or in an oxygen‐containing atmosphere. Squalane was applied as polymer‐mimicking liquid next to low density polyethylene (LDPE) and polyamide 6 (PA 6) as matrices for 10 selected additives. The additives included in this study range from antioxidants and plasticizers to processing aids. These were selected to address a range of application in consumer products and to cover different chemical classes. The toxicological relevance of additives and potential breakdown products was considered. Consequently, degradation of sterically hindered antioxidants, diarylamines, and a trimellitic acid derivative was investigated. The findings were used to predict the behavior of consumer products made of polymeric materials entailing additives. The level of Antioxidant 2246 [2‐tert‐butyl‐6‐[(3‐tert‐butyl‐2‐hydroxy‐5‐methylphenyl)methyl]‐4‐methylphenol] and one of its predicted decomposition products was determined in baby bottle nipples made of natural rubber [2‐tert‐butyl‐4‐methylphenol] utilizing the complementary technique of gas chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (GC–MS/MS). This study provides a comprehensive characterization of important polymer additives and enables the prioritization of degradation products for further risk assessment. J. VINYL ADDIT. Experimental results are presented on combustion in air of ultradisperse aluminum powder with additives of ultradisperse powders of copper, nickel, iron, tin, silicon, graphite, boron, tungsten, and molybdenum.X-Ray diffraction and chemical analyses were used to study the composition of the end products. A tin additive has an inhibiting action on the chemical combining of air nitrogen as aluminum nitride and oxynitride, whereas iron, tungsten, and molybdenum additives favor an increase in nitrogen content.
