简介预分散橡胶助剂母胶粒/片的质量控制。金属氧化物、短纤维、硫化剂、促进剂、防焦剂、防老剂、发泡剂和粘合剂等橡胶助剂可制成预分散母胶粒/片。预分散橡胶助剂母胶粒/片的载体有丁苯橡胶、天然橡胶、顺丁橡胶、氟橡胶等通用橡胶和特种橡胶。预分散橡胶助剂母胶粒/片的质量控制要点为:橡胶助剂的有效成分含量高,粒径小、分布窄,分散性良好。预分散橡胶助剂母胶粒/片的塑性和隔离效果好,高温下不结块、不粘连。  相似文献

采用预分散包覆造粒法制备橡胶基体预分散母粒。通过扫描电子显微镜、高级流变扩展系统和凝胶渗透色谱对橡胶基体品种、预分散体及其混炼胶进行研究。结果表明:低相对分子质量丁苯橡胶(LMWSBR)与促进剂NS的复合相容性和尺寸均匀性较好;LMWSBR制备的促进剂NS预分散体的临界应变值增大,在低频区域其弹性模量(G′)与频率(ω)的lg G′-lgω曲线出现平台,反映出网络的生成,而其高频区的流动性优于高相对分子质量丁苯橡胶(HMWSBR)制备的预分散体,这对预分散体的储存和加工有利;预分散体混炼胶的焦烧时间更长,加工安全性好。  相似文献

Carbon black/natural rubber latex masterbatch in the form of spherical beads was prepared according to the acid-precipitation method. High-loading carbon black (40 phr) was incorporated in natural rubber with the aid of a nonionic surfactant (Nonidet P40). Shearing the beads in an internal mixer provided good integration of carbon black in the rubber matrix and hence the high bound rubber content. Results confirmed the contribution of chemical interaction to the bound rubber content. By an oxidation process, the size of modified carbon black was reduced, whereas the large agglomeration took place in the case of partially graphitized carbon black. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 通过水相悬浮法制备了氯化胶粉,并用氯化胶粉对聚氯乙烯(PVC)进行了改性。结果表明:提高反应温度和延长反应时间都可使胶粉氯含量增加;随氯化胶粉用量的增加,改性PVC的拉伸强度、弯曲强度下降,但其断裂伸长率提高;综合氯化胶粉的氯含量对PVC各项力学性能的影响程度,取氯质量分数为20%~40%时可对PVC起到较好的增韧效果,同时断裂伸长率增加。  相似文献

A novel method for the preparation of short nylon fiber–natural rubber composites was developed in which short fibers chopped to approximately 6 mm were incorporated in the latex stage and processed into sheet form. By this method, mixing cycle time was reduced without compromising the fiber dispersion. Fiber breakage during mixing was reduced. The new composites when compounded with a dry bonding system based on hexamethylenetetramine, resorcinol and hydrated silica (HRH) showed improved modulus, tensile strength and abrasion resistance compared to conventional composites. Tear strength, resilience, and compression set were similar to the conventional composites. Radiation damage to fillers such as carbon black, graphite and silica induced by high doses of γ‐radiation or neutrons dramatically increases their ability to adsorb rubber irreversibly. In fact, the ‘bound rubber’, ie the amount of non‐extractable rubber which remains irreversibly linked to the filler matrix, increases dramatically in radiation‐treated fillers. The increased adsorption power of radiation‐damaged fillers has been attributed to the formation of a higher concentration of surface defects in the form of trapped free radicals, fullerene‐like structures and other kinds of defects. The mechanical properties of rubber compounds filled with radiation‐treated carbon blacks show a significant increase in their reinforcing effects, in line with the increased ability to form ‘bound rubber’. © 2001 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献
