轮胎摩擦是关系汽车安全行驶的重要力学行为,汽车的操纵稳定性主要来自轮胎/路面间的摩擦力。对轮胎的研究具有重要的意义。大量的研究表明,轮胎的摩擦系数不仅与摩擦表面材料性能有关,而且与载荷、表面形态、相对滑动速度、环境因素有关。所有这些影响因素都不是线性的关系,本文努力从不同的角度详细地阐述轮胎的研究进展情况。橡胶摩擦特性是轮胎研究的基础,橡胶的粘弹性是橡胶的摩擦学的中心,可见橡胶的粘弹性是关键。通过对相关研究成果的分析。指出了下一步研究方向。 相似文献

介绍了橡胶加工中研究生胶与金属表面摩擦性能的意义和进展。由微观和唯象分析建立了橡胶粘附摩擦的理论模型。通过对模型的分析和实验验证,提出了提高加工设备生产能力的新途径:(1)密炼机、挤出机、压延机温度控制采用温水冷却,使其处于最佳工作状态;(2)通过合理选择设备材料,改变材料表面能来增大胶料与它们之间的摩擦力;(3)在压力较大的条件下,在密炼室或机简内壁与轴线同方向加工浅的光滑槽可明显改善加工性能。 相似文献

摩擦系数是轮胎有限元分析的一个关键输入参数,橡胶材料的摩擦系数具有接触压力和滑移率依赖性,而传统的分析大多将摩擦系数设置为常值,因此本文主要分析不同摩擦系数设置方式对轮胎分析的影响。结果显示,摩擦系数随接触压力变化能够影响轮胎纵向力曲线幅值,并且对侧偏时的回正力矩峰值角度有影响;摩擦系数随滑移率变化能够影响轮胎纵向力曲线形状;翻倾力矩曲线对摩擦系数的设置方式并不敏感。本文可为轮胎设计、车胎配套分析和胎面材料配方设计提供指导。 相似文献

The devulcanization of ground tire rubber (GTR) was carried out with a self-designed pan-mill type mechanochemical reactor.
Gel fraction and crosslink density measurements confirmed the occurrence of stress induced mechanochemical devulcanization
of GTR. The partially devulcanized GTR (dGTR) was blended with virgin natural rubber (NR) at different ratios. The curing
characteristics and mechanical properties of these composites were investigated and compared with those composites of raw
ground tire rubber (rGTR) and NR. The results showed that the tensile properties of the dGTR/NR vulcanizates were much better
than those of the rGTR/NR vulcanizates, which are comparable to or even better than the virgin vulcanizate, indicating the
significant benefit of mechanochemical devulcanization. At the GTR content of 10%, the tensile strength of the dGTR/NR blends
increased to 23.2 MPa from 13.7 MPa of the rGTR/NR blends, enhanced by 69% through partial devulcanization of GTR, and the

Ground rubber tire (GRT) powder was maleated in an internal mixer using maleic anhydride and dicumyl peroxide at 160°C. Maleated GRT was characterized by using X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, wettability, and differential scanning calorimetry. The physical properties of the dynamically vulcanized 60 : 40, rubber : plastic composition based on acrylated high‐density polyethylene as the plastic phase and ethylene propylene diene rubber containing maleated GRT as the rubber phase were found to be greater than the corresponding composition containing nonmaleated GRT.
