Information resources reorganization and sharing platform of national scientific & technical document service in China

Reorganization of network information resources for scientific and technical (scitech for abbreviation)documents and development of information infrastructure have brought a great change in China's scitech documentation information sharing.It integrated not only information resources, but also systems, technologies and funds.High quality services and effective resources sharing are the main goals of the platform construction.The paper describes briefly the principles and aims of the integration of the scitech information resources and networks.The services of the sharing platforms have been also introduced.

基于组织机构代码信息进行数据挖掘与属性关联分析的方法初探

本文以涵盖各类单位动态基本信息的全国组织机构代码数据库为基础,依托当前自然语言自动处理技术的成功经验和研究成果,探究实现大规模机构信息自由文本数据的信息抽取、切分词优化、统计分类推断、属性关联分析等方法。为"全国组织机构代码共享平台"实现核心字段动态自动翻译、知识发现、数据质量提高,以及信息自动填补等方面提供关键技术支撑,进而为提高数据库信息利用率提供技术参考,为积极推进国家电子政务信息建设做出有益探索。     

Research and Development of a Network—Based Intelligent Maintenance Information System

A maintenance information system is an important part of equipment management.An intelli-gent maintenance information system(IMIS)is a synthesis of network technology,information technology and intelligent technology.The IMIS in used to finish flexible maintenance decision-making and fast main-tenance planning,which helps enterprises to effectively reduce maintenance cost and increase working effi-ciency.Because the IMIS integrates advanced technologies,its performance is better than a traditional one.The difference between an IMIS and a traditional maintenance information system,and the functions,struc-ture,important realizations,and application of an IMIS are discussed in this paper.     

Maintenance scheduling of a manufacturing system subject to deterioration

This paper presents an integrated model for the joint determination of both optimal inspection strategy and optimal repair policy for a manufacturing system whose resulting output is subject to system state. An appropriate maintenance strategy is essential to optimize revenue from a manufacturing system which is in continuous operation and subject to deterioration. The optimum policy balances the amount of maintenance required to increase availability against the loss of revenue arising from the down time: insufficient maintenance leads to an increase in the number of defective items, low profit and low maintenance cost; excessive maintenance results in a reduction in the proportion of defective items, high profit and high maintenance cost. In this paper, an intensity control model adapted to partial information provides an optimal inspection intensity and repair degree of the system as an optimal control process to yield maximum revenue. The solution is obtained through formulating an equivalent deterministic Hamilton-Jacobi equation. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the behavior of the optimal control process. The optimal control process determines a solution to both optimum inspection frequency and optimal replacement policy which results in an optimal production run length of the system.

设备管理及维护信息系统是预防性设备维护的重要基础,对于机械制造企业提高设备管理水平和维护工作效率有重要意义。通过对企业实际情况的深入调查,分析了企业设备管理的信息需求及维护工作业务流程,开发了设备管理及其维护信息系统。该软件系统主要包括系统管理、设备维修资源管理、设备故障信息管理、维修工作管理、维修决策和维修数据分析六部分。该系统已在汽车零部件制造企业中实施。     

基于MIF的继电保护状态评价及其在设备全寿命周期管理中的应用

为准确评价继电保护设备健康状态,提升继电保护设备管理工作水平,提出一种基于多源信息融合技术的继电保护状态评价方法,该方法充分考虑了继电保护的技术特点;建立继电保护状态评价体系和评价指标,解决了多源信息融合技术在继电保护状态评价中的关键技术问题;建立继电保护状态评价及其在设备全寿命周期管理应用的功能模型和结构模型,确定了继电保护状态评价方法。结合目前继电保护设备全寿命周期管理的现状,有针对性地提出继电保护状态评价结果在设备全寿命周期管理过程中应用的解决思路,并开发完成基于多源信息融合技术的继电保护状态检修系统,应用于多家调度单位,验证了所提方法的正确性和实用性。     

Modern Maintenance Strategy of Electronic Equipment in Complex Electromechanical System

In this paper, the failure mechanism of electronic equipment was analysed. Aiming at the limitation of traditional maintenance modes, modern maintenance strategy was put forward on the basis of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) combined with condition-based maintenance (CBM)and maintenance efficiency review (MER). A maintenance management information system was constructed for electronic equipment for the purpose of failure analysis, reliability evaluation, and maintenance decisions such as time, mode, and plan. The best maintenance time could be predicted with failure analysis and reliability evaluation, which was mainly influenced by environmental stress. Suitable maintenance modes should be determined from equipment importance, failure aftereffect, maintenance condition, and economical power so as to ensure equipment reliability and decrease the requirement of the maintenance source.

Acquisition of new technology information for maintenance and replacement policies

In this paper, we propose the first model that considers the option to acquire information on the profitability of a new technology that is not yet available on the market for asset maintenance and replacement decisions. We consider the uncertainty of future asset characteristics by incorporating information acquisition decisions into a non-stationary Markov decision process framework. Using this framework, we optimise asset maintenance and replacement decisions as well as the optimal timing of new technology adoption. Through mathematical analyses, the monotone properties and convexity of the value function and optimal policy are deduced. Deeper numerical analyses highlight the importance of considering the acquisition of information on future technology when formulating a maintenance and replacement policy for the asset. We also deduce a non-intuitive result: an increase in the arrival probability of new technology does not necessarily make the acquisition of additional information more attractive.     

Effect of maintenance policies on FMS failures

The potential benefits of flexible manufacturing systems have been shown to be sensitive to maintenance policies. Much of the information being published, however, is based on policies developed and proven for conventional stand-alone machinery. This paper evaluates five of these maintenance policies in the complex, highly integrated, computerized environment of flexible manufacturing systems.

基于WEB的集团公司动态生产信息集成系统的设计与实现

从流程分析和系统建模的角度讨论了集团公司模式下动态生产信息的集成问题,并针对实际信息系统运行中存在的问题提出了相应的解决方案。使用UML建模方法,对信息系统进行了分析和设计,提出了一种基于XML的优化方案,以此为基础实现了基于网络的集团生产信息查询统计系统。

Research on Lifecycle-Oriented Open Framework of Fault Diagnosis for Equipment System

Based on the analysis of the whole lifecycle of equipment, we, in this paper, propose the lifecycle-oriented diagnosis and maintenance philosophy, and expound its connotation and characteristics. Then, we present its open framework of the lifecycle-oriented diagnosis view in detail, which consists of three levels: information model, net model and open space. The open space level indicates the alternation of the information, the integration of the structure and the modeling of the knowledge.These three levels reveal the synthesis of the diagnosis process effectively in length and breadth. Finally, the main work of the paper and the future work on this problem are discussed.     

The impacts of changing technology on information service provision at BASF

The integrated systems for providing scientific, technical and business information to employees of BASF are described. Topics covered include the two major information frameworks used––Blitz, an in-house chemical information system, and Sirius, which links the Information Resource Centers. Other topics include trends in the external information market, various aspects of the integration process, portals, and web services.
