基于普克尔效应的光学电压互感器的设计和实验 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
随着电力系统电压等级的提高,传统电磁式电压互感器和电容分压式电压互感器的缺陷如绝缘结构复杂、存在磁饱和及铁磁谐振等将日益突出。光学电压互感器可有效克服传统电压互感器的固有缺陷。设计了一种基于普克尔效应的光学电压互感器,阐述了其结构及工作原理。设计并制作了器件化的传感头以及实验用的屏蔽装置,搭建了光学电压互感器实验系统,利用数字闭环检测技术来进行输出信号的处理。常温下,互感器在0-2.5kV直流电压下的测试结果显示,互感器的输出具有良好的线性关系,表明该光学电压互感器设计方案的可行性。 相似文献

研制了一种采用 C32 CS型浮点数字信号处理板及数字信号处理编程算法的光电互感器二次侧计量输出接口。该接口设计简单 ,易于实现 ,适应于基于 Pockels电光效应的光学电压互感器、基于 Faraday磁光效应的光学电流互感器及基于其它原理的光学电压、电流互感器。实验结果表明其测量精度满足 IEC6 0 0 44 - 7电子式电压互感器标准 (试用版 )及 IEC6 0 0 44 - 8电子式电流互感器标准 (试用版 )的要求。 相似文献

现有的光学电压互感器(OVT)大多基于电光晶体的Pockels效应,即电光晶体在外加电场的作用下其折射率发生变化,使得沿某一方向射入晶体的线偏振光产生电光相位延迟,延迟量与外加电场成正比。由于无法实现对晶体电光相位延迟的直接测量,通常采用偏光干涉测量模式,将相位延迟转变为光强调制,通过对光强的检测实现电压测量。这种测量模式反映了光功率的大小,但仅能近似线性地测量有限的电光相位延迟,其稳定性与可靠性受到温漂、晶体附加相位延迟、半波电压等问题的限制,无法满足电力系统的实用要求。文中分析了偏光干涉测量模式的局限性,并对双光路补偿法进行了讨论。 相似文献

This paper deals with the principles, design, assembly, testing results and practical application of a new type of optical voltage instrument transformer based on the Pockels effect, developed for the measurement of DC voltage, with a view to the protection and control of DC power transmission systems including frequency changer power equipment. In order to develop more accurate devices, the authors conceived a new scheme capable of overcoming the particular problems of DC voltage measurement which cause measurement errors. In this scheme, the DC voltage to be measured is chopped and applied to the Pockels crystal. An optical DC voltage instrument transformer was developed and tested using this scheme. The results of the factory tests showed that the characteristics of the new device conform with the required specifications of DC voltage instrument transformers for the protection and control of frequency changer power equipment. 基于纵向调制Pockels效应的光学电压互感器(OVT),其电光晶体内电场分布的均匀性对测量结果影响很大。通过对多片晶体叠层的纵向调制OVT结构进行电场仿真分析可知,由于晶体内电场分布不均匀,当晶体薄片或光路的角度发生微小偏移时,其通光路径上的积分电压误差一般为0.2%左右,接近或超出了0.2%的准确级要求。为改善其内电场分布,文中针对多片晶体叠层的纵向调制OVT结构,提出了石英介质分层法,通过ANSYS Maxwell有限元分析软件和实验验证了方法的有效性。在保证有效提高半波电压和测量灵敏度的前提下,可以使积分电压误差降低到0.05%以下,保证了0.2%的准确级要求。 相似文献

为了满足高压及超高压电网对新型电压互感器的迫切需要,研究了一种基于保偏光纤模间干涉原理的高压电压互感器。用缠绕了保偏光纤的石英晶体圆柱作为电压传感头,被测电压通过石英晶体的逆压电效应来调制保偏光纤中2个低阶线性偏振模间的相位差,进而改变模间干涉输出光强的分布,通过探测模间干涉输出光强实现对被测高电压的测量。系统通过调整压电陶瓷的驱动电压使得模间干涉静态相位差为正交状态,并采取引入参考光路的方案剔除光源强度波动对测量精度的影响。实验研究结果表明,该互感器在额定被测电压附近能够达到0.2%的测量精度,能够同时反映被测高压的幅值和相位信息,满足高压测量领域对暂态变化的测量要求。 相似文献

Recently, optical voltage and current measuring methods based on a principle different from that of the existing apparatus have been developed. As the most promising method among them, a voltage measuring method which uses an electrooptic effect called the Pockels effect and a current measuring method which uses a magnetooptic effect called the Faraday effect have been proposed. The authors have developed an optical voltage measuring system based on the electrooptic effect in bismuth germanium oxide Bi4Ge3O12 and a current measuring system based on the magnetooptic effect of borosilicate crown glass for the purpose of utilization in electric power systems. As a result of the development, high accurate voltage and current measuring systems such as non linearity error less than ±0.4% and temperature stability less than ±1.0% were obtained. Furthermore, short-circuit current was measured with the current measuring system, and an accuracy within 0 to -4% in the range of 30 kApeak to 150 kApeak was obtained. When the measuring systems were mounted on the model of 70 kV class gas insulated switchgears, it was verified that the measuring systems had satisfactory linearity and temperature stability. 相似文献

An optical sensor using the Pockels effect can be a useful measurement tool in electrical applications where mapping distributed E -fields is required. Results from electric field tests with a 2 m sphere, and the voltage distribution of a 1100 kV cascaded test transformer are presented to demonstrate its utilisation. These results show that the optical sensor, due to its inherent dielectric link to the data acquisition electronics, can be utilized as a research tool in the measurement of the voltage distribution on high-voltage insulation systems 相似文献
