采用逐步杂凝聚法合成了Fe3O4/CdTe磁性荧光纳米复合物.以化学共沉淀法制备Fe3O4纳米颗粒,经油酸修饰后分散在表面活性剂中形成磁流体.CdTe量子点以巯基乙酸为稳定剂制得.最后以聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)为联接剂,成功制备了Fe3 O4 /CdTe磁性荧光双功能纳米复合物颗粒.该复合物颗粒平均尺寸为(30±5)nm,荧光产率为0.186,饱和磁化强度为15.745emu/g,该纳米粒子既具有优异的荧光特性,也具有较强的超顺磁性.  相似文献

肿瘤热疗用CNTs/Fe_3O_4热种子复合材料的制备及表征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用化学共沉淀结合水热处理的方法,控制一定的反应条件,制备了微波肿瘤靶向热治疗用碳纳米管/四氧化三铁(CNTs/Fe3O4)热种子材料,并对所得的复合材料进行了相应的检测。实验结果表明:Fe3O4纳米小粒子在CNTs的表面包覆均匀,具有普遍性CNTs/Fe3O4复合材料具有纯Fe3O4相似的超顺磁性,当CNTs的质量分数为10%时,其比饱和磁化强度为64.53emu/g,矫顽力为14.03Oe,可以实现CNTs在磁场中的定向;CNTs/Fe3O4复合材料在0~5GHz范围内具有较好的吸波性能,当CNTs的质量分数为4%时,CNTs/Fe3O4复合材料的吸收峰在2.2GHz附近,反射率达-19dB,频宽为1G左右。因此,CNTs/Fe3O4复合材料有望作为热种子材料用于肿瘤热疗。  相似文献

以化学共沉淀法制备了Fe3O4纳米粒子,壳聚糖经羧甲基化改性后接枝在Fe3O4颗粒表面,得到了磁性羧甲基化壳聚糖(Fe3O4/CMC)纳米粒子.利用透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)及磁性测试对产物进行了表征.TEM表明Fe3O4纳米粒子被CMC包覆,粒径约10 nm;XRD分析表明复合纳米粒子中磁性物质为Fe3O4;FT-IR表明壳聚糖发生羧甲基反应以及在Fe3O4表面的接枝反应.Fe3O4/CMC纳米粒子具有超顺磁性,比饱和磁化强度25.73 emu/g,有良好的磁稳定性.  相似文献

采用一种简单又经济的方法将Fe3O4纳米颗粒填充到碳纳米管中。透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)及其能谱附件(EDX)和X射线多晶衍射(XRD)测试结果表明:Fe3O4纳米颗粒成功地填充到碳纳米管中。材料的磁性能测试结果表明:碳纳米管中填充Fe3O4纳米颗粒后,在常温下具有超顺磁性,其饱和磁化强度由0.35emu/g增大到了13.15emu/g。Fe3O4纳米颗粒填充的碳纳米管可望应用于工程和医学领域。  相似文献

采用化学共沉淀法制备了磁性纳米Fe3O4颗粒,应用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对纳米Fe3O4颗粒的粒径、结构、形貌和磁学性能进行了表征和分析,并对其在染料废水处理中的应用进行了研究。结果表明,化学共沉淀法制备得到的纳米Fe3O4颗粒主要呈球状,平均粒径约为11.7nm,饱和磁化强度、矫顽力和剩余磁化强度分别为67.7emu/g,5.32Gs,1.6emu/g,具有超顺磁性。纳米Fe3O4颗粒能够快速处理含有罗丹明B的染料废水,并与活性炭粉末的处理效果进行了对比。纳米Fe3O4颗粒可从废水中快速分离,并具有良好的重复利用性能。  相似文献

采用化学共沉淀法制备了具有超顺磁性的纳米Fe3O4颗粒,并在清洗之后对其进行了双层包覆,首先用油酸钠进行第一层包覆,然后分别用聚乙二醇(PEG-)6000和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)完成第二层包覆,从而得到了稳定的Fe3O4水基磁流体。分别用XRD、IR、TEM和VSM对所得产物进行了表征,探讨了表面活性剂包覆机理和加入时机。研究表明,所得磁流体具有良好的分散性和稳定性,未包覆的Fe3O4颗粒的饱和磁化强度为80.380emu/g,用油酸钠和PEG-6000双层包覆后的颗粒的饱和磁化强度达到60.529emu/g。以PEG-6000为外层包覆剂的磁流体的分散稳定性优于以SDBS为外层包覆剂的磁流体的分散稳定性。  相似文献

采用共沉淀法在硅酸钠溶液中将磁性Fe3O4纳米粒子进行包裹处理,得到表面包覆SiO2薄层的复合粒子,并通过XRD、TEM、穆斯堡尔谱、磁性能测试等手段对包裹样品进行了表征。实验结果表明,共沉淀法制备的复合粒子由磁性Fe3O4粒子核和外部的SiO2包裹层组成,复合粒子的粒径分布为介于20~30nm,包裹后的样品具有典型的铁磁性特征,比饱和磁化强度Ms为23.250emu/g。与单一的Fe3O4纳米颗粒相比,磁性SiO2/Fe3O4复合粒子除了具有良好的磁学性能、较小的矫顽力、较小的剩余磁化强度外,有着非常好的耐酸性和抗氧化性。  相似文献

开发了在富氧Fe(acac),络合物体系中膨化氧化石墨制取氧化石墨烯/Fe2O3复合物的一步法.应用FT-IR、XRD、VSM、AFM及低温直流电导测量法对所制氧化石墨/Fe2O3复合物进行表征.FT-IR研究结果显示:膨化后,氧化石墨的环氧基团分解,同时形成了氧化铁粒子与氧化石墨烯复合物.AFM测试表明:在较高Fe2O3含量下,氧化石墨烯片层结构剥蚀形成厚达5 mm氧化石墨烯叠层.VSM研究显示:在室温和0.13 emu/g~5.5 emu/g范围内,全部复合物呈铁磁特性.这些复合物的导电性受控于准电子跃迁机制.  相似文献

采用化学共沉淀法制备了葡聚糖包覆的纳米Fe3O4颗粒,平均粒径为6nm,包覆层厚度约为3~5nm,纳米Fe3O4粒径分布较窄.红外光谱分析可知,葡聚糖与纳米Fe3O4主要以氢键结合,结合Zeta电位和热重分析,分散作用主要是空间位阻作用,葡聚糖的包覆量约为10%.吸光度测试表明,随着葡聚糖用量的增加,悬浮液的稳定性提高.用量为25%时,悬浮液在室温下静止1周,无分层现象.包覆样的饱和磁化强度为60emu/g,具有良好的超顺磁性.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. Several examples are presented to assess the properties of the proposed method.  相似文献

A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The production of ferrous metal increased during the Roman Late Republican period, Principate and Empire. The direct bloomery process was used to extract the metal from its ores using slag-tapping and slag-pit furnaces. The fuel was charcoal and an air blast was introduced by bellows-operated tuyères. Iron formed as a bloom, often as a spongy mass of metal, which contained impurities from the smelting process, including unreacted ore, fuel, slag and fragments from the furnace walls, while the metal was often inhomogeneous with varied carbon contents. Blooms were either smithed directly into bars or ingots or they were broken up, which also allowed the removal of gross impurities and a selection of pieces with similar properties to be made. These could then be forge-welded together and formed into characteristically shaped ingots. Making steel in the furnace seems to have been achieved: it depended on the ore and the furnace and conditions within it. Surface carburization was also carried out. Iron and steel were used extensively in construction and for tools and weapons. Fire welding was often used to add pieces of steel to make the edges of tools and weapons, which could be heat-treated by quenching to harden them.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.  相似文献

In the present study a high‐boron high speed steel (HSS) roll material was designed. Many expensive alloy elements have been substituted by cheap boron alloy, and high‐boron high speed steel roll has been manufactured by centrifugal casting method. The microstructures, mechanical properties and wear resistance of centrifugal casting high‐boron high speed steel roll have been investigated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, hardness test, impact test and wear test. The results indicated that the solidification microstructures of high‐boron high speed steel roll consisted of M2(B,C), (W,Mo)2(B,C), M3(B,C), M23(B,C)6 type borocarbides and martensite, a small amount of retained austenite. Borocarbides were continuously distributed over the grain boundary. After quenching from 1050 °C, local broken network appeared in partial borocarbides, and fine secondary borocarbide precipitated from the matrix. After tempering from 525 °C, the amount of precipitated borocarbide increased significantly. After heat treatment, the hardness of high‐boron high speed steel roll excelled 60 HRC, and its impact toughness excelled 8.0 J/cm2. The single groove steel rolling amount of high‐boron high speed steel rolls increases by 500% than that of bainite cast iron roll, when the rolls are used in K1 mill housing of bar mill.  相似文献
