06MnVL1钢系正火态交货的微珠光体低温(-60℃)用钢,在回火或焊接热循环作用下其母材及焊接热影响区的冲击韧性均有明显下降,严重是影响了此钢的推广和应用。对06MnVA1钢进行了试验、观察和分析,结果表明,这种钢的母材及热影响区经回火或在经受焊接热循环作用后脆化主要是由于超细的V粒子沿位错线的二次析出,以及回火温度和焊接热循环温度峰值达到或超过Acl后空冷时出现岛状相所造成的。  相似文献

研究了在非平衡态,即焊接热循环条件下,Nb-V-Ti微合金化C-Mn钢中总含氮量(以下简称含氮量一译者注)对焊接热影区(HAZ)韧性,显微组织和地为的影响。HAZ韧性随含氮量增加而提高,含氮量高达80ppm时,100J的转变温度最低。随含氮量增加,显微组织细化,固溶Nb,Ti减少,因而改善了HAZ韧性,经焊接热循环后,在Nb-V-Ti钢中观察到了Nb,Ti 事沉淀相。随含氮量增加,这些沉淀9粒子变  相似文献

本工作旨在研究StE355级海上平台用钢粗晶热影响区(CGHAZ)的显微组织和裂纹尖端引开位移(CTOD)韧性。研究了三种母材(40mm)厚。其中两种为添加了钛的Nb+V钢或Nb钢;第三种钢为未添加钛的传统StE355钢,它也进行了焊接,作为对比。制作了多道吕列埋弧焊(SAW)和手工电弧焊(SMAW)焊件,模拟了各种HAZ显微组织来证实焊接对韧性的有害作用;用光学显微镜和电镜检验了所有的焊接热影响  相似文献

通过模拟焊接热循环,在GLeeb-1500装置上模拟了v-Ti-N和V-N钢焊接热影响区粗晶区(GC-HAZ)的组织,并用示波冲击法测定了不同△(从800℃到500℃的冷却时间)试样的Akv值、解理裂纹形核功(Ei)和扩展功(Ep)。用光学显微镜、SEM和TEM对这两种钢高温奥氏体的晶粒尺寸、过冷奥氏体转变产物和各△条件下的冲击断口进行了定量分析和观察,探讨了加微量钛对焊接GC-HAZ的组织和韧性的影响。试验结果表明,与V-N钢相比,V-Ti-N钢由于含有适量的钛,使奥氏体晶粒及其转变产物显著细化,并且奥氏体转变产物的形态和分布也得到改善,这使V-Ti-N钢GC-HAZ的韧性显著高于V-N钢。  相似文献

通过抗裂性试验对HQ130高强钢焊接熔合区附近裂纹的产生及扩展行为进行了研究,结合超声波探测、金相和扫描电镜(SEM)观察对裂纹形态进行了分析。试验结果表明,HQ130 钢焊接裂纹大多起源于距熔化边界线20~60 μm 的半熔化区,一般平行于熔合区扩展或越过熔合区拐向焊缝。采用“低强匹配”焊材可提高焊缝金属的韧性储备,缓解熔合区附近的应力集中,有利于防止焊接冷裂纹的产生。  相似文献

用电火花切割方法,制备出10SiMnNiCr钢焊接接头母材、熔合线(含HAZ区)及焊肉的特殊试样。用真空加热炉分别作晶界、夹杂陷阱氢逸出处理,用离子探针测氢逸出量(或捕获量),结果是(1)焊接接头的晶界陷阱及夹杂物陷阱捕氢量依焊缝、HAZ、母材次序从高到低;(2)晶界陷阱是弱陷阱,夹杂陷阱是强陷阱。  相似文献

研究了焊后回火工艺(主要是回火温度)以STE355钢焊接组织的影响。采用1320℃的峰值温度分别2对试验样进行单道和多道焊接热模拟,然后在500-620℃的范围回火1.5h;用扫描电镜和透射电镜观察了焊后冷速没的试样在不同温度回火粕的显微组织变化,尤其是粒贝及M-A组元的分解转化;根据显微组织与性能的关系提出了相对合适的回火工艺。  相似文献

采用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机进行一次焊接热循环和二次焊接热循环模拟试验,研究100mm厚超高强海洋工程用钢F690焊接热影响区临界再热粗晶区的组织和性能特征。结果表明:大厚度超高强F690钢板在二次焊接热循环作用下,临界再热粗晶区(ICCGHAZ)生成大量M-A组织,由于这些M-A组织呈链珠状沿原始奥氏体晶界分布,严重恶化组织的低温韧性,导致热影响区局部脆化。因此,大厚度超高强海工钢不仅需要在成分设计时特别考虑焊接性能,而且还要在多层多道次焊接过程中严格控制焊接热输入量和层间温度,避免热影响区组织脆化现象。  相似文献
