目的:以6-姜酚为质量指标,建立牙膏中活性物含量的测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB—C18(Analytical 4.6×250mm 5-Micron);流动相:A为水,B为乙腈;梯度洗脱;流速:1.0mL/min;枉温:40℃;检测波长:280nm;进样量:20μL。结果:6-姜酚浓度在1.2~19.2μg/ml范围内与峰高呈良好的线性关系;相关系数:0.9999;回收率:98.88%。结论:该方法操作简单、准确、精确度高、重现性好,可用于含姜提取物牙膏中活性成分6-姜酚含量的测定。 相似文献

目的:建立阿托伐他汀钙原料药含量测定方法。方法:运用HPLC法,采用对照品外标法计算。采用ZORZBAX C18柱,以3.9 g·L~(-1)柠檬酸缓冲盐(氨水调节pH=5.7)-乙腈-四氢呋喃=60∶24:16为流动相A,3.9 g·L~(-1)柠檬酸缓冲盐(氨水调节pH=5.7)-乙腈-四氢呋喃=20∶60∶20为流动相B,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 m L·min~(-1),检测波长为244 nm,柱温25℃。结果:空白溶剂不干扰主成分检测,主成分与相邻杂质间分离度均大于1.5并达到基线分离。结论:本方法专属性强,准确度,重复性好,本方法可测定阿托伐他汀钙的含量。 相似文献

A heat pump dryer using normal air, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide was selected to dry sliced West Indian ginger (Zingiber officinale Roscoe) rhizome (3 mm in thickness). The drying characteristics were compared with each other and inert gas heat pump drying showed an improved effective diffusivity. Quantities of the main pungent principle (6-gingerol) of ginger, extracted from these dried samples, were determined by high-pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC). The evaluation included dried samples obtained by heat pump, modified atmosphere heat pump, freeze drying, and vacuum drying. Retention of 6-gingerol increased in the order of normal air drying, freeze drying, nitrogen drying, carbon dioxide drying, and vacuum drying. From this point of view, inert gas also showed a better retention of flavor compared to most other types of drying. 相似文献

采用高效液相色谱法测定6-APA中可能存在的杂质。方法按照《中国药典》2010年版。流动相为0.1 mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液乙腈(80∶20),稀释液为pH=5.5的磷酸盐缓冲液,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为224 nm,进样量为20μL,柱温为35℃。结果表明,该检测方法具有较强专属性,线性很好,杂质A、B的相关系数分别为0.999 4、0.999 1,准确回收率分别为98.1%、95.8%,定量限分别为9.992 6×10-8、1.004 8×10-7,检测限分别为3.330 9×10-8、3.349 1×10-8,杂质的相关条件符合规定。该方法简便、易行,结果准确。 相似文献

Ginger (Zingiber oficinale) has many applications in the food and pharmaceutical sectors as an additive in a number of commercial foods and beverages. It is valued both for its aromatic volatile constituents and its spicy, pungent constituents. Ginger, if taken in a proper dosage, has high medicinal value because it is useful in preventing motion sickness and has a calming effect on upset stomach. Dehydration helps to achieve longer shelf life and easier transportation and storage, enabling wider distribution of the product. But it is important to retain the 6-gingerol, the active component, during drying of ginger extract. The present work pertains to the optimization of spray drying of ginger extract using response surface methodology (RSM). A central composite method was used to design the experiments. Different parameters investigated include inlet temperature (120–160°C), air flow rate (40–60 Nm3/h), feed rate (2.5–4 mL/min), and atomization pressure (1.5–2.25 kg/cm2). Optimum drying conditions for spray drying were decided on the basis of different responses such as moisture content, water activity (aw), flowability, porosity, and percentage retention of gingerol. 相似文献

目的:建立HPLC法测定阿米三嗪萝巴新片溶出度.方法:采用HPLC外标法测定阿米三嗪萝巴新片的溶出度.采用篮法,溶出介质为盐酸溶液(0.5→ 1000) 1000 mL,转速100 r·min-1,取样时间45 min.结果:阿米三嗪萝巴新片溶出度测定二甲磺酸阿米三嗪在1.5~3.6μg·mL-1浓度范围内呈线性(r=0.9999,n=5),萝巴新0.5~1.2 μg·mL-1浓度范围内呈线性(r=0.9996,n=5),回收率分别为98.2%、97.9%,RSD分别为53%、3.9%;样品溶出度均一性好,在45 min时2个组分溶出度均达到80%.结论:本法简便、准确、可行,可作为阿米三嗪萝巴新片的质量标准中控制项目之一. 相似文献

论文对HPLC法测定水中2,4,6-三氯酚的不确定度的来源及影响进行全面分析,并对各个不确定度分量逐项评定。在各个不确定度分量中影响最大的是标准溶液引起的不确定,其次是加标回收率引起的不确定。结果表明:2,4,6-三氯酚的相对标准不确定度urel(ρ)=0.032;标准不确定度u(ρ)=0.00034mg/L;扩展不确定度U=0.00068mg/L,k=2。 相似文献
