The problem of asmptotically stabilizing a class of systems by means of continuous output feedback is considered. These systems are characterized by nonlinear terms, depending only on the ouputs. It is shown that for these systems stabilization via continuous state-feedback plus stabilization via output injection imply stabilization via continuous dynamic output-feedback. This generalizes a well-knwon result for linear systems.  相似文献

The problem of force/position tracking for a robotic manipulator in compliant contact with a surface under non-parametric uncertainties is considered. In particular, structural uncertainties are assumed to characterize the compliance and surface friction models, as well as the robot dynamic model. A novel neuro-adaptive controller is proposed, that exploits the approximation capabilities of the linear in the weights neural networks, guaranteeing the uniform ultimate boundedness of force and position error with respect to arbitrarily small sets, plus the boundedness of all signals in the closed loop. Simulations highlight the approach.  相似文献

Linear output feedback with dynamic high gain for nonlinear systems   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7
We propose a linear output feedback with dynamic high gain for global regulation of a class of nonlinear systems. The uncertain nonlinearities are assumed to be bounded by a polynomial function of the output multiplied by unmeasured states. The crucial point made in this paper is that a linear observer-based output feedback can globally regulate an equilibrium of strongly nonlinear systems, provided that a single high gain is appropriately tuned.  相似文献

This paper demonstrates a haptic device for interaction with a virtual environment. The force control is added by visual feedback that makes the system more responsive and accurate. There are two popular control methods widely used in haptic controller design. First, is impedance control when user motion input is measured, and then, the reaction force is fed back to the operator. The alternative method is admittance control, when forces exerted by user are measured and motion is fed back to the user. Both, impedance and admittance control are also basic ways for interacting with a virtual environment. In this paper, several experiments were performed to evaluate the suitability of force-impedance control for haptic interface development. The difference between conventional application of impedance control in robot motion control and its application in haptic interface development is investigated. Open loop impedance control methodology is implemented for static case and a general-purpose robot under open loop impedance control was developed as a haptic device, while a closed loop model based impedance control was used for haptic controller design in both static and dynamic case. The factors that could affect to the performance of a haptic interface are also investigated experimentally using parametric studies. Experimental results for 1 DOF rotational motion and 2 DOF planar translational motion systems are presented. The results show that the impedance control aided by visual feedback broaden the applicability of the haptic device and makes the system more responsive and accurate.

A simple robust scheme of parallel force/position control is proposed in this paper to deal with two problems for non-planar constraint surface and nonlinear mechanical feature of environment: i) uncertainties in environment that are usually not available or difficult to be determined in most practical situations; ii) stability problem or/and integrator windup due to the integration of force error in the force dominance rule in parallel force/position control. It shows that this robust scheme is a good alternative for anti-windup. In the presence of environment uncertainties, global asymptotic stability of the resulting closed-loop system is guaranteed; it environment with complex characteristics. Finally, numerical robot manipulator. also shows robustness of the proposed controller to uncertain simulation verifies results via contact task of a two rigid-links  相似文献

Robust MPC for systems with output feedback and input saturation   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
In this work, it is proposed an MPC control algorithm with proved robust stability for systems with model uncertainty and output feedback. It is assumed that the operating strategy is such that system inputs may become saturated at transient or steady state. The developed strategy aims at the case in which the controller performs in the output-tracking scheme following an optimal set point that is provided by an upper optimization layer of the plant control structure. In this case, the optimal operating point usually lies at the boundary of the region where the input is defined. Assuming that the system remains stabilizable in the presence of input saturation, the design of the robust controller is performed off-line and an on-line implementation strategy is proposed. At each sampling step, a sub optimal control law is obtained by combining control configurations that correspond to particular subsets of available manipulated inputs. Stability of the closed-loop system is forced by considering in the off-line step of the controller design, a state contracting restriction for the closed-loop system. To produce an offset free controller and to attend the case of unknown steady state, the method is developed for a state-space model in the incremental form. The method is illustrated with simulation examples extracted from the process industry.  相似文献

In this paper the problem of attitude tracking control for a rigid spacecraft is addressed. It is assumed that only attitude measurements are available, and thus spacecraft's angular velocity has to be properly estimated. Two alternative schemes are proposed in which the unit quaternion is adopted to represent the orientation. In the first scheme, a second-order model-based observer is adopted to estimate the angular velocity used in the control law. In the second scheme, an estimate of the angular velocity error is obtained through a lead filter. Sufficient conditions ensuring local exponential stability of the two controllers are derived via Lyapunov analysis.  相似文献

Robust nonlinear output feedback control for brake by wire control systems   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
This work proposes a nonlinear output feedback control law for active braking control systems. The control law guarantees bounded control action and can cope also with input constraints. Moreover, the closed-loop system properties are such that the control algorithm allows to detect—without the need of a friction estimator—if the closed-loop system is operating in the unstable region of the friction curve, thereby allowing to enhance both braking performance and safety. The design is performed via Lyapunov-based methods and its effectiveness is assessed via simulations on a multibody vehicle simulator.  相似文献

We propose a novel and simple design scheme of output feedback controller for a class of nonlinear systems with delayed output. The nonlinear systems considered here are more general than feedforward systems (upper triangular systems). By constructing an appropriate Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional (LKF) and solving linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), the delay-dependent controller making the closed-loop system globally asymptotically stable (GAS) is explicitly constructed. A simulation example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design procedure.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of output feedback control for networked control systems (NCSs) with limited communication capacity. Firstly, we propose a new model to describe the non-ideal network conditions and the input/output state quantization of the NCSs in a unified framework. Secondly, based on our newly proposed model and an improved separation lemma, the observer-based controller is developed for the asymptotical stabilization of the NCSs, which are shown in terms of nonlinear matrices inequalities. The nonlinear problems can be computed through solving a convex optimization problems, and the observed and controller gains could be derived by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities. Thirdly, two simulation examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, a new adaptive neuro controller for trajectory tracking is developed for robot manipulators without velocity measurements, taking into account the actuator constraints. The controller is based on structural knowledge of the dynamics of the robot and measurements of joint positions only. The system uncertainty, which may include payload variation, unknown nonlinearities and torque disturbances is estimated by a Chebyshev neural network (CNN). The adaptive controller represents an amalgamation of a filtering technique to generate pseudo filtered tracking error signals (for the elimination of velocity measurements) and the theory of function approximation using CNN. The proposed controller ensures the local asymptotic stability and the convergence of the position error to zero. The proposed controller is robust not only to structured uncertainty such as payload variation but also to unstructured one such as disturbances. Moreover the computational complexity of the proposed controller is reduced as compared to the multilayered neural network controller. The validity of the control scheme is shown by simulation results of a two-link robot manipulator. Simulation results are also provided to compare the proposed controller with a controller where velocity is estimated by finite difference methods using position measurements only.  相似文献

This paper discusses the problem of global sampled-data output feedback stabilisation for a class of nonlinear systems whose output function is unknown. A systematic design scheme is developed to construct a linear output feedback control law in sampled-data form. An explicit formula for the maximum allowable sampling period is computed to guarantee global stability of the uncertain nonlinear systems under the proposed controller with appropriate gains. Two examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design procedure.  相似文献

We present a new approach to visual feedback control using image-based visual servoing with stereo vision. In order to control the position and orientation of a robot with respect to an object, a new technique is proposed using binocular stereo vision. The stereo vision enables us to calculate an exact image Jacobian not only at around a desired location, but also at other locations. The suggested technique can guide a robot manipulator to the desired location without needing such a priori knowledge as the relative distance to the desired location or a model of the object, even if the initial positioning error is large. We describes a model of stereo vision and how to generate feedback commands. The performance of the proposed visual servoing system is illustrated by a simulation and by experimental results, and compared with the conventional method for an assembling robot. This note is devoted to stabilizing a coupled PDE-ODE system with interaction at the interface. First, a state feedback boundary controller is designed, and the system is transformed into an exponentially stable PDE-ODE cascade with an invertible integral transformation, where PDE backstepping is employed. Moreover, the solution to the resulting closed-loop system is derived explicitly. Second, an observer is proposed, which is proved to exhibit good performance in estimating the original coupled system, and then an output feedback boundary controller is obtained. For both the state and output feedback boundary controllers, exponential stability analyses in the sense of the corresponding norms for the resulting closed-loop systems are provided. The boundary controller and observer for a scalar coupled PDE-ODE system as well as the solutions to the closed-loop systems are given explicitly.  相似文献

This paper presents a distributed adaptive coordinated control method for multiple robot arms grasping a common object. The cases of rigid contact and rolling contact are analyzed. In the proposed controller, the dynamic parameters of both object and robot arms are estimated adaptively. The desired motions of the robot arms are generated by an estimated object reference model. The control method requires only the measurements of the positions and velocities of the object and robot arms, but not the measurements of forces and moments at contact points. The asymptotic convergence of trajectory is proven by the Lyapunov-like Lemma. Experiments involving two robot arms handling a common object are shown.  相似文献

The problem of global tracking control without velocity measurement of the so-called Euler–Lagrange systems has been paid a lot of attention for the past several years. In this note, a nice property of one-degree-of-freedom Euler–Lagrange systems is highlighted, which in particular allows us to obtain a new solution to the problem of tracking control for this class of systems. The solution is under the form of a linear-like observer-based controller which gives fairly good results, as illustrated in the simulation. The method can be generalized to any system having the same property.  相似文献

This paper investigates the problem of Hankel-norm output feedback controller design for a class of T–S fuzzy stochastic systems. The full-order output feedback controller design technique with the Hankel-norm performance is proposed by the fuzzy-basis-dependent Lyapunov function approach and the conversion on the Hankel-norm controller parameters. Sufficient conditions are established to design the controllers such that the resulting closed-loop system is stochastically stable and satisfies a prescribed performance. The desired output feedback controller can be obtained by solving a convex optimization problem, which can be efficiently solved by standard numerical algorithms. Finally, a Henon map system is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed techniques.  相似文献

The problem of regulating the output voltage of the Boost DC-to-DC power converter has attracted the attention of many control researchers for several years now. Besides its practical relevance, the system is an interesting theoretical case study because it is a switched device whose averaged dynamics are described by a bilinear second order nonminimum phase system with saturated input, partial state measurement and a highly uncertain parameter – the load resistance. In this paper we propose an output-feedback saturated controller which ensures regulation of the desired output voltage and is, at the same time, insensitive to uncertainty in the load resistance. Furthermore, bounds on this parameter can be used to tune the controller so as to (locally) ensure robust performance, e.g., that the transient has no (under) over-shoot. The controller, which is designed following the passivity-based interconnection and damping assignment methodology recently proposed in the literature, is a static nonlinear output feedback. This allows us to invoke simple phase-plane techniques to determine the exact domain of attraction as well as the admissible initial conditions that ensure the control objectives. One final advantage of our controller is that it is computationally less demanding than the industry standard lead-lag filters.  相似文献
