Asian travel industry, in terms of outbound travel markets, has been confronting the global accelerating competition in 21st century. Regarding to the outbound travels, the incumbent travel intermediaries (destination tour operators), the ultimate front-liners of tourism packages provisions is accordingly essential. Technically, estimation on the incumbent travel intermediaries is a series of multiple-criteria decision making (MCDM). Subsequently, this paper executes the implementation of focus group which interviewed 35 travel experts and further integrates the analytic network process approach (ANP) via the insights of host travel agency. Research results objectively enable the Asian travel agencies to evaluate the sustained travel intermediary as well as elaborating the service performance and quality.  相似文献

Constructing natural language interfaces to computer systems often requires achievement of advanced reasoning and expert capabilities in addition to basic natural language understanding. In this paper the above issue is tackled in the frame of an actual application concerning the design of a natural language interface for interactive document retrieval. After a short discussion of the peculiarities of this application, which requires both natural language understanding and reasoning capabilities, the general architecture and fundamental design criteria of a system presently being developed at the University of Udine are presented. The system, named IR-NLI, is aimed at allowing non-technical users to directly access through natural language the services offered by online databases. Attention is later focused on the basic functions of IR-NLI, namely understanding, dialogue and reasoning. An example of interaction with IR-NLI is fully worked out to introduce the main features of the system. Knowledge representation methods and algorithms adopted are then illustrated. Perspectives and direction for future research are also discussed.  相似文献

The notion of system thinking and the Industrial Marketing and Purchasing Group (IMP)’s findings have been emphasizing that “interaction is the basis analysis unit” of service systems or enterprises. Service system design is an attempt to change the outcome of a service ecosystem and make it more innovative in terms of figuring out not only who those entities are and what their outcomes are, but more importantly how they interact to realize their service values. The design of a service system could accordingly be viewed as changes made to the interactions. In the paper, system entity interactions are classified into patterns to become more analyzable, and different patterns can serve as measurements and guidelines for enterprises to follow and use to gain higher service value. To justify the important role of interaction in the service value creating process, a particular information system is developed and evaluated to explore the benefits of using interaction patterns for enterprise users to create their service values.  相似文献

In most of quality of service (QoS)-based web service selection systems, inexperienced end users are not the focal point of the design. Most systems assume that users could formulate their QoS requirements easily and are accurately using the provided query languages. However, oftentimes it is not true. To tackle this issue and emphasize more on the user-centered design of the service selection system, in this paper, we come up with a more expressive and flexible way for non-expert users to define their QoS queries, together with the user support on formulating queries and understanding services in the registry. Then, we propose an enhanced selection model that could handle both exact and fuzzy requirements, return two categories of matching offers—super-exact and partial matches, and rank them using a two-level ranking algorithm. A prototype system is implemented, and experiments are done using a real QoS dataset to show the system performance.  相似文献

This paper presents the results of a simulation study concerned with the design of a service delivery system. In particular, it shows how discrete event simulation can be used at the point of signing a long-term service contract to assess whether a service delivery system will be able to comply with the contractual terms over time. This study also proposes a methodology based on the Monte Carlo simulation to estimate the service demand in a context where the installed base evolves dynamically over time. Such a methodology has been used to verify the discrete event simulation model. This research is based on real data from a leading global supplier of human to machine electronic controls operating in the aerospace industry. This supplier has recently signed a major contract for the provision of several devices and related services. These devices will be installed on aircrafts progressively entering service over the next seven years.  相似文献

This article describes the creation and application of the Turk Bootstrap Word Sense Inventory for 397 frequent nouns, which is a publicly available resource for lexical substitution. This resource was acquired using Amazon Mechanical Turk. In a bootstrapping process with massive collaborative input, substitutions for target words in context are elicited and clustered by sense; then, more contexts are collected. Contexts that cannot be assigned to a current target word’s sense inventory re-enter the bootstrapping loop and get a supply of substitutions. This process yields a sense inventory with its granularity determined by substitutions as opposed to psychologically motivated concepts. It comes with a large number of sense-annotated target word contexts. Evaluation on data quality shows that the process is robust against noise from the crowd, produces a less fine-grained inventory than WordNet and provides a rich body of high precision substitution data at low cost. Using the data to train a system for lexical substitutions, we show that amount and quality of the data is sufficient for producing high quality substitutions automatically. In this system, co-occurrence cluster features are employed as a means to cheaply model topicality.  相似文献

This article examines the service design of freemium game pricing. Freemium games are a type of game that is partially free to play, but its players are able to access various options by playing real money. The article increases knowledge of the usability of service design processes in the pricing of mobile games, as well as the understanding of central aspects of freemium pricing models from the perspective of user experience and customer value. Existing research shows that one major reason for failing freemium pricing models is the orientation for technology development, alongside poor content and too aggressive monetization, rather than customer experience. The article presents a process in which an alternative pricing model was developed for freemium games, through the use of service design workshops.  相似文献

This article presents a novel collaborative service system (CSS) design methodology supporting the work of multiple participating users and collaborative services processes. The CSS application of music content creation paradigm called DesignStorming as it pertains to CSS modeling and developing. CSS is an interactive service system that can be systematic service innovation and automatic semi-automated value co-creation between service providers and customers to enhance service productivity. The objectives of this research are threefold─to propose a novel design methodology for CSS, to incorporate simple service machine (SSM) and intelligent service machine (ISM) for CSS, and to demonstrate a CSS application of music content creation. SSM is a road map that can be used to define the salient attribute elements for CSS design. According to the predefined SSM, ISM conducts modeling the cognitive process of service exchanges and service provision, their knowledge representations, and value co-production process for a computerized CSS. DesignStorming demonstrates how a CSS can be automated the interactive communications and problem solving processes during the music content creation work. The CSS application involves the three system components: 1) Ontology Developer, 2) SFGA Partnership Matcher, and 3) Co-created Value Appraiser. In addition, a service evaluation model is described and evaluated, so that some of their important characteristics can be identified. Such a comprehensive design methodology can provide the foundation for building future more diversified and innovative collaborative service system.  相似文献

为提高移动众包系统的有效性和可靠性,设计了一套完整的在线激励机制优化算法,针对用户到达和参与任务的异步行为,提出一种改进的多阶段反向拍卖算法,通过在线学习自适应确定密度阈值,动态选择最优用户集,并在每次交易后对用户的信誉进行更新,以指导下次任务分配。仿真结果表明,该优化算法满足计算有效性、利益双方正收益性和真实性,能在一定预算和时间约束下获得更好的性能。  相似文献

This study aims to advance research on crowdsourcing processes by exploring practices that foster collaboration between internal employees and external users. We conduct a case study of Miui.com, a crowdsourcing platform launched by one of the world’s leading smartphone makers and also a Fortune 500 company, Xiaomi Inc. Our findings complement previous work on crowdsourcing by showing that collaboration between employees and users can be promoted by building social translucence into the crowdsourcing process.  相似文献

为了让众包平台用户更方便准确地搜寻到合适任务,促进其能力水平提升,解决众包任务推荐动态性等问题,提出了一种基于多Agent的众包任务推荐系统。首先,基于众包平台建立多Agent任务推荐模型,提出了模型设计思路与模型框架,并进一步阐述了各Agent功能、相互作用关系与相关算法;其次,提出众包用户能力水平提升相关算法;最后,利用NetLogo仿真软件进行验证。结果表明,众包任务推荐系统可对用户能力水平的提升起到促进作用,证明了在众包平台引入推荐系统的必要性。并且分析了多Agent技术可提升推荐系统的动态性、智能性与灵活性等整体性能,促进了众包平台数据的管理与维护。  相似文献

In product design, the designer must draw upon many different types of information including both product-user requirements and design developments in related fields. As each designer has his/her own subjective opinion, an appropriate link between the user requirements and design features must be carefully developed to generate the most suitable design recommendation.The objective of this research is to develop a component design approach for the generation and evaluation of feasible design alternatives to help designers make the most effective design decisions. The development of the approach is based on the concept of component design and interaction links between user requirements and design output parameter values so that the design alternatives can be generated. A confidence interval for order statistics is then used to determine if enough unique feasible design alternatives have been generated. The research is presented in conjunction with a ballpoint pen design to demonstrate the feasibility and advantages of this approach.The results should provide designers with a useful method for the development of a design information system that will efficiently generate and evaluate a set of feasible design alternatives in product design process.  相似文献

为消除医疗卫生机构间医疗术语的差异性,实现对医疗术语的统一管理,综合考虑医疗术语词库信息可以通过本体进行完整保存的因素,提出一套本体存储模型.在遵循MDA框架下依照CTS规范,实现医疗术语本体的有效存储.利用JAVA EE架构设计一套基于本体的通用医疗术语服务系统,通过对系统的实际部署与应用,验证了医疗本体能够通过本体存储模型持久化于关系型数据库;该服务系统能够提供面向医疗领域术语的统一管理及检索服务.  相似文献
