针对筑路机械发动机和液压油过热的问题对原冷却系统进行了改进设计,采用液力驱动冷却系统和电力驱动冷却系统把发动机和液压油的散热问题分开解决,两种风扇的冷却能力都可用微控单元ECU根据发动机和液压油不同的散热需要进行控制,可以较好地解决筑路机械发动机和液压系统同时过热的问题。笔者对冷却系统的液力驱动进行了设计计算。  相似文献

开发了一种可全年利用烟气余热的联合循环双工况燃气轮机进气冷却系统。在气温高、进气冷却系统投用的情况下,能有效增加燃气轮机出力;在气温低、低压加热器投用的情况下,通过回收烟气余热,增加余热锅炉出力,提高蒸汽轮机负荷。介绍了进气冷却系统的工作原理,分析了进气冷却运行方式的初步运行结果。  相似文献

Cooling water systems and refrigeration systems are required to provide cold utility to chemical processes. Little attention has been placed on the structure and system interactions between cooling systems and processes. In this article, an integrated design and retrofit method for cooling systems is reviewed. For cooling water system design, a new design methodology has been developed for debottlenecking of cooling water systems. Reuse of cooling water between different cooling duties enables cooling water networks to be designed with series arrangements. This allows better cooling tower performance and increased cooling tower capacity. The interactions between the performance of the cooling tower and the design of cooling water networks are explored systematically. For refrigeration system design, a systematic design and retrofit method has been proposed for refrigeration systems using pure or mixed refrigerants. A graphical exergy analysis method, the z -H diagram, is introduced to help engineers obtain understanding and insights into complex refrigeration systems. The systematic synthesis method proposed in this article can greatly improve operating efficiency for refrigerant systems.  相似文献

Based on experiences with an operating solar cooling system in south China, a low temperature driven solar cooling system has been proposed, and a new model of two-stage lithium bromide absorption chiller has been developed. Test results have proved that the two-stage chiller could be driven by low temperature hot water ranging from 60 to 75°C, which can be easily provided by conventional solar hot water systems. Relying on the successes of the above system, an integrated solar cooling and heating system with two-stage absorption chiller was constructed (cooling CAPACITY=100 kW). Preliminary operating data of the system has indicated that this type of system could be efficient and cost effective. Compared to the conventional cooling system (with single-stage chiller), the proposed system with a two-stage chiller could achieve roughly the same total COP as of the conventional system with a cost reduction of about 50%.  相似文献

For the purpose of decreasing the peak electricity, balancing the on and off-peak electric load and utilizing the renewable geothermal energy, a new integrated system with cooling storage in soil and a ground-coupled heat pump is presented. In the integrated system, the moist soil acts as the material for cooling storage, and pipes serve as the cooling storage devices and geothermal heat exchangers simultaneously. In the cooling season, the cooling energy is stored in soil during the off-peak period and is extracted for space cooling during the on-peak period. While in other seasons, the system works as a ground-coupled heat pump for heating or cooling. A mathematical model which describes the charging and discharging processes of the integrated system has been developed and validated, and a computer code has been implemented to simulate the operational performance of cooling charging and discharging in soil. A parametric study indicates that the charging inlet temperature, tube diameter, moisture content of soil and pipe distance are important factors in determining the cyclic performance of the integrated system.  相似文献

A radiative cooling system consisting of unglazed flat plate radiators, water as heat carrier and a reservoir is presented. The radiators are twin-wall sheets made of a modified PPO (polyphenylenoxid) resin, which are proposed as low cost roof integrated modules. The thermal performance of a system with a radiator aperture area of 5.3 m2 and reservoir volume of 280 l has been investigated in experiments for Oslo climate. A parameterisation for the cooling performance of a tilted radiator surface for clear and cloudy atmospheres is proposed and applied to model the experimental results. The impact of the tilt angle, the aperture area and the reservoir volume on the cooling performance has been studied in simulations. The feasibility of a radiative cooling system designed for a single-family house at southern latitudes has been modelled. Except for mid-summer ambient temperature and high relative humidity, the simulations show that the radiative cooling system seems to cover the demand.  相似文献

为了满足由TBD620V12柴油机和1FR6 506-4三相异步发电机组成的发电机组中发电机的冷却需要,需分16 m3/h海水给发电机。通过计算该柴油机冷却系统传递的总热量及海水泵的流量,证明了分水的可行性;据传热学理论证明了海水在特征管路中的流动是紊流状态;通过完善原有结构设计实现分水,台架试验证明该柴油机的冷却系统在分水后仍能保证良好的冷却效果。  相似文献

There has been a limited application of liquid desiccant (LD) dehumidification systems in space air conditioning until now. The key elements responsible for this restricted implementation are leakage of desiccant solution, corrosion of components, and solution carryover along with the processed air to the space to be conditioned. To remove these problems, an evacuated tube solar heat collector-driven multichannel liquid desiccant air conditioning system has been proposed and experimentally investigated. In this study, dehumidification and regeneration rate, their effectiveness, cooling effect of the dehumidifier, and indirect evaporative cooling unit have been analyzed. The results obtained indicate that the process air has been dehumidified and cooled by 6.32 g kg−1 and 5.26°C, respectively. The regeneration rate and effectiveness have been obtained to be 0.26 g s−1 and 0.31, respectively. In terms of the cooling effect, the system output of 0.703 and 0.130 kW has been obtained from the dehumidifier and indirect evaporative cooling unit of the system, respectively. The proposed system validates the possibility of the novel solar-powered liquid desiccant air conditioning system concept and provides growth and development of the LD air conditioning technology for space air conditioning.  相似文献

内冷水系统主循环泵是换流站的关键设备,其驱动内冷水系统的冷却水流动,将换流阀工作时产生的热量带至户外冷却设备,完成换流阀与户外冷却设备的冷热交换。介绍了±500kV枫泾换流站内冷水系统主循环泵切换工作原理,通过阀冷却系统深度隐患排查,分析了内冷水系统中主控与被控的关系,控制系统中输入与输出的关系,切换逻辑中不合理设置和抗干扰差等隐患,提出了消除隐患的整改措施,并建议增加变频器直流侧或外接平波电容器,防止变频器因交流扰动重启而频繁切泵,增加事故隐患。  相似文献

This paper presents preliminary findings of the energy analysis of a cooling system with two-stage evaporative coolers using liquid desiccant dehumidifier between the stages. The proposed evaporative cooling system utilizes air humidity for cooling in humid areas and requires no additional water supply. The major energy requirement associated with this cooling system is the energy for regenerating the weak liquid desiccant. Reverse osmosis process is considered for regeneration by mechanical energy and MFI zeolite membrane is proposed for separation of water from the weak desiccant solution. Energy analysis has been carried out for the proposed cooling system. The COP of the proposed cooling system is defined as the cooling effect by the mass rate of water evaporated in the system divided by the amount of energy supplied to the system, that is, the COP is independent of the energy source.  相似文献
