以 4个不同结构的芳胺为原料 ,经过N 烷基化 ,N 氯乙酰化 ,酯化 ,酯交换反应合成了 4个 2 羟基乙酰胺类化合物 ,它们都是重要的农药中间体。其中N (4 三氟甲基苯基 ) N 异丙基 2 羟基乙酰胺的合成 :控制温度在 10~ 2 0℃ ,向 4 三氟甲基苯胺 ,冰醋酸与丙酮的混合液中慢慢加入硼氢化钾 ,加完后 2 0℃反应 2h得到产品N 异丙基 4 三氟甲基苯胺 ,产率 86 .0 %。升温至40℃ ,向N 异丙基 4 三氟甲基苯胺、甲苯混合液中滴加氯乙酰氯 ,滴完后升温至 75℃ ,通氮气反应 2h得到产品N (4 三氟甲基苯基 ) N 异丙基 2 氯乙酰胺 ,产率 92 .9%。N (4 三氟甲基苯基 ) N 异丙基 2 氯乙酰胺 ,甲醇 ,醋酸钾 ,三乙胺 ,碳酸钾 ,回流反应 17h ,得到产品N (4 三氟甲基苯基 ) N 异丙基 2 羟基乙酰胺 ,产率 88.2 % ,总收率为 70 .5 %。产品结构经质谱和核磁确定 相似文献

通过活性酯法将半抗原[1-(3-丙基羧基)-3-(4-异丙基苯基)-1-甲基脲]与辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)偶联制备酶标抗原.根据紫外扫描谱图可知酶标抗原的结合比为7.35:1.直接竞争ELISA法测定异丙隆标准抑制曲线的线件范围为4.28~276.99 μg/L,免疫反应的IC50值为39.74μg/L.对6种取代脲类除草剂的交叉反应率分别为0.48%、0.92%、0.32%、0.83%、0.31%、0.27%.土壤中异丙隆的加标回收率为96.75%~101.26%,变异系数为1.39%~3.02%. 相似文献

以双(三氯甲基)碳酸酯为原料制备2,4-二氯苯基异氰酸酯,研究了反应时间、温度、物料配比、催化剂用量对2,4-二氯苯基异氰酸酯产率的影响,并以反应温度、反应时间、物料配比为考察因素,采用RSM响应面分析法,确定了2,4-二氯苯基异氰酸酯制备的最佳工艺参数,即反应时间为2.76h、反应温度为67.41℃、物料配比n(2,4-二氯苯胺)∶n(双(三氯甲基)碳酸酯)为0.14∶1。在此优化工艺下2,4-二氯苯基异氰酸酯产率预测值为39.07%,验证实验中实际测得2,4-二氯苯基异氰酸酯产率为38.01%,预测值与实际值无显著差异。 相似文献

Unambiguous preparations of 2-(N-alkoxycarbonyl-N-phenyl)aminopyridine 1-oxides are used to prove that the product from 2-phenylaminopyridine 3 and phenyl isocyanate is the expected urea 2a . Recently a 1,2-dihydropyridine derivative 1 [4] has been claimed to be the product from 3 and phenyl isocyanate. The exocyclic nitrogen of 3 invariably reacts as the nucleophile towards electrophiles such as carbonyl chloride, esters of chloromethanoic acid and aryl isocyanates. 1H n.m.r. and 13C n.m.r. spectra support the assigned structures of the products from these ractions. 相似文献

The reactions of 2-methoxy-4-pentadecyl phenyl isocyanate and 4-methoxy-2-pentadecyl phenyl isocyanate with excess 2-ethyl hexanol originally reported by Ghatge and co-workers to follow zero order kinetics have been re-examined on the basis of their data and shown to follow more realistically the product catalyzed pseudo first order kinetics. The new rate constant, ks (sec?1) for the spontaneous reaction and kp (li. mole?1 sec?1) for the product catalyzed reaction are found to be: ks = 0.57 × 10?6 and kp = 34 × 10?6 for 2-methoxy-4-pentadecyl phenyl isocyanate and ks = 1.2 × 10?6 and kp = 82 × 10?6 for 4-methoxy-2-pentadecyl phenyl isocyanate. 相似文献

Side reactions of isocyanate groups in N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAC) were studied. Although 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) in DMAC was stable and no changes occurred at 3°C, the isocyanate content decreased and a gel was finally formed at 40°C. Using phenyl isocyanate (PI) as a model compound of MDI, the identification of PI side-reaction products in DMAC were studied. From these experiments, the following five products were identified; (1) 1,3-diphenylurea (DPU), (2) 1,3-diphenyl-5-phenylcarbamyl-6-dimethylaminouracil (PUR), (3) 1,3,5-triphenylbiuret (TPB), (4) triphenyl-s-triazine-2,4,6-trione (TTT), and (5) 1,1-dimethyl-3-phenylurea (DMPU). Among these identified products, the novel side reaction product PUR, which was formed between PI and DMAC as solvent, was found along with TPB and TTT, which were already known to cause three-dimensional network formation. 相似文献

The reaction of phenyl isocyanate with n-butanol in the presence of tertiary amines has been kinetically studied as a model process for the polyurethane formation under conditions similar to those of industrial scale production. The rate-determining step is believed to be the nucleophilic attack of tertiary amine on an associate of isocyanate with alcohol which is then converted into a very reactive uronium salt. 采用双光气法合成间甲氧基苯异氰酸酯。由它与 3 ,6 -二甲基 - 1 ,6 -二氢 - 1 ,2 ,4,5 -四嗪合成的新化合物 N,N′-二 (间甲氧基苯基 ) - 3 ,6 -二甲基 - 1 ,4-二氢 - 1 ,2 ,4,5 -四嗪 - 1 ,4-二甲酰胺对 P3 88和 A- 5 4 9肿瘤细胞生长具有明显抑制作用。同时改进了以间氨基苯酚为原料制备间甲氧基苯胺的工艺。 相似文献
