The Planck's formula connecting an energy and frequency of quantum is known more than half-century. However there are obscure appearances and processes defining nature of the electromagnetic field quantum and reducing to this formula. The path to a solution of these problems uncloses a new solution of a problem of the dipole radiation. Hertz obtained the first solution describing of a dipole radiator field. However this solution and all subsequent ones are incomplete and they not give a complete exposition of the dipole field. In this paper we will show a possibility of complete exposition of a dipole radiator field by using both a complete set of the electromagnetic field equations obtained in [1] and also solution for a radiator of a longitudinal electromagnetic wave. The obtained solution is of great importance in understanding of a nature of quantum properties of electromagnetic field. The work contains series of assumptions about existence of some constants characterizing electromagnetic field.  相似文献

本文根据矩形波导中隔片式圆极化器传输波型的渐变过程,导出了圆极化馈源的辐射场公式,并利用R.Mittra等作者提出的物理光学辐射积分Jacobi-Bessel级数展开方法对偏置抛物面天线圆极化版图成形波束的工程理论进行了研究。它包括:圆极化馈源辐射场公式;偏置抛物面电流等效投影孔径布分;二次辐射场计算公式;版图成形波束等效各向同性辐射功率(EIRP)工程计算公式;天线坐标、版图经纬度坐标与卫星坐标之间的变换关系;给出了七元馈源阵成形的我国西部版图圆极化波束的数值结果,其EIRP等电平曲线是计算机自动打印的,本文研究的理论方法可作为研制版图成形波束天线各阶段的基本分析工具。  相似文献

利用特征矩阵的方法推导出光在一维光子晶体中光场的分布公式,利用光场的分布公式和材料色散公式研究了材料色散对一维光子晶体内部光场分布的影响。研究表明:对于禁带,材料色散对一维光子晶体内部光场的分布不会产生明显影响;对于导带,材料色散对一维光子晶体内部光场的分布会产生明显的影响。这些规律的获得加深了对一维光子晶体性质的认识。  相似文献

基于Jones矩阵法,采用以分段保偏光纤(PMF)级联模拟普通单模光纤(SMF)的模型得出的光纤环传输矩阵,对Faraday效应在干涉型光纤陀螺(IFOG)中的影响做了系统的分析,得出可定量分析IFOG由Faraday效应所引起的相位漂移的一般公式.利用此公式,以采用PMF的IFOG为例进行了仿真分析,结果表明,Faraday效应致相位漂移受光纤偏振主轴偏转影响显著.在一定偏转范围内,相位漂移随偏转呈指数增长关系.由此得出,在采用PMF制作IFOG时光纤环与IFOG芯片的熔接过程中对光纤旋转机构的精度要求.  相似文献

为了研究材料色散对光子晶体全反射隧穿光场分布的影响,利用特征矩阵,推导出1维光子晶体中的光场分布公式。又利用光场分布公式和材料色散公式,研究了材料色散对1维掺杂光子晶体全反射隧穿光场分布的影响。结果表明,材料色散对1维光子晶体全反射隧穿的光场分布会产生明显的影响,材料色散会使全反射隧穿光场的峰值发生明显变化,并会使光场分布的周期性发生明显改变。此研究结果加深了对1维光子晶体全反射隧穿现象的认识。  相似文献

The electromagnetic field of an optical wave of frequency ω, traveling through a long, electrooptic waveguide of arbitrary cross section and composition in the presence of an arbitrary external field of strength Eext and radio frequency Ω, is derived by a perturbative argument, assuming Ω/ω≪1 and | rijkEext|≪1, where r ijk are the linear electrooptic coefficients. An idealized model is solved exactly in the context of rigorous perturbation theory, and the solution is shown to be valid whenever (rijk Eext)2ω/Ω≪1, without restriction on rijkEextω/Ω. The arbitrary cross section formula, when evaluated in the model case, agrees exactly with the rigorous result, so it is argued that the arbitrary cross section formula should also be valid whenever (rijkEext)2 ω/Ω≪1  相似文献

The series expansion for the energy distribution of quasi-niose-modulated and arbitrarily preemphasized FM signals is being derived. Computer evaluations for the CCIR multichannel preemphasis in the range applicable to systems between 12- and 1800-channel loading show that not the total phase deviation but the deviation ηtopof the upper baseband portion is the quantity governing the energy density beyond 1.5 times base bandwidth off the carrier frequency. The interference into the adjacent channel is computed and a channel spacing formula is deducted based on an interference level equivalent to 3 pW. The formula isB_{n} = 3M + 1KD, whereMis the highest baseband frequency,Ka factor between 0 and 1, andDthe peak frequency deviation obtained with peak factor of 9 dB.  相似文献

为研究一维光子晶体全反射隧穿效应中光场的分布特征,推导出TE波在一维光子晶体中光场的分布公式,利用这个公式研究了一维光子晶体全反射隧穿现象中光场在光子晶体内部的分布特征。得出在出现全反射隧穿透射峰处,随着光在一维光子晶体内的传播深度的增加其光场分布呈周期性变化,光场不随传播深度的增加而衰减,光场的分布呈现共振的特征。  相似文献

A simple formula useful for predicting leakage through a circular hole array in a metallic flat plate is presented. A correction is given for plate thickness. The formula is applicable to arrays having either a 60/spl deg/ (staggered) or 90/spl deg/ (square) hole pattern, but is restricted to the case of 1) an obliquely incident plane wave with the E field polarized normal to the plane of incidence, and 2) large transmission loss. When theoretical values were compared to experimental data obtained on test samples having transmission losses greater than 20 dB, the agreement between theory and experiment was typically better than 1 dB at S band and 2 dB at X band.  相似文献

The free-space scalar Green's functionghas anR^{-1}singularity, whereRis the distance between the source and observation points. The second derivatives ofghaveR^{-3}singularities, which are not generally integrable over a volume. The derivatives ofgare treated as generalized functions in the manner described by Gel'fand and Shilov, and a new formula is derived that regularizes a divergent convolution integral involving the second derivatives ofg. When the formula is used in the dyadic Green's function formulation for calculating theEfield, all previous results are recovered as special cases. Furthermore, it is demonstrated that the formula is particularly suitable for the numerical evaluation of the field at a source point, because it allows the exclusion of an arbitrary finite region around the singular point from the integration volume. This feature is not shared by any of the previous results on the dyadic Green's function.  相似文献

An analytic saturation model for conventional and lightly doped drain (LDD) MOSFETs is developed by using the pseudo-two-dimensional approximation in the channel and drain regions to obtain both the channel length modulation factor and the maximum electric field. Using the established I-V model in the linear region, the drain currents of conventional and LDD MOSFETs can be explicitly calculated. The substrate currents of conventional/LDD MOSFETs are calculated by using an existing simplified substrate current formula and the maximum electric field model. It is shown that the accuracy of the maximum electric field is acceptable for calculating the substrate currents of conventional/LDD MOSFETs. The parameters used in the model can be determined by the existing extraction methods and the optimization technique. The saturation model is shown to be valid for a wide range of channel lengths and bias conditions  相似文献

The 1/f noise of a series of Sb-heterostructure diodes with varying area has been measured. Standard power law formulas for the frequency and voltage dependence were found adequate to summarize the data. An inverse dependence of voltage noise spectral density on the area was determined, consistent with the simple resistor model. Simulations using the noise formula predict that pre-amplification gain in the 30 to 35 db range can produce a sub-1degK noise equivalent temperature difference in realistic imaging cameras  相似文献

Expressing the fundamental scalar mode by a series of Laguerre-Gaussian basis functions, a simple formula is derived for the splice loss between two perfectly aligned single-mode graded-index nonidentical fibers. As an example, the splice loss tolerances for dispersion-shifted fibers due to mismatch of V-parameters as well as mismatch of profile shape have been compared. 利用时域有限差分法(FDTD)研究了同轴电缆传输数字脉冲信号时的孔缝辐射效应。文中首先推导了三维柱坐标系下完全匹配层(PML)的差分表达式,并给出保证其解稳定性的更为严格的时间步长公式。然后利用FDTD法分析了数字信号经同轴电缆孔缝的辐射效应,对孔缝内外的电磁场及其远场进行了数值分析和计算。处理孔缝边界时,用级数展开和积分方程得到金属拐角处电磁场的近似解。最后对结果进行了分析。  相似文献

Fowler-Nordbeim公式是一个在理想条件下推导的计算场致发射电流的公式。对场发射体的实验测量表明:实验结果往往比根据Fowler-Nordheim公式计算的结果大得很多,说明这一理想化了的公式应用于实际场发射体时,必需得到修正。本文讨论了产生这一问题的原因,并提出了合理的定量修正方法。  相似文献
