调制识别是非协作通信系统接收机设计中的重要研究课题。在实际环境中,噪声和信道衰落是影响信号调制方式识别的重要因素。针对瑞利衰落信道上MPSK较难识别的情况,提了基于似然比的识别算法,并根据最大似然准则对瑞利信道的参数进行了估计完成对2种调制信号的识别。仿真结果表明:在存在高斯白噪声的瑞利衰落信道的环境下,以BPSK和QPSK为例,正确识别率达到90%。 相似文献

A low insertion lose fin-line PIN diode phase shifter is presented. 90° and 180° phase shifters are realized respectively. Phase error less than 5° and bandwidth 3 GHz at Ka band are achieved. Starting with MAP estimation theory as a basis for optimally estimating carrier phase of BPSK and QPSK modulations, it is shown in this paper that the closed loop phase trackers, which are motivated by this approach, are indeed closed loop optimum in the minimum mean-square phase tracking jitter sense. The corresponding squaring loss performance of these so-called MAP estimation loops is compared with that of more practical implementations wherein the hyperbolic tangent nonlinearity is approximated by simpler functions. 相似文献

This paper proposes a low complexity joint space-time multiuser detection algorithm for asynchronous DS/CDMA antenna array systems. The proposed multiuser detector is composed of an adaptive antenna array, used as a linear beamformer, and a sliding window decorrelator. A QPSK modulation scheme is used in order to increase bandwidth efficiency. Numerical results are given in terms of Bit Error Rate (BER) under the assumption of a frequency-selective Rayleigh slow fading channel. In particular, the proposed receiver is shown to be near-far resistant, even in worst fading cases, and to exploit completely array introduction while maintaining acceptable computational complexity. The proposed architecture avoids linear filter realization of the decorrelator, which is impractical in the case of a large number of users, and operates with relatively short data frames instead of the complete information sequence. Finally, this receiver is very flexible to changes in timing configuration. 相似文献

In this paper, the inverse discrete Fourier transform (IDFT) results of oversampled Walsh Hadamard (WH) sequences and WH-based complementary (CP) sequences are derived, based on which, the peak factors (PF) of MC-CDMA signals are investigated for both the two sequence sets. The upper bounds of PF for both BPSK and QPSK modulation are presented in this paper and the PF bounds presented in B.J. Choi and L. Hanzo (2003) can be regarded as special cases of the bounds derived here. Compared with accurate computing which requires prohibitive computations, the upper bounds obtained provide a more effective way to estimate the PF of BPSK and QPSK modulated MC-CDMA signals employing WH or WH-based CP sequences. In addition, based on the IDFT properties of WH sequences, a simplified search for optimum WH subset in the context of BPSK modulation is derived. 相似文献

We propose a hybrid ARQ scheme which uses QPSK modulation for the first transmission and BPSK modulation for retransmissions. The throughput performance of the proposed ARQ scheme is better that those of ARQ schemes purely using QPSK modulation or purely using BPSK modulation for transmissions. Furthermore, the proposed scheme does not require any operation of error correction as usually required in hybrid ARQ schemes. Microwave integrated circuit (MIC) balanced biphase-shift-keying (BPSK) and quadri-phase-shift-keying (QPSK) modulators have been achieved in the 27-GHz band. The modulators are fabricated using a combination of microstrip lines and slot lines, viz., tow-sided MIC. The diodes used are beam-lean Schottky-barrier diodes. Balanced BPSK modulation is performed by path-switching and mode transformation from the slot line to microstrip lines. The insertion loss is 2.2 dB at a carrier frequency of 27 GHz. The phase error and the amplitude deviation are less than 1° and 0.5 dB, respectively. The QPSK modulator consists of two BPSK modulators, a power divider, and a branch-line hybrid coupler. The configuration of the modulator is the parallel-connected type. The insertion loss is 6.3 dB at a carrier frequency of 27 GHz. The phase error is less than 2°, and the rise time and fall time of the modulated earner are less than 300 ps. The isolation between the carrier input port and the QPSK modulated earner output port is greater than 25 dB. These modulators can be extended to the millimeter-wave band. 相似文献

The tracking performance of three conventional carrier tracking loops in the presence of intersymbol interference (ISI) is analyzed. The closed-form expressions for the squaring losses of BPSK (binary phase-shift-keyed) low-SNR (signal-to-noise ratio), BPSK high-SNR, and QPSK (quaternary phase-shift-keyed) low-SNR loops are derived. ISI is shown to affect the BPSK high-SNR loop as much as the I-Q loop despite the nonlinear effect of the hard-limiter. For the QPSK carrier tracking loop, the degradation is shown to be greater due to the modulation of both components of the carrier. In this case, ISI, in addition to modifying the coefficients in the squaring loss, adds a new term not present in wideband channels. In all cases, a unity squaring loss could not be achieved because of the irreducible error due to pattern noise. This noise is only present in band-limited channels and is dependent on the data model used 相似文献

We derive Cramer-Rao lower bounds (CRLBs) for the estimation of signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of binary phase-shift keying (BPSK) and quaternary phase-shift keying (QPSK) modulated signals. The received signal is corrupted by additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN). The lower bounds are derived for non-data-aided estimation where the transmitted symbols are unknown at the receiver. The bounds are compared to those for data-aided estimations (known symbols at the receiver). A stochastic maximum likelihood approach for blind estimation of co-channel signals received at an antenna array is proposed in this letter. A hidden Markov model formulation of the problem is introduced and the Baum-Welch algorithm for the associated stochastic maximum likelihood estimation procedure is modified. This paper presents a new lock detector structure for symbol timing recovery PLLs (Phase Lock Loops), which operate in QPSK. (Quaternary Phase Shift Keying) and BPSK (Binary Phase Shift Keying) receivers in AWGN (Additive White Gaussian Noise) channels. The lock detector requires only 2 samples/symbol, which coincide with those required for the Gardner timing error detector. Simulation results are used to characterize the detector's behavior quantitatively. Both rectangular and square-root raised-cosine baseband data pulses are treated. It emerges that the lock detector has two very useful qualities. First, it is self-normalizing, and, secondly, the channel E/sub S//N/sub 0/ ratio can be easily determined from its value when the receiver is locked. Finally, a simple hardware structure is found for the lock metric computation process, which allows for its efficient implementation within an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) or ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit). 相似文献
