针对结构早期损伤超声非线性检测中损伤表征问题,发展了一种基于动态小波指纹的超声信号分析方法,从超声信号的动态小波指纹分布中提取出一种可用于结构早期损伤表征的超声非线性特征参数。研究了小波基函数及分析尺度对超声非线性效应提取效果的影响,优选出对结构早期损伤敏感的小波基函数以及尺度范围。将提出的动态小波指纹分析方法应用于二次谐波及混频非线性超声检测信号分析,结果表明,动态小波指纹分析方法可有效提取出检测信号中的二次谐波及混频分量,基于小波指纹分布的非线性特征参数可用于板结构中微裂纹的定量表征.本文研究工作为结构早期损伤超声非线性检测中的弱非线性效应提取作了有益探索。 相似文献

Wavelet neural network (WNN) has been widely used in the field of civil engineering. However, WNN can only effectively handle problems of small dimensions as the computational cost for constructing wavelets of large dimensions is prohibitive. To expand the application of WNN to higher dimensions, this article develops a new wavelet support vector machine (SVM)‐based neural network metamodel for reliability analysis. The method first develops an autocorrelation wavelet kernel SVM and then uses a set of wavelet SVMs with different resolution as the activation function of WNN. The output of network is obtained through aggregating outputs of different wavelet SVMs. The method takes advantage of the excellent capacities of SVM to handle high‐dimensional problems and of the attractive properties of wavelet to represent complex functions. Four examples are given to demonstrate the application and effectiveness of the proposed method. 相似文献

This paper introduces the theory of the wavelet transform (WT) method and its application to the study of fluctuating characteristics of airflows in building environments. By applying wavelet analysis to the natural wind around buildings and to the free jet flow from a centrifugal fan, the differences and relations between natural and mechanical wind currents were found, and the results of the study indicate the unique features and advantages of wavelet analysis in the study of fluctuating characteristics of airflows. 相似文献

Abstract: This article investigates the application of Kalman filter with discrete wavelet analysis in short-term traffic volume forecasting. Short-term traffic volume data are often corrupted by local noises, which may significantly affect the prediction accuracy of short-term traffic volumes. Discrete wavelet decomposition analysis is used to divide the original data into several approximate and detailed data such that the Kalman filter model can then be applied to the denoised data and the prediction accuracy can be improved. Two types of wavelet Kalman filter models based on Daubechies 4 and Haar mother wavelets are investigated. Traffic volume data collected from four different locations are used for comparison in this study. The test results show that both proposed wavelet Kalman filter models outperform the direct Kalman filter model in terms of mean absolute percentage error and root mean square error. 相似文献
