【摘要】:目的 在医学教育改革中,北京协和医学院医学英语课程教学与其他医学学科教学部分整合,针对临床医学八年制学生这个特殊的群体,我们采用多元化的教学模式,为学生建立一个比较开放的医学英语学习平台,鼓励学生在学习基础和临床医学知识的实践中学习、应用和提高医学英语的听说读写和应对能力。该研究旨在实施这种多元化的教学模式并对其教学效果进行初步评估。方法 共73名学生参加了该课程的学习,该教学模式主要分为三部分:同伴主导的词汇学习、教师主导的临床/专家讲座和学生主导的以框架为基础的自学。评估系统也包括三部分:教师评估(含测试题评估)、同伴评估和学生匿名问卷调查评估。结果 词汇学习部分平均得分为16.61分(14~19,满分为20分),FBL自学展示记录各项得分为(3.86±0.33~4.45±0.28)分,满分为5分。结论 学生在该多元化教学模式中表现良好,匿名评估结果显示学生对这种教学模式反应较好,但同时也反馈出一些问题和建议,需要进一步调整和完善其中一些具体细节。 相似文献

目的:探讨心理护理干预对急诊头皮损伤清创缝合的影响。方法:选取头皮清创缝合手术患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组30例采取常规护理清创缝合,观察组30例以清创缝合常规护理为基础,并采取心理干预的护理措施,对两组患者并发症发生率、疼痛程度、及患者满意度进行比较。结果:观察组的疼痛率明显较对照组低,观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,观察组患者满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在头皮清创缝合中采取心理干预的护理措施,能够使并发症发生率降低,提高患者满意度,降低患者疼痛感,值得临床推广。 相似文献
