螺纹磨床使用多线砂轮磨削螺纹是一种高效率加工方法。在国内,多线砂轮的修整历来是采用滚压成形的方法。但是,滚压用的钢制滚压轮要求较高,而对砂轮的滚压不但成形困难,而且又极易磨损(尤其是粗修砂轮),所以阻碍了螺纹多线磨削工艺在生产中普遍应用。为了改变传统的滚压修整法,我们设计了一种修整器,而且摸索出一套相应的修整法。它对多线砂轮的修整时间仅为滚压法的3/5。修整器因大颗粒金刚石的研制成功(由上海金刚石工具厂生产)就很容易解决 相似文献

The aim of this work was to improve the accuracy of the concave profile worm thread by using a new generating surface of grinding wheel. To support the geometrical and technological optimization, the current article describes how we produced a smooth and accurately finished tool that will provide maximum line of contact between the tool and the worm with minimum stress concentration at any point. The present study proposed grinding the thread with grinding wheel having a curvature profile in the axial plane in the form of an arc of hyperbola.
