以螺纹磨削理论为依据,数控螺杆转子磨床为原型,砂轮直径变化量为关联尺寸,建立了螺杆转子磨削和砂轮修型的工艺尺寸链。利用该工艺尺寸链,可以精确计算出螺杆转子磨削用砂轮的精确廓形,同时可确定砂轮修型和螺杆转子磨削时机床运动参数,实现数控螺杆转子磨床的砂轮CNC精确修型和螺杆转子的精密磨削。对提高机床加工效率,保证螺杆转子加工质量具有实际意义。  相似文献

螺纹磨床使用多线砂轮磨削螺纹是一种高效率加工方法。在国内,多线砂轮的修整历来是采用滚压成形的方法。但是,滚压用的钢制滚压轮要求较高,而对砂轮的滚压不但成形困难,而且又极易磨损(尤其是粗修砂轮),所以阻碍了螺纹多线磨削工艺在生产中普遍应用。为了改变传统的滚压修整法,我们设计了一种修整器,而且摸索出一套相应的修整法。它对多线砂轮的修整时间仅为滚压法的3/5。修整器因大颗粒金刚石的研制成功(由上海金刚石工具厂生产)就很容易解决  相似文献

The aim of this work was to improve the accuracy of the concave profile worm thread by using a new generating surface of grinding wheel. To support the geometrical and technological optimization, the current article describes how we produced a smooth and accurately finished tool that will provide maximum line of contact between the tool and the worm with minimum stress concentration at any point. The present study proposed grinding the thread with grinding wheel having a curvature profile in the axial plane in the form of an arc of hyperbola. 在分析和研究用树脂结合剂陶瓷结合剂刚玉砂轮以及绿色碳化硅砂轮磨削钛合金时产生磨削烧伤和磨削裂纹的基础上,提出了抑制钛合金磨削烧伤和磨削裂纹的措施。试验研究表明,合理的砂轮磨料和硬度等级、合理的磨削用量、高效磨削液和CBN砂轮将有效地避免钛合金的磨削烧伤和磨削裂纹。  相似文献

A degree of sharpness in wheel grains affects the surface roughness and dimensional accuracy in the grinding process. If a wheel with dull grains is used, the grinding force is increased and the surface roughness is deteriorated. In ovder to produce a precision component economically, the magnitude of the wear amount in the grinding wheel has to be limited. In this study, experimental evaluation of a wheel life varying with the grinding ratio and static grinding force was conducted. The grinding ratio and grinding force were measured to seek the grinding performance of the WA wheel. The relationship between the grinding ratio and static grinding force was presented.  相似文献
