农药残留膳食暴露风险评估为化学品风险管理、食品安全与人类健康领域的重点关注问题,有效的定量风险评估模型是开展农药残留膳食暴露评价的基础工具。本文结合国内外农药残留膳食暴露风险评估研究进展,旨在归纳农药残留膳食暴露风险评估模型,包括确定性评估模型、概率性评估模型和累积性评估模型;根据模型演变、适用情形与评估需求,比对分析模型间优缺点,探讨模型不确定度、评估软件、数据库应用等关键因子。同时立足我国农药残留膳食风险评估现状,展望模型相关参数整合的紧迫性与重要性,为完善农药残留膳食暴露风险评估体系建设提供科学参考。  相似文献

Use of glyphosate in crop production can lead to residues of the active substance and related metabolites in food. Glyphosate has never been considered acutely toxic; however, in 2015 the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) proposed an acute reference dose (ARfD). This differs from the Joint FAO/WHO Meeting on Pesticide Residues (JMPR) who in 2016, in line with their existing position, concluded that an ARfD was not necessary for glyphosate. This paper makes a comprehensive assessment of short-term dietary exposure to glyphosate from potentially treated crops grown in the EU and imported third-country food sources. European Union and global deterministic models were used to make estimates of short-term dietary exposure (generally defined as up to 24 h). Estimates were refined using food-processing information, residues monitoring data, national dietary exposure models, and basic probabilistic approaches to estimating dietary exposure. Calculated exposures levels were compared to the ARfD, considered to be the amount of a substance that can be consumed in a single meal, or 24-h period, without appreciable health risk. Acute dietary intakes were <100% of the ARfD for all foodstuffs, except wild fungi, when calculated using the EFSA model. The model assumptions differ from those of the source model (German national model), resulting in the use of a higher variability factor. Intakes estimated with the German model represented only 18% of the ARfD. The impact of differing assumptions regarding variability and other input parameters is discussed. Probabilistic exposure estimates showed that the acute intake on no person-days exceeded 10% of the ARfD, even for the pessimistic scenario.  相似文献

Development of a swift probabilistic risk assessment (sPRA) model is needed to obtain information on exposure to food hazards before performing complex full-scale risk assessment. A sPRA model was developed using a tiered approach, which uses qualitative information, quantitative analysis of focused hazards, and a Monte Carlo simulation. A case study was conducted on residual pesticides in red pepper powder using sPRA model. Of a wide range of pesticides, chlorpyrifos and cypermethrin were selected for sPRA modeling. As a result of the sPRA model simulation, the estimated dietary exposure to pesticide residue from the consumption of red pepper powder was below 0.04% of the acceptable daily intake (ADI) for the 95th percentile exposure. Risk of dietary exposure to hazards was quantitatively estimated by the sPRA model developed, and the risk of residual pesticide in red pepper powder in Korea was found to be very low.  相似文献

食品安全问题一直是社会关注的焦点,而果蔬中农药残留是影响食品安全的重要因素之一。果蔬产品大部分需要经过加工处理,残留在果蔬中的农药在加工过程中受到不同程度的影响,如清洗、去皮等加工对于果 蔬表面的非内吸性农药有显著的去除效果,而热处理过程对某些农药存在蓄积作用,在某些情况下也会加快分解或形成有毒的代谢产物。随着加工工艺水平不断提升,新型的加工方式在果蔬加工过程中应用越来越广泛,对农药残留影响也越发复杂。因此,本文对果蔬加工过程中农药残留行为影响进行系统综述,并总结农药残留加工因子在膳食暴露评估中的应用,以期为农药残留进行精准膳食风险评估和农药合理使用提供依据。  相似文献

Exposure of the Belgian consumer to pesticide residues from the consumption of fruit and vegetables was determined based on data collected in the Belgian food consumption survey performed by the Scientific Institute for Public Health and data from the Belgian Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain 2005 monitoring programme. A first screening of pesticide residue exposure was performed by a deterministic approach. For most pesticide residues studied, the exposure was 100 times lower than the acceptable daily intake (ADI). However, for a high consumer (97.5th percentile of consumption) the intake could reach 23% of the ADI for imazalil, 15% for chlorpropham, 14% for the dithiocarbamates, 10% for dimethoate and lambda-cyhalothrin, and 9% for chlorpyriphos. Nevertheless, probabilistic exposure assessment performed on these pesticides in a second phase of the study indicated that, except for chlorpropham, the probability to exceed the ADI is much lower than 0.1%.  相似文献

北京市蔬菜中农药残留现状及慢性膳食暴露评估   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
目的了解北京市蔬菜中农药残留污染现状及对北京市居民的膳食风险水平。方法采集2013年北京市主要蔬菜生产基地和大型批发市场的蔬菜样品,采用NY/T 761-2008和GB/T 20769-2008等方法检测样品中的33种农药残留,分析北京市蔬菜中农药残留现状,并结合大城市居民的蔬菜消费情况和食品安全指数法对北京市居民从蔬菜中摄入农药风险进行慢性膳食暴露评估。结果 2013年北京市抽检的蔬菜中农药残留检测合格率达99.2%(502/506),农药超标的蔬菜为白菜类和绿叶菜类,拟除虫菊酯类农药检出频次较高,其构成比占40.8%,检出超标的农药为吡虫啉、毒死蜱、哒螨灵和百菌清;对所有检出农药进行慢性膳食暴露评估结果表明,百菌清的日摄入量相对较高,然而包括百菌清在内所有检出农药的食品安全指数值均小于1。结论北京市蔬菜中农药残留量的安全风险均在可接受范围内,百菌清是潜在的风险因子,应重点防患蔬菜中百菌清的残留风险。  相似文献

为探讨广东省主要叶菜农药残留膳食暴露风险,对2014年和2015年广东省6种叶菜样品中的33种农药残留进行评估分析。采用点评估和基于@Risk v5.7评估软件的概率评估方法,对检出率超过5%的农药进行膳食暴露风险评估(包括急性暴露风险评估和慢性暴露风险评估)。结果显示,有22种农药检出,检出率在1.7%~36.1%之间;检出率超过5%的农药有10种,分别为吡虫啉、啶虫脒、多菌灵、氯虫苯甲酰胺、烯酰吗啉、灭蝇胺、联苯菊酯、苯醚甲环唑、毒死蜱、甲霜灵。其急性暴露风险熵在1.31~28.22之间,99%人群的慢性暴露风险熵在0.87~70.00之间,提示这10种农药残留膳食暴露风险水平在可接受范围,但慢性暴露风险熵较高的农药种类如毒死蜱、苯醚甲环唑等应引起关注。本研究为蔬菜质量安全风险管理提供了科学依据。  相似文献

Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) are brominated flame retardants used to retard the ignition and/or spread of fire. PBDEs are used in various consumer products, such as textiles, mattresses and TV screens. This study presents a chemical risk assessment for the Irish population based on exposure to PBDEs from food. Special regard is given to the influence of parameter uncertainty and variability on the margins of safety. To quantitatively model uncertainty and variability in concentration data and variability in consumer behavior, a hierarchical probabilistic model was constructed. This model was evaluated using a two-dimensional Monte Carlo simulation (2D-MCS) approach. By considering uncertainty and variability in concentration data, margins of safety (MOS) were derived that are lower by a factor of ~2 compared to MOS based on dose estimates that only consider variability. The lowest MOS is 7.5?×?104 for BDE-99, with impaired spermatogenesis as toxic endpoint. Assuming an MOS of 104 as acceptable, we conclude that there is no significant risk for human health through intake of contaminated food. To investigate whether additional measurements could improve the quality of dose estimates, the statistic “uncertainty-to-variability (UVR)” was developed. By applying the UVR to our dose estimates, we show that, in our case, the datasets contain little uncertainty and additional measurements would not significantly improve the quality of dose estimates.  相似文献

目的围绕我国北方地区枣果农药残留问题,开展膳食暴露风险评估研究。方法采集北方地区枣果主产省份(河北、山东、河南、陕西和山西)的102份枣果样品,对82种常用农药和23种禁限用农药进行检测,分别利用急性参考剂量(ARf D)和每日允许摄入量(ADI)进行急性和慢性膳食暴露风险评估,并利用风险排序矩阵对检出农药进行风险大小的排序。结果 102份样品中89份样品检出了农药残留,共检出37种农药,其中2个样品检出农药残留超标,超标农药分别为多菌灵和氰戊菊酯。枣果中检出农药的急性膳食暴露风险(用%ARf D表示)介于0.00%~6.01%之间,平均值为1.82%;慢性膳食暴露风险(用%ADI表示)介于0.00%~0.21%之间,平均值为0.03%。根据农药残留风险得分,检出残留的37种农药可划分为4类,即高风险农药(2种)、中风险农药(3种)、低风险农药(13种)和极低风险农药(19种)。结论我国北方地区枣果中农药残留检出率较高,98%的样品农药残留量符合国家限量标准,枣果中农药急性膳食和慢性膳食暴露风险均处于较低水平,地虫硫磷、克百威、毒死蜱、联苯菊酯和唑螨酯是枣果中应重点关注的农药风险因子。  相似文献

The evolution of US Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) process for estimating potential health risks from pesticide residues in or on food is examined in light of changes in US Legislation and the variability of residue data and assumptions used to estimate dietary exposure. In the 86 years since enactment of the Insecticide Act, pesticide laws have become progressively more health-based. Passage of the 1996 Food Quality Protection Act (FQPA) requires EPA to place particular emphasis on assessing potential risk from pesticides to infants and children. Primary factors affecting the actual pesticide residues in food include frequency of application, percentage of crop treated, and the interval from treatment to harvest. Primary factors affecting the estimated pesticide residues in food include the source of the residue data, calculation techniques for non-detected residues, and the availability of data reflecting post-harvest treatments. Risk assessors must thoroughly consider these factors when assessing dietary risk to pesticides. Risk managers will need to consider these factors as a means of mitigating dietary risk from pesticides.  相似文献

摘要: 目的 了解石家庄市叶菜类蔬菜农药残留现状,并评估农药残留的膳食暴露风险。方法 随机采集主要叶菜类样品682批,采用NY/T761-2008方法检测65种农药残留,分析叶菜类蔬菜农药残留现状,并结合我国居民蔬菜消费情况,用%ADI和%ARfD分别对农药残留进行慢性和急性膳食摄入暴露评估。结果 叶菜类蔬菜合格率98.97%,蔬菜检出率6.74%,农药检出率7.78%,超标率1.03%。超标农药为水胺硫磷和毒死蜱。%ADI和%ARfD膳食摄入风险均远小于1。结论 叶菜类蔬菜中各农药残留量风险均在安全范围内,农药残留的膳食暴露风险很小,水胺硫磷、毒死蜱是潜在的风险因子,应加强防患。  相似文献

农药残留急性膳食风险评估直到最近才引起大家的关注。目前,JMPR研究国际范围农药急性膳食风险评估;美国、英国、荷兰、澳大利亚和新西兰也开始进行国家农药急性膳食风险评估。农药残留急性膳食风险是急性或短期接触毒性与农药残留急性膳食摄入量的函数。急性膳食风险评估包括设定急性毒性参考剂量、急性膳食摄入量评定和急性膳食风险描述。急性毒性参考剂量是根据现有的认知水平,在24h或少于24h的期间,人体摄入的食品或水中某物质对消费者不产生可察觉的健康危险的量,单位为毫克/公斤体重(mg/kgbw)。急性膳食接触量评估常用的方法有:定点或确定性方法和概率模型法。在确定性方法中选取食物的大部分人群消耗量和高残留量来计算膳食摄入量,为了解决混合样品中食品个体之间的残留差异,在计算中引入了变异因子。概率模型法是将食品中农药残留分布曲线与膳食摄入食品分布曲线进行整合得到农药膳食摄入量的分布曲线。目前最常用的是蒙特卡洛分析法。使用该方法需要收集个体在每天或每顿饭的食品膳食消耗数据和田间残留试验、市场残留检测数据以及关于加工、削皮、清洗、烹饪等行为对农药残留影响的研究数据。我国应该尽快建立健全膳食结构和农产品性状数据库,建立健全市场中农产品的农药残留数据库,并在高毒和中等毒性农药登记前,进行急性膳食风险评估,提高农药膳食摄入的安全性。首先应采用JMPR的确定性方法,然后再开发适合我国使用的概率模型法。  相似文献

从初级农产品到入口的食品通常需要各种加工处理,而加工过程会影响食品中的农药残留水平,从而影响来源于初级农产品检测数据的风险评估结果的准确性,因此在风险评估模型中纳入农药残留加工因子有助于真实反映农药残留膳食暴露风险。本文以常用的食品加工技术如清洗、去皮、烹调、榨汁、杀菌及其他相关技术为出发点,综述了典型的加工方式对食品中农药残留的影响以及目前相应的加工因子在农药残留暴露评估中的应用情况,为掌握食品中农药在加工过程中的残留动态、改进食品加工技术提供参考,也为农药残留膳食暴露评估提供依据,进而真实反映人群中农药残留的暴露风险。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

A total of 160 samples of 13 types of fresh fruits and vegetables from domestic production and import were analysed to detect the presence of pesticide residues. Analysis was performed by multi-residual extraction followed by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. In 42.5% of the tested samples, no residues were found and 12.5% of samples contained pesticide residues above maximum residue limits. Risk assessment for long-term exposure was done for all pesticides detected in this study. Except chlorpyrifos and lambda-cyhalothrin, exposure to pesticides from vegetables and fruits was below 1% of the acceptable daily intake. Short-term exposure assessment revealed that in seven pesticide/commodity combinations, including three pesticides (chlorpyrifos, deltamethrin and lambda-cyhalothrin), the acute reference dose had been exceeded.  相似文献

This study aims to compare the pesticide residue dietary intake of the French general population and the vegetarian population, separated into five specific diets: omnivorous (OMN), lacto-vegetarian (LV), ovo-lacto-vegetarian (OLV), pesco-lacto-vegetarian (PLV) and vegan (VG). Theoretical Maximum Daily Intakes (TMDIs) based on Maximum Residue Levels (MRLs) were calculated as a percentage of the Acceptable Daily Intake (ADI). Among the 421 pesticides studied, only 48 had TMDI above ADI for at least one population subgroup. An excessive exposure was noticed for 44, 43, 42, 41 and 30 pesticides in the OLV, VG, OMN, LV and PLV groups, respectively, versus 29 in the general population. Meat and egg products consumption was responsible for higher intakes of organochlorine pesticides in the general population than in the vegetarian population (TMDI = 348% versus 146–183% ADI for aldrin). However, as the limited consumption of animal-origin commodities was largely offset by a higher fruit, vegetable and cereal intake in the vegetarian diets, vegetarians appear to be preferentially exposed to pesticides, for which fruit, vegetables and cereals are the main contributors, such as tri-allate, chlorpyrifos-methyl and diazinon. This study illustrates that consumption habits have a real impact on pesticide exposure in terms of intake levels, number and type of pesticides, representing a potential risk of dietary exposure. Except for organochlorine compounds, the vegetarian population may be more exposed to pesticide residues than the general population due to specific dietary habits. Thus, this population should be considered for risk assessment of pesticide residues.  相似文献

基于对中国地区市售97份干酪样品获得的8种生物胺检测数据,以及2002年中国居民营养与健康状况调查报告中的膳食消费数据,采用Monte Carlo模拟和@Risk软件量化人群干酪生物胺膳食暴露量的变异度和不确定度,构建中国地区干酪生物胺风险评估中膳食暴露评估模型。按不同地区、性别和年龄段差异的人群,分析其干酪生物胺膳食暴露量分布的统计量和90%置信区间。评估结果显示,中国城市人群的干酪生物胺暴露量明显高于同年龄段的农村人群;且城市地区女性暴露量通常高于男性,而农村地区则相反。干酪生物胺膳食暴露概率评估方法相比点评估和简单分布评估方法,能够定量评估结果的变异度和不确定度,评估更为准确。   相似文献

ABSTRACT

Dietary exposure of the Tunisian adult population to pesticide residue was assessed using the Total Diet Study method. In the present study 170 pesticides were searched for in 42 aggregated foods characterised by 64 food samples representing the Tunisian diet. All the food samples were collected, prepared, and analysed for remains of pesticides including organochlorine, organophosphorous, carbamates and pyrethroids. The GC-MS analysis and the LC-MS/MS analysis and some other specific analytical methods were employed for the quantification of the pesticide residues in the food samples. Results revealed that21pesticides reached amounts greater than the LOQ(12.3%) and 149 pesticides reached amounts below the LOD (88%).For the 21 pesticides quantified, the ADI was not exceeded. For the 149 non-quantified pesticides, an interval defined by the lower and upper bounds was defined to assess the dietary exposure of the Tunisian adult population to those pesticides. We conclude that 8 pesticides theoretically exceed the ADI with the 95th percentile of exposure, those are: Diféthialone, Brodifacoum, Bromadiolone, Glufosinate, Heptachlor, Dieldrin Aldrin Oxydemeton-methyl. This study concludes that there is a low dietary exposure to pesticide residue of the Tunisian adult population. In fact, all the cases where the ADI was exceeded were theoretical due to the lower ADI value used.  相似文献

Assessing exposure of consumers to pesticide residues is an area of regulatory science that has rapidly developed over the last decade. From simplistic, deterministic models calculating lifetime exposure for adults only, assessment procedures have diversified so that more realistic estimates of long term exposures for adults, schoolchildren, toddlers and infants and short term exposures for adults and toddlers (who generally bound the more extreme consumer patterns) are now carried out. The final assessment of risk still remains a simplistic numeric comparison against hazard assessment based on a wide range of toxicity studies incorporating the appropriate safety or uncertainty factors. As development of risk assessments continues, the use of probabilistic models is becoming an invaluable information tool for quantitative risk management and aiding assessment of cumulative exposure. This paper examines the recent developments in risk assessment and consumer perception of the risks of pesticide residues, and speculates where the future developments in these areas may lie.  相似文献

目的通过对西安市猕猴桃进行系统的农药残留情况及膳食暴露风险分析,明确猕猴桃农药残留风险状况。方法对2018年西安市周至县14个猕猴桃主产乡镇共200批次样品进行农药残留定量检测分析,用每日允许摄入量和急性参考剂量进行慢性膳食摄入风险评估和急性膳食摄入风险评估,利用猕猴桃大份餐、每日允许摄入量和人均参考体重计算最大残留限量估计值。并参照兽药残留风险排序矩阵方法(英国兽药残留委员会)对农药和样品进行风险排序。结果 200个猕猴桃样品中有137个样品检出了农药残留,未有超标农药和禁用农药检出;在检出的14种农药中,慢性膳食摄入风险和急性膳食摄入风险均值远远小于100%;将14种检出农药按照风险得分分为Ⅲ类,第Ⅰ类为高等风险农药,共1种;第Ⅱ类为中等风险农药,共0种;第Ⅲ类为低等风险农药,共有13种;以风险指数排序,低风险样品占35.5%,极低风险样品占64.5%,检出农药残留种类为3个以上的样品有占比5.5%,检出农药残留种类为1~2个的样品占比61.5%,未检出农药残留有66个样品,占比33%。结论西安市周至县猕猴桃农药残留处于低风险状态,但仍然要加强日常监管工作。  相似文献
