用高剪切乳化机对绥中36—1原油生产AH-70、AH-90重交通道路沥青进行了乳化试验,并考察了乳化剂、稳定剂和乳化工艺对乳化沥青的影响。同时还对两种乳化沥青的性质进行了分析。结果表明,使用本研究的复合乳化剂,可以制备出符合对应乳化道路沥青产品技术标准的乳化道路沥青。  相似文献

通过对沥青乳化各种影响因素的分析,在实验室以两种沥青为原料进行了乳化试验,根据试验结果进行了乳化沥青工业生产,并将产品用于实际施工。结果表明,伊朗轻油100号沥青和沙特轻油70号沥青分别在0.5%复配乳化刺(EMU—A:EMU—B=1:7)和0.25%复配乳化剂(EMU—A:EMU—B=1:5)条件下能够生产出合格的乳化沥青工业产品,并且实际应用效果良好。  相似文献

选用金陵70A重交通道路石油沥青作为基质沥青,采用添加SBR胶乳、乳化剂及乳化沥青助剂的方法制得了阳离子SBR改性乳化沥青.通过实验室试验、工厂化生产等环节系统地考察了SBR胶乳、乳化剂及乳化沥青相关助剂对改性乳化沥青的乳化效果,它们之间的协同效应,以及改性乳化沥青在施工中的路用性能.结果表明,SBR胶乳、乳化剂和相关助剂等分别对改性乳化沥青具有一定的综合效用,其中,乳化剂的选型及其添加量对乳化沥青指标的影响较明显.  相似文献

通过修正马歇尔稳定度试验和无侧限抗压强度试验两种试验方法来研究乳化沥青混合料初始强度的评价方法。在马歇尔试验中.对于水泥一乳化沥青混合料采用再修正马歇尔试验方法,并采用正交方法设计试验。试验结果和理论分析表明:采用无侧限抗压强度试验评价乳化沥青混合料初始强度更合理.并提出评价的参考标准;同时表明水泥和矿粉是影响乳化沥青混合料强度的重要因素。  相似文献

以中东原油生产的90号沥青为原料,考察了乳化剂体系对制备的乳化沥青储存稳定性的影响。结果表明,乳化剂的分子结构不同,对稳定性的影响不同;采用复合乳化剂可以提高乳化沥青的稳定性;适当的调配乳化剂溶液的浓度和pH值能够改善乳化沥青的储存稳定性。  相似文献

NBR, a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile, is used for applications requiring resistance to petroleum oils and gasoline. So using NBR as a modifier in bitumen, resistance against the destruction of gasoline and diesel oil will be increased. In this work, rheological properties of bitumen emulsion modified with NBR latex have been investigated. Bitumen emulsion samples were provided with various percent of NBR latex, and the residues of normal and modified bitumen emulsion were tested using ordinary and dynamic shear rheometer (DSR) methods. Using NBR latex as a modifier caused an increase in the softening point of bitumen emulsion residue as well as a decrease in the penetration grade and temperature sensitivity. At the end, by analyzing temperature sweep curves of DSR, it was found that modified bitumen emulsion residues with more than 6% NBR in residue have higher rutting potential temperatures.  相似文献

Abstract

For resolving the contradiction of the stability between styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS)-modified bitumen emulsion and the concentration of SBS, a method of preparing SBS latex is provided in this article. Results showed that SBS latex had good stability properties and performance. The effect of emulsifier concentration on the storage stability showed that the maximum stability of SBS latex–modified bitumen emulsion (SBS-LMBE) was obtained at emulsifier weight concentration 1.0% and addition of SBS latex to bitumen emulsion enhanced the difficulty of emulsification. The effects of SBS latex on bitumen properties showed the penetration decreased, whereas the softening point and ductility at 5°C increased, which means that SBS latex plays a role in improving the properties of bitumen. Compared to the base bitumen, saturate and aromatic of evaporation residue of SBS-LMBE decreased. However, resin and asphaltene increased. Analysis of the relationship between the components and properties of bitumen showed that the components change caused by SBS latex was beneficial to the properties of bitumen. The colloidal index (CI) showed that SBS latex also made the colloidal system more stable.  相似文献

Bitumen emulsions have recently been taken as one of the most frequently used binders for asphalt surface treatments (AST). Making use of modified bitumen emulsion is necessary to improve AST. Styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) is one of the most commonly used modifiers. The present research study tested the residue of normal and modified bitumen emulsion with different percentages of SBR and X-SBR using ordinary and dynamic shear rheometer methods. The findings revealed that increasing latex SBR led to increasing softening point and needle penetration, so that temperature sensitivity of bitumen residue is reduced. The stiffness of modified bitumen emulsion residue improved significantly by increasing the percentage of SBR. Furthermore, comparing the effect of SBR and X-SBR on bitumen emulsion uncovered that in equal polymer percentage of 6%, X-SBR promoted performance graded for at least one performance grade. Finally, the study is innovative as it dealt with the comparison of high-temperature performance analysis of the impact of polymer percentage simultaneous with that of SBR structure on improving bitumen emulsion.  相似文献

Bitumen in the form of concentrated bitumen-in-water emulsion can be transported using a pipeline. Froth, which is a product of water based extraction of bitumen from oil sands, can be emulsified using NaOH. The emulsion can then be inverted by lowering pH to recover the bitumen. NaOH concentration, salt concentration, temperature, and mechanical energy input affect the formation of the emulsion and its viscosity. Optimum conditions for emulsion formation and inversion were specified.  相似文献

废胶粉用FCC油浆进行预处理后用于沥青改性,制备出沥青与胶粉间相容性好、高温存储性能稳定的胶粉改性沥青.考察并得出相关工艺条件,同时应用多种评价手段分析改性后沥青的性能,结果表明,预处理后胶粉改性沥青的高温存储性能稳定,低温时柔韧性、抗开裂性能明显提高,高温时稳定性、抗车辙能力及弹性回变性能增强,沥青粘弹区间明显变宽.  相似文献

Petroleum bitumen in the emulsified state is widely used as a binder in road and civil construction. Along with traditional quality parameters of bitumen emulsions the particle size is considered to be very important characteristic. The particle size of the dispersed phase affects the setting rate and viscosity of bitumen emulsions. The complete data on the particles size distribution can be obtained using such technical methods as light scattering and microscopy. In the study bitumen emulsions with three types of surfactants (cationic, nonionic, zwitterionic) have been prepared and their viscosity and decay index have been determined. The emulsions also have been studied with a microscope, as well as by the method of dynamic light scattering. The dynamics of particle size changes of the bitumen emulsions has been compared with the dynamics of the change in the basic parameters of the emulsions, such as viscosity and decay index, and the correlation between them has been found. Thus, using a modern laser and optical equipment, it is possible to estimate the quality of emulsions and, if necessary, to correct their composition.  相似文献

Calculation of interfacial tension during bitumen production is a crucial issue in heavy crude oil history. Upon variation in pressure, temperature and phases composition, interfacial tension between bitumen and water change. In this work a sophisticated method called subtractive clustering was utilized to predict dynamic interfacial tension between bitumen and water. The subtractive clustering method is composed of optimized fuzzy logic algorithm. A data bank which is collected from open-source literature, is used to create a reliable model. Then the prediction accuracy of the measured dynamic interfacial tension using subtractive clustering have been examined. Results state that the comparison of measured interfacial tension and predicted interfacial tension indicate acceptable accuracy of proposed model. Also more than 90 percent of data points have less than 3 percent absolute error.  相似文献

应用物理、化学的方法使沥青脱色,加入SBS改性剂、颜料等合成彩色沥青;应用慢裂快凝乳化剂、改性剂生产制得彩色改性乳化沥青。彩色改性乳化沥青通过室内试验,完全满足JTG F40-2004《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》的要求,可以使用大小型机械摊铺,施工方便。可用于景观道路、园林、公园、厂区等道路路面,是一种环保经济的道路路面材料。  相似文献

对于聚合物改性沥青来讲,沥青与聚合物的相容性及改性沥青的贮存稳定性是首先要解决的问题。这对于改性沥青的运输及使用都有性能保证。该研究从基础沥青的性质,改性沥青的高温性能,低温延度等方面探讨了聚合物SBS改性沥青的机理,制备工艺,表征制备聚合物改性沥青在物理分散的同时必须加入化学改性,才能得到贮存稳定性良好的改性沥青。  相似文献
