采用铸渗技术,研究了在灰铸铁表面获得良好WC颗粒-高铬铸铁铸渗层工艺以及铸渗层组织和耐磨性。结果表明,在适宜工艺条件下,铸渗层平整,均匀,与在体结合良好,具有优良的抗磨粒磨损性能。用WC颗粒-高铬铸铁铸渗法制造的灰铸铁基搅拌机叶片,其使用寿命是Q235钢制叶片的三倍以上。 相似文献

为了优化设计真空实型(V-EPC)铸渗工艺参数,论文利用自制的铸渗设备对不同浇注温度下的铸渗效果进行测试,重点讨论了浇注温度对铸渗层深度和铸渗层组织的影响。研究结果表明,制备的复合材料的铸渗层都有较大的厚度(3.1~6.7mm),随浇注温度的升高,由于基材金属液的流动性先升高后降低,铸渗层厚度也呈先升高后降低的趋势,当浇注温度约为1550℃时达到最大值6.7mm。组织研究结果表明:随着浇注温度的升高,铸渗层组织中碳化钨(WC)颗粒体积分数基本保持不变,但是WC颗粒在基体中的溶解程度有所加剧,其对金属液的流动性起阻碍作用;浇注温度必须适宜,适合该工艺的浇注温度为1500℃左右。 相似文献

采用铸渗技术,根据正交试验法合理选择工艺参数,在球墨铸铁表面得到一层均匀、耐磨且与基体结合良好的高铬铁基碳化钨粒子增强复合层。结果表明,对表面复合层质量最有影响的是铁液的浇注温度。当WC含量为20%时,复合层与球墨铸铁的结合强度最高;与淬火65Mn钢和QT600-3相比,复合层耐磨粒磨损性能得以成倍提高,现场应用效果明显。 相似文献

By applying electromagnetic field to a system consisting of tungsten wires and grey cast iron melt, the grey cast iron matrix composite reinforced by either in-situ WC particles or the combination of in-situ WC particles and the residual tungsten wire was obtained. By means of differential thermal analysis (DTA), the pouring temperature of iron melt was determined at 1,573 K. The microstructures of the composites were analyzed by using of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) equipped with an energy dispersive spectrum (EDS) and pin-on-disc abrasive wear test. The obtained results indicated that, with the enhancing frequency of electromagnetic field, the amount of in-situ WC particles gradually increases, leading to continuous decrease of the residual tungsten wires. When the electromagnetic field frequency was up to 4 kHz, tungsten wires reacted completely with carbon atoms in grey cast iron melt, forming WC particals. The electromagnetic field appeared to accelerate the elemental diffusion in the melt, to help relatively quick formation of a series of small Fe- W-C ternary zones and to improve the kinetic condition of in-situ WC fabrication. As compared with the composite prepared without the electromagnetic field, the composite fabricated at 4 kHz presented good wear resistance. 相似文献

An iron-based composite reinforced by in situ-formed tungsten carbide particles was fabricated on gray cast iron substrate by a centrifugal casting process. The as-prepared composite was characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and microhardness and wear testers. An appropriate pouring temperature (1300 °C) of the gray cast iron melt was chosen considering the dissolution temperature of the tungsten wires determined by differential scanning calorimetry. The experimental results showed that the tungsten wires were dissolved partially by the cast iron melt. As a result, primary and secondary tungsten carbide particles and pearlite with a negligible amount of graphite flakes were formed as the reinforcing phase and the matrix, respectively. The composite with a thickness of about 3 mm was dense and metallurgically bonded to the gray cast iron substrate. Wear resistance was determined by a pin-on-disc wear test technique, indicating that the composite containing high volume fraction of hard tungsten carbides presented higher wear resistance compared with the unreinforced gray cast iron. 相似文献

高碳量高铬钼钨耐磨铸铁是一类新的耐磨材料。通过金相显微镜和扫描电镜(SEM)组织观察、X射线衍射相结构分析、图像分析仪定量金相测试和力学性能检测,研究了含钨量对淬回火290Cr26MoW耐磨铸铁组织、结构、硬度和冲击韧性的影响。结果表明,在含W为0~2.79%时,随着含W量的增加,淬回火态290Cr26MoW耐磨白口铸铁的二次碳化物结构类型没有改变,二次碳化物为M23C6型结构,二次碳化物数量增加,淬回火态290Cr26MoW耐磨白口铸铁的硬度提高。高硬度高铬钼钨耐磨铸铁硬度61.3~63.2HRC,冲击韧度3~4J/cm2,综合力学性能较好。290Cr26MoW2.79铸铁的硬度超过63HRC,可用于冲刷磨损(磨蚀)等严酷磨损工况。 相似文献
