酸性气田开发中应该考虑如何充分利用CO2以提高综合经济效益。CO2可应用于食品、焊接、消防、农业、油气开采、清洗、化工生产等许多行业。我国CO2消费市场潜力很大,高酸性气田巨量的CO2资源若是妥善利用,可产生良好的社会和经济效益。此外,“CO2排放权交易”所潜含的巨大的经济效益也不容忽视。在分析CO2利用项目的技术经济可行性的基础上,通过利用方案对比,建议采用MEA提浓 液化处理的工艺同时生产3×104t食品级和5×104t工业级液体CO2。  相似文献

石油钻机在工作过程中由于制动能量无法回收利用,造成了能量的巨大浪费。采用储能单元可以在电机制动时回收能量,在电机负载增加时作为辅助动力源进行电能补充。然而,这类设备的储能单元易损坏、整体采购成本高,不利于在石油钻井行业推广应用。鉴于此,对钻机原有电控系统进行扩展,加入控制单元和储能单元,提出制动能量回收利用方案和复合储能单元的改良设计,并设计了该系统的控制策略、保护策略和储能单元的模糊控制。通过实际应用证明该系统可以改善电能的质量和降低生产成本,对制动能量的有效回收利用效果明显。最后指出该复合储能控制系统在石油钻井行业的应用前景十分广阔。  相似文献

水力它激振荡是利用钻井环空流体作为它激源来增大井底水力能量。对水力它激的作用方式、扰动波特性、激励条件和共振腔内流体流动特性理论模型进行了较全面的理论分析。结果表明,k—ε方程的非线性模型能够很好地描述水力它激共振腔的紊流流动特性。理论模拟结果与实验结果十分吻合,它激振荡比自激振荡平均增大水力能量20%左右,瞬时能量增大1倍多。  相似文献

为解决目前油田网电修井机存在的问题,提出了一种车载式网电储能修井机。采用车载式底盘和电容储能技术,相比较于目前撬式网电修井机,在降低运输费用的同时能够节能减耗。现场试验和分析表明:车载网电储能修井机能够提高作业工作效率,在电网停电时有足够的电能完成封井作业,消除安全隐患。  相似文献
