Two entangled coordination polymers [Cd2(bib)(bdc)2]n (1) and [Cd2(bib)(bda)2]n (2) were synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction (bib = 1,4-bis(2-methyl-imidazol-1-yl)butane, bdc = 1,2-benzenedicarboxylate, bda = 1,4-benzenediacetate). 1 exhibits an unusual 6-connected self-catenated 3D network based on Cd2(COO)2 dimer with the point symbol of (44·610·8). 2 exhibits a 3-fold interpenetrating 3D pcu network based on Cd2(COO)2 dimer. The different conformations of bib ligands (the anti–anti–anti conformation in 1 and gauche–anti–gauche conformation in 2) play the key role in the construction of different structures in 1 and 2. The in situ hydrothermal reaction of CuI, NaN3 and 4-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)benzonitrile leads to a new three-dimensional pillared-layer Cu(I)-MOF, [Cu2(μ3-I)(μ5-IPT)]n (1) (HIPT = 5-[4-(imidazol-1-yl)phenyl]tetrazolate). Interestingly, the structure of 1 exhibits an unprecedented binodal (4, 8)-connected three-dimensional self-penetrating framework first constructed from [Cu4I2]2 + cationic clusters as 8-connected nodes and in situ generated IPT ligands as 4-connected nodes. Moreover, 1 is strongly luminescent with green emission (λem = 545 nm) in the solid-state. 相似文献

Two isostructural metal-organic frameworks, [M2(4-bpytm)(bdc)2] [M = Zn (1), Cu (2)] (4-bpytm = bis(4-pyridylthio)methane, bdc = terephthalic acid), were synthesized under hydrothermal reactions. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses have been applied to determine their structures. Furthermore, they are characterized by IR, TG, PXRD, element analysis and PL spectra. Both 1 and 2 showed 3-fold interpenetrated 6-connected pcu topologies based on bimetallic tetracarboxylate units with one-dimensional channels. The luminescence properties of 1 are investigated systematically due to its one dimensional channels. The results show that 1 has the ability to sense explosives and inorganic ions. 相似文献

A new 2D 5-connected coordination polymer [Zn3(HL2)(1,4-bdc)3] (1) (HL2 = 3,4-bis(pyridin-4-ylmethoxy)benzoic acid, 1,4-H2bdc = 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate) has been hydrothermally constructed using HL2, 1,4-bdc ligands as linear linkers and Zn3-clusters as 5-connected nodes. A new reduced zincic molybdophosphate, (H2bpp)3[Zn3Mo12VO24(OH)6(H2O)2(HPO4)6(PO4)2]·2H2O 1 (bpp = 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in the tetragonal space group I 41/a c d with a = 31.8033(4) Å, b = 31.8033(4) Å, c = 34.5593(8) Å, V = 34955.0(10) Å3, and Z = 16 and exhibits a 4,6-connected 3-D framework with (32.84)(34.42.83.95.10) topology. The basic building blocks of [Zn(2)(Mo6P4)2] are linked through [Zn(3)O6] octahedra and [Zn(1)O4] tetrahedra to construct 1-D chains along four different directions. Such 1-D chains are further connected by [Zn(1)O4]2+ linkers to form a 3-D intricate framework with helical channels occupied by protonated bpp and water molecules. A novel metal-organic framework, [Co6(μ3-OH)4(ndc)4(bip)2(H2O)2]n (1)[H2 ndc = 1,4-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid, bip = 1,5-bis(imidazole-1-yl)pentane], constructed from unique [Co6(μ3-OH)4]8 +n chains containing alternate [Co4(OH)2]6 + and [Co2(OH)2]2 + subunits, was reported, which has a new (3,3,8,12)-connected or 12-connented fcu/cubic network and shows weak antiferromagnetic interaction between the adjacent Co(II) ions mediated through the carboxylate and hydroxyl groups. 相似文献

Three coordination polymers based on multidentate N-donor ligands and polycarboxylate anions, namely, [Co3(4,4′-tmbpt)4(btc)2]·9.5H2O (1), [Ag4(4,4′-tmbpt)(btec)(H2O)2]·H2O (2) and [Zn(4,4′-tmbpt)(btec)0.5(H2O)]·0.5H2O (3) (4,4′-tmbpt = 1-((1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)methyl)-3,5-bis(4-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole, H3btc = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, and H4btec = 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid) have been prepared under hydrothermal condition. Compound 1 displays a 3D (3,6,8)-connected framework with (4·62)(44·610·8)(414·612·82) topology. Compound 2 is a 3D (4,5,8)-connected framework with (43·62·8)(43·65·82)(48·62)(410·610·88) topology. Compound 3 exhibits a 2D → 3D polythreading architecture. The photoluminescent spectra indicate that at room temperature, compounds 2 and 3 emit green and blue luminescence, respectively. 相似文献

Based on the N-donor auxiliary ligand effect, two new Ni(II) coordination polymers [Ni2(HL)2(bpe)2] (1) and [Ni(HL)(bipy)(H2O)2] (2) [H3L = 2-(4′-carboxyphenyl)terephthalic acid; bpe = 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane; bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine] have been successfully synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction study, elemental analysis, IR spectra, TGA and powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD). This work presents a comparative study on the tuning of structural topologies by using two N-donor ligands with different lengths as auxiliary ligands. The structural determination reveals that complex 1, incorporating bpe ligands, features a three-dimensional (3D) 4-connected 4-fold dia interpenetrating architecture with the point symbol of 66, while 2, containing bipy ligands, exhibits a two-dimensional (2D) sql layer structure with a 4-connected (44·62) topology. Moreover, the magnetic properties for 1 and 2 were also measured and compared on account of their different structures. 相似文献

Two coordination polymers [Cd(tptc)0.5(4,4′–bibp)]n (1) and {[Zn3(Htptc)2(phen)2]·1.5H2O}n (2) (H4tptc = terphenyl-3,3″,5,5″-tetracarboxylic acid, 4,4′-bibp = 4,4′-bis(imidazolyl)biphenyl, and phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) were synthesized under solvothermal conditions. Complex 1 displays a 3D structure with a Schläfli symbol of {44.62}{48.620}. Complex 2 possesses a 2D layer network, incorporating [Zn3(COO)6] second building units (SBUs), which is packed into a 3D supramolecular architecture by π ⋯ π interactions. A novel polyoxometalate (POM)-based metal-organic compound constructed from a multinuclear AgI cluster and Keggin-type [VW12O40]3 − anion, [Ag4(Hpyttz)2(H2pyttz)][HVW12O40]·3H2O (1) (H2pyttz = 5′-(pyridin-4-yl)-1H,2′H-3,3′-bi(1,2,4-triazole), was hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by IR spectroscopy, TG analysis, powder and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In compound 1, [VW12O40]3 − (VW12) was in-situ transformed from [SiW12O40]4 − anion. Eight AgI ions were connected by six Hpyttz/H2pyttz ligands with three coordination modes forming an unprecedented [Ag8(Hpyttz)4(H2pyttz)2] cluster, which connected with six VW12 anions to construct a 2-D double-layer (3,6)-connected network with {43}2{46.66.83} topology. Two Zn(II)-2,2′-biimidazole derivative supramolecular isomers 1 and 2 formulated as [Zn(L)] · 2H2O (H2L = 4,4′-(1H,1′H-2,2′-biimidazole-1,1′-diylbis(methylene))dibenzoic acid) have been synthesized, and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, single-crystal X-ray crystallography. Complex 1 exhibits a 2D four-connected network with (43.63) topology when the zinc center and the L2? ligand act as four-connected nodes (or a distorted (4,4) grid if the [Zn2(imidazole)4] units are considered as four-connected nodes). Complex 2 shows a novel four-connected twofold interpenetrated net with (42.62.82) topology when the zinc center and the L2? ligand act as four-connected nodes (or a twofold interpenetrated α-Po topology when [Zn2(imidazole)4] units are identified as six-connected nodes). Two new lanthanide (III) coordination polymers, namely, {[Eu3(μ3-HPyIDC)4]·Cl}n, (1) and {[Tb2(μ3-HPyIDC)2(μ2-Ox) (H2O)2]·4H2O}n (2) (H3PyIDC = 2-(3-Pyridyl)-1H-4, 5-imidazoledicarboxylic acid; Ox = oxalate), were successfully synthesized under hydro(solvo)thermal conditions and structurally characterized. Two novel mercury(II)-organic polymeric complexes [HgCl(pzta)]n (1) and [Hg3Cl2(pzta)4(H2O)2]n (2) [pzta = pyrazinyl tetrazolate] were obtained by in situ synthesis of pyrazinyl tetrazolate from the reaction of pyrazinecarbonitrile with sodium azide in the presence of mercury(II) salts. Complex 1 is a 3D coordination polymer with a 3,5-connected hms [(63)(69 · 8)] net consisting of mildly undulate (6, 3) sheets and bridging chlorine ligands; while complex 2 is also a 3D supramolecular network built from 2D layers with the 4-connected sql {44 · 62} net that are assembled via hydrogen bonds and π?π stacking interactions. A novel 3D coordination polymer [Zn2.5(L)(trz)2(H2O)2]·2H2O (1) (H3L = 5-(4-carboxybenzyloxy)isophthalic acid, trz = 1,2,4-triazole) has been synthesized hydrothermally. By using a semi-rigid tripodal ligand 1,1′,1′′-(2,4,6-trimethylbenzene-1,3,5-triyl)tris(methylene)tripyridinium-4-olate) (L), six isomorphous lanthanum metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), namely, [Pr(L)2(Cl)2]·(Cl)(DMF)0.5·(H2O)·(1), [Nd(L)2(Cl)2]·(Cl)(2), [Tb(L)2(Cl)2]·(Cl)·(DMF)·(H2O)(3), [Eu(L)2(Cl)2]·(Cl)(DMF)·(H2O)(4), [La(L)2(Cl)2]·(Cl)(5), [Sm(L)2(Cl)2]·(Cl) (DMF)·(H2O) (6), were obtained and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, IR and elemental analysis. Six compounds are isostructural with Ln3 + (Ln = Pr, Nd, Tb, Eu, La, Sm) and in which the Ln3 + is considered as a 6-connecting node and the L ligand is a 3-connecting node to afford a (3,6)-connected 2D layer with kgd topology, which further stacks into 3D supramolecular networks through C-H…O weak interactions. Luminescent properties of these lanthanide MOFs have also been assessed at ambient temperature, in which the Pr3 +-1 and the La3 +-5 are slightly blue-shifted with respect to the ligand. Series of sharp peaks characteristic of the Eu3 +-4, the Tb3 +-3 and Sm3 + − 6 metal-centered luminescence appear. The Nd3 +-2 has no emission. 相似文献

Two new Mn(II) and Co(II) coordination polymers with azide and zwitterionic dicarboxylate ligands L1 and L2 (L1 = [4-((1-carboxylatobenzyl)pyridimium-3-yl) benzoic acid] chloride, L2 = [1,1′-bis(4-carboxylatobenzyl)-4,4′-bipyridinium] dichloride) were synthesized and structurally and magnetically characterized. They are formulated as [Mn3(L1)4(N3)(CH3CH2OH)(H2O)]ClO4·4H2O (1) and [Co3(L2)4(N3)2(H2O)2]·4NO3 (2). Compound 1 contains two different linear trinuclear [Mn3(COO)8(CH3CH2OH)2]2 − and [Mn3(COO)6(H2O)2(N3)2]2 − units built from the mixed bridges of (μ-COO)2(μ2-Ocarboxylate). The trinuclear units are alternately linked into 1D chains by L1. Compound 2 contains linear trinuclear [Co3(N3)2(COO)4(H2O)2] units built from the mixed bridges (μ-COO)2(μ-H2O). Magnetic studies demonstrated that the mixed triple bridges are antiferromagnetic in compounds 1 and 2. 相似文献

Three new two-dimensional coordination polymers were constructed from 2,6-bis(imidazole-1-yl)pyridine (2.6-bip), terephthalic acid (1,4-bdcH2), and M(NO3)∙nH2O (M = Co, Cd). [M(2,6-bip)(1,4-bdc)] (1: M = Co; 2: M = Cd) were prepared under hydrothermal condition, whereas [Cd(2,6-bip)(1,4-bdc)∙xDMF] (3) was obtained under solvothermal condition in DMF solvent. Single-crystal X-ray analyses revealed the first example of a 2D 4-connected net of 66 topology in 1 and 2 and a rare 2D 4,5-connected net of 4,5 L20 topology in 3. All these complexes were thermally robust and emissive in solid-states. This work confirmed the versatility of using hingelike 2,6-bip as a linker and the importance of solvent effect in the process of framework formation. 相似文献

A borate compound [Ni(en)3][B5O6(OH)4][CH3COO] (1) has been synthesized under mild hydrothermal conditions. The newly synthesized compound was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis and thermogravimetry. The three-dimensional (3D) supramolecular open-framework of compound 1 is constructed by inorganic [B5O6(OH)4]− building units and organic [CH3COO]− anions through hydrogen bonds, and the charge-balancing [Ni(en)3]2 + cations are located in 3D channels. It is very interesting that there exist two helical chains formed by [B5O6(OH)4]− building units and organic [CH3COO]− anions through hydrogen bonds in compound 1 along different axes. Magnetic measurement indicates that compound 1 exhibits paramagnetic behavior down to 4 K. 相似文献
