综合标准化的核心特征就是以解决系统问题作为目标的标准化活动。选题对象应该是：某些系统领域与法规要求、与先进水准差距显见，问题突出经济性差、标准缺乏关联协调，并且利用具备的资源，经过努力可以解决提升的对象。对象不必限于型号产品，从系统架构入手更适于确定具体目标。文章以绿色船舶为对象加以举例说明。     

Match-Bounded String Rewriting Systems

We introduce a new class of automated proof methods for the termination of rewriting systems on strings. The basis of all these methods is to show that rewriting preserves regular languages. To this end, letters are annotated with natural numbers, called match heights. If the minimal height of all positions in a redex is h then every position in the reduct will get height h+1. In a match-bounded system, match heights are globally bounded. Using recent results on deleting systems, we prove that rewriting by a match-bounded system preserves regular languages. Hence it is decidable whether a given rewriting system has a given match bound. We also provide a criterion for the absence of a match-bound. It is still open whether match-boundedness is decidable. Match-boundedness for all strings can be used as an automated criterion for termination, for match-bounded systems are terminating. Conceptualizing Dynamic Capabilities in Lean Production: What are They and How Do They Develop?

Abstract

This article addresses the need for developing long-term learning abilities in Lean production: dynamic capabilities. Despite Lean’s remarkable popularity, implementation efforts often emphasize short-term efficiency over developing dynamic capabilities necessary for long-term success. This article advances the understanding of dynamic capabilities in Lean based on a longitudinal in-depth case study at a manufacturing facility. The article shows that dynamic capabilities develop through the development of an organizational setting for improvement activities, termed the improvement system. The improvement system’s effectiveness is characterized by the coherence between participants, technology, management, and organization, and between the improvement system and the work system.
