介绍了一种用于将烧碱溶液从NaOH含量30%(Wt)进一步浓缩蒸发的新型高效蒸发器。这种蒸发器具有很高的传热系数和蒸发强度,只需使用低压加热蒸汽(130℃左右)供热,大大减缓了碱液对设备的腐蚀,从而可用普通奥氏体不锈钢代替价值昂贵的镍材来制造浓效蒸发器。通过工厂使用实例的介绍和分析,说明这种蒸发器不但总传热系数很高,而且其热阻主要不是液膜或盐垢,而是来自导热系数较低的不锈钢材料。 相似文献

This paper presents the results of analytic and experimental research on the dynamic and part-load behavior of horizontal aluminium-tube multieffect evaporators (ATME) of Israel Desalination Engineering (IDE) Ltd's make. The analytic investigation comprises the development of a computer program which describes the slow transients of the response of the evaporator to step changes in heating steam temperature. By reaching steady state at different steam temperatures it also calculates part-load behavior.The experiments were conducted on a 150 m3/day pilot plant at the IDE Tel-Baruch Test Station near Tel Aviv; they comprised startup tests and performance tests with variable heating steam temperatures, cooling water flow and vacuum system capacities. Comparison of the analytic and experimental results shows fair agreement. 相似文献

For the past ten years, organic materials have been extensively investigated as an electronic material for thin film transistor
(TFT) devices. Organic materials offer strong promise in terms of properties, processing and cost effectiveness and they can
be used in flat panel displays, imagers, smart cards, inventory tags and large area electronic applications. In this review,
we summarize the current status of the organic thin film transistors including substrate materials, electrodes, semiconducting
and dielectric layers; organic thin film preparation methods; morphological studies for organic thin films; electrical characterization
of gate dielectric layers and semiconducting active layers; and characterization of the OTFTs. Future prospects and investigations
required to improve the OTFT performance are also given.

Copper-doped vanadium oxide (CuxV2O5) thin film cathode materials for a thin film microbattery have been prepared by DC reactive magnetron co-sputtering with O2/Ar ratio of 10/90 and compared with pure V2O5 thin film. The film structures have been characterized by x-ray diffraction analysis, transmission electron microscopy, Auger electron spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. X-ray diffraction and TEM studies show that the CuxV2O5 film was amorphous and phenomenal behavior of copper present in thin film with substrate has been explained by thermodynamical model. Copper doping helps to increase the thickness of the film more than 1 micrometer resulting increase of total capacity. Cycling behavior of the CuxV2O5/Lipon/Li configuration cell system was beyond 500 cycles with average capacity of 50 μAh/cm2-μm, which is higher than the pure V2O5 thin film system.
