以技术创新机遇为例分析了核心企业选择实现市场机遇的战略模式的决策过程,并给出核心企业选择实现市场机遇的战略模式的决策模型。在模型中考虑了核心企业组建虚拟企业的一个重要目的就是快速地实现市场机遇,因此在提出的决策模型中引入了时间因素。研究结果表明,当市场机遇生命周期较长时,核心企业采取兼并策略优于组建虚拟企业,反之组建虚拟企业更有利。最后提出采用期权定价模型来判断组建虚拟企业的价值,并举例说明。 相似文献

Increasing global competition drives enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, to collaborate in order to respond faster to customers’ needs, reduce operating costs, increase capacity, and produce customised products to reach the market quicker. A virtual enterprise (VE) is an important manufacturing paradigm to address this trend in the dynamic global economy. Partner selection is a key issue tightly coupled to the success of a VE coalition, and because of its complexity, it is considered a multi-attribute optimisation problem. In this paper, an enhanced ant colony optimiser (ACO) is proposed to address the partner selection problem. Five attributes (namely, cost, time, quality, reputation, and risk) considering both qualitative and quantitative aspects have been investigated to evaluate the candidate partners. Experiments have been conducted to validate the performance of the enhanced ACO algorithm, and the results show that the enhanced ACO algorithm can produce better results in terms of search accuracy and computing time. 相似文献

In the aggressive and competitive business environment of today, enterprises are expected to achieve competitive advantages in synergy, under the format of reconfigurable global networked structures, such as the virtual enterprise (VE) organizational model, integrating the optimal resources (products, operations, services) for each of the functions that the enterprise undertakes, in order to produce a product that meets the market requirements. The literature shows that several Internet-based tools can be used to enable some activities of VE integration. However, as we demonstrate, these do not support the reconfiguration dynamics required by this organizational model. Alternatively, the authors propose the market of resources (MR) as an environment to fully support VE integration, coping with its intrinsic requirement of high reconfigurability. Based on a demonstrator developed for the MR and on cost models traducing VE integration, one for the (traditional) Internet-based tools and the other for the MR, to support an analytical simulation, the paper validates the thesis that the traditional tools cannot support agility and dynamics, presenting the MR as a VE enabler, and identifying the domain of situations where the utilization of the MR reveals increased efficiency in terms of search and selection time and cost—designated as opportunities domain. 相似文献

There is a growing recognition that current manufacturing enterprises must be agile, that is, capable of operating profitably in a competitive environment of continuously changing customer demands. The use of a virtual enterprise (VE) is becoming increasingly prevalent, and that has been made possible, in part, due to the significant advances in communication and information technology in recent years. A manufacturing system is one of the competitive factors that forms an effective VE. Therefore, for manufacturers wishing to obtain a contract in VE, it is crucial to present attractive and competitive offers to other coalition members. There are several criteria to these offers, such as cycle time, fulfilment of due date or quick shipping date, cost, and quality assurance for the ordered products. Manufacturing system simulation could endorse the basic estimates of the criteria for the strategic offer. The distributed simulation model concept provides practical solutions to facilitate such a large-scaled precise simulation model in the VE environment, because it is constructed as the integration of several manufacturing simulation models of each production module in the factory. As a solution to realize this integration, we propose a Distributed Virtual Factory (DVF) concept that consists of distributed precise simulation models connected by several synchronization mechanisms named Time Bucket algorithms. A DVF enables precise evaluations of the whole manufacturing system, especially in terms of the material flows. In this study, we introduce an Activity Based Costing (ABC) method into the DVF architecture to estimate the detailed cost analysis of the products. The methodology facilitates strategic enterprise management to prepare the request for the bids in the VE environment. Organizing and managing dynamic networks of enterprises (or virtual enterprises (VE)) is a very complex task and many issues are still to be effectively covered. Apart from the models that can be used to create and manage VEs, product data play a central role in the VE life cycle. VE composition, interaction among VE members (Autonomous Production Systems in this work), as well as its relationship with the market, is severely dependent on the product technical specifications as well as on the product process planning information. In traditional managing systems for the single enterprise environment the Bill of Materials (BOM) plays that role and in this paper is proposed a Bill of Materials and Movements (BOMM) as its equivalent in VE environments. The BOMM includes product structure, high level process planning information and some degree of VE composition. BOMM is present during VE formation, operation, and reconfiguration, playing a central role in the material detailed planning and in the movement planning between VE members. Today, manufacturing operates as a global network, which has created more awareness of the quality of products and services. A systematic and rational way of managing quality assurance is currently lacking. This can cause serious problems in sectors such as the medical industry, as product failure may not only cause time delays, but also create risks for the health and safety of patients and users. This paper proposes a quality assurance approach that incorporates risk analysis (based on ISO14971) and failure analysis (based on FMEA) into the product design phase to assure product quality in the short term and facilitate global manufacturing practices in the long run. The proposed approach includes a Markov model to predict product failure from a customer perspective, which serves as a checkpoint for feedback to provide a basis for quality assurance. 本文在877家木业企业产品质量抽检公告资料基础上,从时空趋势、产品类别和品牌、质量问题原因三个维度分析了木质品质量问题发生的特征.结果显示:近年来,我国木质品行业产品抽检不合格率呈现明显下降趋势;抽检不合格木质品频次具有地区分布不平衡特征,广东、山东、江苏、河北、四川发生频次偏高;木质品出现质量问题的产品以人造板和木制家具为主;品牌对木质品质量的保障作用并不明显,品牌企业产品中不合格者占比偏高;木质品质量问题的三大表现是甲醛超标、力学性能不合格、吸水厚度膨胀率. 相似文献
