在两步法三聚氰胺工艺生产中,由于热气过滤单元温度高,产出的粗品三聚氰胺纯度低,副产物多,需要在精制过程中利用蒸汽,重新加热溶解粗品三聚氰胺,并送入结晶塔降温结晶,得到纯度高的三聚氰胺成品,此过程消耗了大量的蒸汽,增加了生产成本。提出了一种新的生产工艺,首次在二步法三聚氰胺工艺中增加了热气冷却单元,降低了热气温度,并副产了部分蒸汽,分离出了高沸点反应副产物,净化了热气,得到了纯度高的粗品三聚氰胺,同时改变了精制工艺,极大地降低了蒸汽消耗,节约了生产成本,提高了产品市场竞争力。 相似文献

The U.S. has furnished billions of lb food commodities containing soy protein for use in feeding programs in the less developed
countries. As a result of the low cost, excellent nutritional qualities and functional versatility of soy products, they have
been used extensively as protein additives in a broad spectrum of foods for practical feeding programs. Soy flours are a major
ingredient in blended foods, such as instant corn soy milk, corn soy blend, and wheat soy blend; and soy flours and grits
have been used as protein fortificants in wheat, corn, sorghum, and oat products distributed overseas. Most recently, a new
whey soy drink mix has been developed for use in preschool feeding programs and now is being introduced around the world.
As more attention focuses on the nutritional requirements of feeding program beneficiaries and on the need for low cost sources
of protein, it can be expected that uses for soy protein will expand and additional soy based foods will be added to the list
of commodities used in practical feeding programs.

Modern work activities may necessitate the use of a wide variety of potentially hazardous physical, chemical, biological, or radiological agents. The risks associated with exposure to these agents may not be limited to the worker, and in some cases can extend to the offspring of exposed individuals. Potential exposures to such agents introduce a number of interesting health and safety considerations, including the possible establishment of exposure limits that address reproductive health concerns, and the determination of the extent to which an organization will go to accommodate occupationally exposed persons. The radiation safety profession has considered this issue in part through the promulgation of a specific, lowered occupational dose limit for the embryo/fetus in the workplace. Because ionizing radiation is certainly not the only known or suspected teratogenic agent that may be occupationally encountered, the approach used by the radiation protection profession may be used as a model upon which comprehensive occupational reproductive health programs can be developed. The essential elements of such programs include: the initial disclosure of potential reproductive hazards to all employees upon employment, a mechanism for formal voluntary declaration of reproductive status, a codified institutional decision process that establishes the extent to which accommodations will be made, and formal recognition of the rights of the employee regarding all final work-related decisions. 相似文献

The use of a medium scale computer for instrument support results in several distinct advantages. Instruments of differing
data rates and calculation requirements may be supported on the same system at the same time. There is no interference between
any of the instruments since each is assigned its own block of time for scanning and its own set of programs for data support.
The use of both the on-line and off-line modes permits the easy development of programs and their subsequent incorporation
into the program library. It becomes advantageous to look at data supporting instruments that require only small computer
support since the off-line mode can be used for this purpose. Instruments previously considered too low in volume to support
can enjoy the benefits of off-line computer support at little additional cost. The use of high level languages such as are
supported on the medium scale computers make it possible to train laboratory personnel to write and modify their own programs.
Their involvement in the programming effort can result in a greater acceptance of the computer as a useful tool in the laboratory,
instead of the attitude that sometimes prevails that the computer is a hindrance rather than a help. The ease with which program
changes can be made makes the program modification task easier for the programming staff of the computer installation, if
laboratory personnel do not perform this function. The medium scale computer provides computational power far exceeding that
available on a series of small dedicated computers. The “pooling” of resources results in having available a larger scale
computer for those programs and instruments that require it. The degree of sophistication of software available on the medium
scale computers is far above that available on the smaller units.

The diffraction method allows simultaneously determining several geometric characteristics of fabrics of different weaves with a high degree of accuracy. The use of programs that elaborate diffractograms allows automating the measurements. The method significantly reduces the labor intensity of the measurements and can be used for moving fabrics of different weaves. The use of different photodetectors allows determining the length and width of the repeat, size of the through pores in the fabric, warp and weft thread diameter, linear filling over warp and weft, and surface filling. More than 50 countries have enacted or proposed regulations for the control of aflatoxins in foods and/or feeds, and at least
15 of these countries also have regulations for permitted levels of contamination by other mycotoxins. Since 1965, the U.S.
Food and Drug Administration has used action levels to control aflatoxins in its compliance programs. Cooperative programs
with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, state agencies, and industry also have been used to keep exposure to aflatoxins as
low as practical. Soybeans support the growth of many mold species, which can produce toxins such as aflatoxins, trichothecenes
(such as T-2), and cytochalasins. The natural occurrence of these toxins in soybeans has not been a problem. Limited surveys
of soybeans and soy-based infant formulas have not revealed significant contamination. The sequence of events that leads to
consideration of a mycotoxin for control programs and other regulatory activity includes determination of a toxic response,
isolation and identification of the toxin, development of a sampling plan and method of analysis, and determination of incidence
and levels of contamination of the susceptible commodity. The quality of soybeans can vary widely, depending on environmental,
agronomic, and storage conditions. products susceptible to contamination from improper storage are subject to regulatory action
on a case-by-case basis. The government-industry cooperative programs have been successful in limiting human exposure to aflatoxins. 相似文献
