目的 当前各大商业公司和开源社区所提供的医学影像可视化系统依赖于各类平台以及与平台相关的插件,难以实现跨平台访问.为此提出并实现了基于HTML5的面向现代浏览器的医学影像可视化系统.方法 基于B/S(browers/server)模式进行系统整体架构与设计,设计自定义的传输协议提供各种定制的图像可视化服务.对于2维影像,采用HTML的canvas技术和WebGL技术进行浏览器端硬件加速.对于3维医学影像,采用前后端异步操作的策略以提供渐进式可视化.算法构造原始数据的多分辨率采样,并在用户交互过程中实现自适应可视化.结果 在不同的浏览器、多组临床医学影像肝脏数据上测试了系统,表明系统支持跨浏览器的可视化.测试2维和3维可视化的结果表明,系统支持2维影像的实时可视化(25帧/s),支持3维影像的交互可视化.对于512×512×154的医学体数据,低精度绘制模式的可视化效率可以达到60帧/s,高精度绘制模式的可视化效率可达到 1帧/s 的绘制效率.结论 本文面向浏览器的医学影像可视化系统利用当下新兴的WEB技术实现了跨浏览器、跨平台地对用户提供服务,为远程及移动医疗影像可视化系统提供了机会. 相似文献

HTML5(超文本标识语言第5版)新类型网页元素提高了应用服务设计水平及扩展性,可以利用HTML5和CSS3(层叠样式表3版)等新元素开发可移动网页地图浏览器的软件外观与框架结构并增强网页地图服务功能,实现应用功能与结构升级的目的。通过模块集成方法完成主体框架结构设计,即三部分主要模块结构:图标命令工具模块、容器结构模块和预置的网页地图模块部分和可缩放触柄与状态栏模块。其最大空间结构是盛装网页内容的容器模块,所装载的网页地图或网页内容同步更新功能以及内置可重复调用坐标输入对话框。经反复测试能完全实现设计功能,截图说明其效果。该地图浏览器既能应用网页地图操作服务又可浏览互联网IP网页。 相似文献

As the new HTML5 specification is being accepted, comprehensive HTML5-based mobile applications provide users with better experiences. Huge amount of existing Internet-based resources are rapidly integrated into mobile applications based on HTML5. However, this could result in some difficulties in adapting the resources into various types of existing mobile devices. To enhance the utilization of existing HTML5 based Internet resources into various mobile terminals, this paper proposed a new integration approach for mobile web applications, which can assist application service providers to provide HTML5-based mobile hybrid applications for various types of mobile ends. It is a novel attempt to quickly transplant huge emerging HTML5 Internet resources into mobile applications accepted by various mobile terminals. This work also examines necessary mechanisms and means to support the proposed framework seamlessly working with existing infrastructures. This article presents a system for texture-based probabilistic classification and localisation of three-dimensional objects
in two-dimensional digital images and discusses selected applications. In contrast to shape-based approaches, our texture-based
method does not rely on object features extracted using image segmentation techniques. Rather, the objects are described by
local feature vectors computed directly from image pixel values using the wavelet transform. Both gray level and colour images
can be processed. In the training phase, object features are statistically modelled as normal density functions. In the recognition
phase, the system classifies and localises objects in scenes with real heterogeneous backgrounds. Feature vectors are calculated
and a maximisation algorithm compares the learned density functions with the extracted feature vectors and yields the classes
and poses of objects found in the scene. Experiments carried out on a real dataset of over 40,000 images demonstrate the robustness
of the system in terms of classification and localisation accuracy. Finally, two important real application scenarios are

A robust and flexible Digital Rights Management system for home networks is presented. In the proposed system, the central authority delegates its authorization right to the local manager in a home network by issuing a proxy certificate, and the local manager flexibly controls the access rights of home devices on digital contents with its proxy certificate. Furthermore, the proposed system provides a temporary accessing facility for external devices and achieves strong privacy for home devices. With the proliferation of wireless sensor network technologies, the context-aware applications of smart environments have become more and more popular. However, time-consuming and labor-intensive works hamper the development of smart building applications. Therefore, application developers need the proper software platforms to efficiently design the applications. Much research currently proposed the design approaches based on low-level concerns and the real-world deployments based on high-level programming abstraction are rare. Accordingly, the pressing issue is how to offer the easy-to-use tools with acceptable performance to rapidly and easily design the application scenarios for non-technical application users. Therefore, this study focuses on the application-layer simulation to propose a Visualization System of Context-aware Application Scenario Planning (VS-CaSP) for assisting non-technical developers and end-users in rapidly and easily designing the application scenario of smart buildings and in performing the acceptable and predictable simulation and evaluation. VS-CaSp applies rule-based and 3D visualization techniques to offer a 3D authoring environment integrated with real Zigbee sensor devices, where designers are able to rapidly construct immersive 3D buildings and easily plan the context-aware application scenario via GUI tool based on proposed three-tier rule hierarchy, to visually simulate and verify the planned scenario via virtual and real sensor devices, and to repeatedly modify the control strategies to enhance the deployment effectiveness. The experimental results show that VS-CaSP is easy to use for the support of quickly designing smart building applications, but not professional enough for developments of 3D modeling, animation, and rule expression. It is now commonplace to use forms within HTML documents to have server-based applications interact with remote users. However, these forms are, most of the time, rather simple and only allow a one time interaction between the user and the application. Forms are nevertheless very versatile and can be used to build rather complex user interfaces for server-side applications that involve multiple interaction loops. In this paper, we describe how our students used such forms to remotely control a symbolic debugger executing algorithms in the on-line version of a book used in their data structure course. After describing in detail how the user interface is built and how the students can interact with it, we focus on the limitations of this approach and how this interface could be enhanced with the use of more recent developments such as applets. 相似文献

The integration of physics-based models within CAD systems for garment design leads to highly accurate cloth shape results for virtual prototyping and quality evaluation tasks. To this aim, we present a physics-based system for virtual cloth design and simulation expressly conceived for design purposes. This environment should allow the designer to validate her/his style and design option through the analysis of garment virtual prototypes and simulation results in order to reduce the number and role of physical prototypes. Garment shapes are accurately predicted by including material properties and external interactions through a particle-based cloth model embedded in constrained Newtonian dynamics with collision management, extended to complex-shaped assembled and finished garments. Our model is incorporated within a 3D graphical environment, and includes operators monitoring the whole design process of apparel, e.g. panel sewing, button/dart insertion, multi-layered fabric composition, garment finishings, etc. Applications and case studies are considered, with analysis of CAD modelling phases and simulation results concerning several male and female garments. 相似文献
