论述了基于S IMUL INK的双笼转子三相感应电动机(DC IM)建模与仿真的方法。根据双笼感应电机在qd/qd旋转坐标系下的瞬态模型,结合必要的坐标变换,利用M ATLAB/S IMUL INK,通过编写M文件的S函数和构建坐标变换模块,建立了相应的仿真模型。并通过实例验证了仿真模型的有效性和实用性。 相似文献

本文基于有限元法研究了一种新型三相12/10极切换磁通型双凸极永磁电机的电感特性.首先介绍了该电机的结构特点和运行原理;其次比较了静态电感和动态电感的定义;并在此基础上采用通用的定子三相坐标系和dq轴两相坐标系变换将三相绕组电感变为直轴和交轴电感;针对该种方法耗时多、运算量大的缺点,提出了一种基于两个特殊转子位置的简单快捷的方法,可以直接计算得到直轴和交轴电感,所得结果与传统方法计算结果比较验证了该方法的有效性,并得到了样机实测电感数据的验证. 相似文献

Open-delta/open-delta and open-wye/open-delta transformer banks are often used as an economic means of supplying simultaneous single-phase and 3-phase loads in rural areas. If the 3-phase load is an induction motor, the inherent voltage unbalance causes increased losses and uneven heating that may lead to motor failure. often these motors are submersible or deep well pump motors located in remote unattended areas or air conditioning motors which may not have sufficient over-design to handle the voltage unbalance. The theory analyzing the open-delta distribution system has existed for many years, however, because of the tedious and almost infinite differences in distribution topology, the problem has been neglected. The purpose in this endeavor is to present a simple general approach to the solution of the problem by utilizing existing motor and network concepts and theories. Two previously published theories are used to predict motor heating and the motor derating that is necessary to prevent insulation failure due to the unbalanced voltages. A general motor model has been developed. Motor heating and derating are obtained from the model through a generalized digital computer program. 相似文献

Multi-phase induction motors present excellent characteristics for faulty tolerant operation. Among them, six-phase induction motors, which are among the most used, exhibit two types of configuration: the double three-phase and the six-phase with single neutral. The double three-phase presents the advantage of reducing harmonics with its symmetric winding. This article presents a new modeling of the double three-phase induction machine for internal faults simulation. The developed model is composed by two sets of three-phase stator windings forming two stars. The model considers an arbitrary displacement (α) between stator stars, allowing the simulation of this type induction machines with different configurations, with 60° displacement used herein. The simulations of internal faults, such as stator windings or rotor faults, are both considered in the proposed model, allowing the machine study under abnormal conditions. The double three-phase induction machine model was fully implemented in real coordinates, making it possible to simulate stator and rotor faults without being necessary to change system equations coordinate. Several examples allow verifying the characteristics of the proposed model and its application for internal fault analysis. Experimental results are also presented to validate the obtained simulation results. 相似文献

罚函数应用于电机优化设计中总存在一些问题,本文提出了一种迅速有效的电机优化方法──最小-最大优胜原理求解电机双目标优化法。从而解决了罚函数法中不同电机规格须用不同罚因子的问题。为获得全局或接近全局极优值,采用在离散变量值大的变量周围,用适应性随机法产生各设计变量的增量,并引入模式搜索进一步寻优,使探测点大部分在好点附近,提高了寻优的目的性和寻优效率,所开发的软件,收到了预期效果。经对Y系列电动机的验算,证实了理论分析的正确性。该软件已为几家电机制造厂采用,均收到明显效果。 相似文献

通过详细推导,建立了船舶电力推进双三相永磁同步电机在双三相和单三相两种供电模式下的数学模型,并通过双三相和单三相两种正交坐标变换方法分别将原坐标系中的数学模型转化为dq轴上形式简化的模型。然后根据dq轴上数学模型分别完成了两种模式下,供电电压含有不同谐波成分时的数字仿真,得出了仿真的结果和相应的结论。 相似文献

The aim of this paper is the analytical and experimental study of a gearbox by using the stator current signature analysis in the driving induction machines. The mechanical study using the vibration signal analysis has been well studied before. Recently, some works have been performed to observe the vibration components of the mechanical part in the stator current spectrum for an induction machine but without any theoretical development. This paper proposes a theoretical framework based on torque oscillations due to the characteristic torsional vibrations in a gearbox, and the source of mesh and rotating frequency components in the stator current is presented. To verify the theoretical development, a test bed based on a 5.5-kW three-phase squirrel-cage machine connected to a gearbox has been used. 相似文献
