皮江法炼镁白云石煅烧工业炉窑进展评述

针对皮江法炼镁生产过程中自云石煅烧工艺的不同,论述了3种白云石煅烧炉(回转窑、竖窑和流态化煅烧炉)的优缺点、国内外进展概况和应用现状.回转窑是目前煅烧白云石最为普遍的一种炉窑;竖窑用于煅烧白云石,已成为一种逐渐被淘汰的炉窑;流态化煅烧炉是一种新兴的白云石煅烧炉窑,有着很大的发展前景.基于流态化煅烧炉的优缺点,还提出了一种新型旋流煅烧炉的设想.最后对各种炉窑的优缺点进行了总结.     

我国金属镁厂回转窑节能降耗的途径分析

回转窑是金属镁厂采用最多的白云石煅烧设备，但是普遍存在能耗过高的问题。本文对影响回转窑能耗的因素进行了分析阐述，提出了实现回转窑节能降耗的一些途径，并对回转窑煅烧白云石应注意的问题进行了介绍，以期对金属镁厂实现回转窑节能降耗有所帮助。     

长沙各厂土窑煅烧白云石的经验

目前碱性转炉大量采用白云石炉衬,但是在它的制造工艺中往往受到锻烧及磨碎等设备条件的限制。针对这一问题,本刊在第10期曾介绍了周口店土窑煅烧白云石的试验,本期特再刊出两篇文章:一是介绍长沙市各厂学习并发展周口店土窑煅烧白云石的综合经验,希望各地学习周口店经验时同样能创造出新的经验,一是介绍苏联同志提出的,采用轻烧白云石并加入烧结剂的办法制成烧结良好的白云石砂,因而有可能更加简化白云石炉衬的工艺过程,这是一条宝贵的线索,供进一步探讨。     

镁冶金白云石煅烧振荡式均匀加热U型窑的开发

针对目前镁冶金过程中白云石煅烧时物料煅烧不均匀、热利用率低的问题,结合振荡加热的特点,开发了一种通用型均匀透烧白云石的煅烧设备——双窑筒U型煅烧窑,以弥补传统竖窑和回转窑的不足.采用FLUENT软件对U型窑内流动、传热、燃烧过程进行数值模拟,结果表明U型窑内气体流动均匀,温度分布均匀,有利于白云石物料的均匀煅烧.基于以上研究,设计开发了处理量为300t/d的白云石U型煅烧窑,确定了窑结构及供热形式.     

煅烧白云石质量的影响因素分析与控制

结合回转窑煅烧白云石生产实际进行跟踪试验,分析研究了白云石粒度、煅烧时间、煅烧温度对白云石质量的影响,为实际白云石煅烧生产提供了较佳的煅烧条件。同时提出了以回转窑主电机转速进行煅烧时间的控制;以窑尾温度和感应温度计所测窑壁温度来控制煅烧温度的控制措施,并在生产中得到了应用。     

土法煅烧白云石——介绍周口店式高温土窑

目前国内很多炼钢厂根据耐火材料资源条件及多快好省的方针,掌握了焦油白云石砖的制造技术,并逐步在碱性转炉上推广使用。但是煅烧白云石的煅烧设备要求较严,一般要求用机械化转窑或连续式鼓风竖窖,需用大量钢材、耐火砖及中压风机,投资高,速度慢,在中小型钢铁厂难以普遍采用。特别是要很快的满足碱性转炉所需的白云石炉衬,更为困难。北京市周口店灰石厂在支援钢铁“元帅”升帐热潮中创建成的“周口店”式的高温土窖,煅烧的白云石烧结良好。如中小型钢铁厂普遍自制焦油白云石砖时,     

试论煅烧白云石的活性度在热分解过程中形成的历程

本文根据白云石的热分解要求，研究了白云石煅烧反应的机理，分析了煅烧白云石活性的形成过程，从而有效地指导生产。     

从专利角度分析硅热法炼镁煅烧用窑炉的节能技术

目前煅烧白云石所使用的煅烧设备主要有回转窑、竖窑、流态化煅烧炉、套筒窑等。为了获得最佳的煅烧效果,防止过烧、欠烧等情况的发生,节约煅烧的能源消耗,人们对各种窑炉进行了不同程度的改进,本文着重从专利角度分析硅热法炼镁煅烧用窑炉的节能技术。     

包钢烧结配加煅烧白云石试验研究

针对包钢炼铁厂烧结熔剂结构情况,进行了烧结配加煅烧白云石的试验室试验。研究了煅烧白云石与消化轻烧白云石对烧结矿性能的影响。结果表明:煅烧白云石替代轻烧白云石,烧结工艺指标无明显变化;烧结矿的低温还原粉化指数(+3.15 mm)提高5.3个百分点;初始软化温度升高,软化区间缩窄22℃,熔融区间缩窄20℃;烧结矿高温冶金性能总体趋好。     

生辅料在转炉冶炼中的实际应用

主要介绍了利用转炉富裕热量煅烧石灰石、生白云石代替部分石灰、轻烧白云石造渣,在实际冶炼生产中可以有效去除钢水中的磷,并达到维护炉衬的效果,在保护环境、节约资源的同时降低了转炉辅料成本,为钢厂带来巨大经济效益.     

转炉炉壳热应力分析

根据实际转炉建立实体模型。以有限元为手段,考虑了炉衬和炉壳材料的物性参数随温度变化的特点和炉衬与炉壳之间膨胀间隙,计算了转炉炉壳在温度载荷和炉衬膨胀压力同时作用下的热应力。所得结果可为转炉炉壳设计提供依据。     

焦炭热性能指标意义浅析

通过对焦炭在高炉内的历程及其变化规律的剖析,阐述焦炭热性能指标的意义,形象地把焦炭在高炉内的损耗分为三部分(M1,M2,M3)。指出M2对焦比及焦炭价格有一定的指导作用。     

Results of treatment of cancer of the cardia

Cancer of the cardia is traditionally discussed with cardiac cancer of the lower portion of the esophagus and upper gastric cancer invading the esophagus, and the specific characteristics of cancer of the cardia have never been clearly defined. We reviewed the outcome of 172 patients with adenocarcinoma of the cardia who had undergone radical surgery between 1949 and 1994 in the Division of Gastrointestinal Surgery of the Cancer Institute Hospital. The centers of the tumors were located within 2 cm above and below the boundary between the esophagus and the stomach, and their longitudinal diameter was less than 8 cm. We divided the patients into an early period (1949-1979; n = 79) and a late period (1980-1994; n = 93), and focused on the historical transition. There were no differences in patient gender or histology between the two periods. However, the late period was associated with fewer cases of esophageal invasion and shorter longitudinal diameter, as the age of the population advanced. The number of advanced cancers such as the localized and infiltrative type had decreased, and early cancer and early clinical stage had become more common, but despite the fact that the number of early cancers had increased, extended dissection, such as thoracic and paraaortic lymph node dissection, was performed more frequently. By clinical stage, the long-term outcome markedly improved in Stage I patient in the late period, and tended to improve in Stage II and III patients. This appears to have been attributable to the prevention of micrometastasis by extended dissection, although the number of early cancers is another major potential cause. There were no differences in the outcome of Stage IV patients between the two periods, and further advances in multimodality therapy must be awaited. The range of resection is basically proximal gastrectomy, and if there are adequate indications, the prognosis is favorable. In view of the status of lymphatic flow and lymph node metastasis, and long-term results, lateroaortic lymph node dissection is important. Since the number of early cancer patients has been increasing, if intraabdominal recurrence is prevented, intrathoracic lymph node dissection will contribute greatly to the outcome of such patients.     

The effect of amount of possession of the trait of hostility on accuracy of perception of hostility in others.

Some theories of personality hold that an individual's perception of others is influenced by his own personality characteristics; more specifically, that a trait of low social value will be projected more into others, and that insight into the possession of these characteristics reduces this distortion. These 2 hypotheses were tested by having a group of college students rate each other (including themselves) on degree of friendliness or hostility. Agreement with group rating about self yielded the insight score. In general, the hypotheses were supported; the "friendly" Ss were most accurate in their perception of others, and insight was positively associated with accurate perception. Comparison of rates of infection of two methods of emergency ventricular drainage

The rates of infection of two methods of external ventricular drainage in use at Atkinson Morley's Hospital--namely, (a) percutaneous drainage with Rickham reservoirs and (b) tunnelled ventriculostomies--were compared in this retrospective review. Percutaneous drainage of CSF with Rickham reservoirs was associated with a 27% rate of infection as identified by positive microbiological cultures; tunnelled ventriculostomy catheters had a 10% infection rate. The difference in the infection rate between the two methods was statistically significant (P < 0.015). Other variables examined, including the age and sex of the patients and the reasons for ventricular drainage, were not associated with an increased rate of infection. Most infections from either method were caused by a coagulase negative staphylococcus. The average duration of ventricular drainage before identification of positive cultures was 5.7 days for Rickham reservoirs and 6.0 days for ventriculostomies.

针对四辊破碎机车刀架车削中存在的几个问题,详细介绍了电动车刀架的结构和工作原理,建立主要设计参数的数学表达式,并进行适当的分析。改造后,这种电动车刀架运行平稳、可靠、方便、省力,取得了预期的效果。     

Effect of antibiotics of chemotaxis of human leukocytes

The effect of 20 different antibiotics on chemotaxis by human neutrophils was studied. Human leukocytes incubated with chloramphenicol, rifampin, sodium fusidate, and tetracyclines in vitro showed markedly depressed migration. The mechanisms by which these antibiotics affect leukotaxis are discussed.
