采用静态理论分析、结构优化设计、动态模拟仿真相结合的方式,设计一种防爆负载敏感比例多路换向阀组。根据防爆负载敏感比例多路阀及负载敏感系统的液压原理,提出防爆负载敏感多路换向阀组的设计要求,并设计两联防爆负载敏感多路换向阀组的液压原理图;采用静态理论分析对该阀组进行压流特性研究,提供理论支持;防爆负载敏感比例两联多路阀组采用板式阀、插装阀相结合的方式进行结构优化布局,完成防爆负载敏感多路换向阀组的结构设计;基于AMESim建立防爆负载敏感系统的仿真模型并进行动态仿真,验证阀组的流量比例特性和压流特性。结果显示,新型防爆负载敏感多路换向阀组的流量比例特性和压流特性均符合负载敏感比例多路阀的设计要求。 相似文献

The ballistic range has long been employed in a variety of engineering fields such as high-velocity impact engineering, projectile
aerodynamics, creation of new materials, etc, since it can create an extremely high-pressure state in very short time. Of
many different types of ballistic ranges developed to date, two-stage light gas gun is being employed most extensively. In
the present study, a theoretical work has been made to develop a new type of ballistic range which can easily simulate a flying
projectile. The present ballistic range consists of high-pressure tube, piston, pump tube, shock tube and launch tube. The
effect of adding a shock tube in between the pump tube and launch tube is investigated. This improvement is identified as
the reduction in pressures in the high pressure tube and pump tube while maintaining the projectile velocity. Equations of
motions of piston and projectile are solved using Runge-Kutta methods. Dependence of projectile velocity on various design
factors such as high pressure tube pressure, piston mass, projectile mass, area ratio of pump tube to launch tube and type
of driver gas in the pump tube are also analyzed. Effect of various gas combinations is also investigated. Calculations show
that projectile velocities of the order 8 km/sec could be achieved with the present ballistic range. 相似文献

of tire rubber friction on concrete and icy road surfaces are obtained and analyzed. The effect of different road surface,
ambient temperature, contact pressure, and slip velocity on friction coefficient is apprehended. The dynamic friction is introduced
to tire semi-empirical modeling, and the accuracy of the model is improved. A way of forecasting tire property on high-rolling

一种用于海水冰浆机的内螺旋盘管冷凝器可以显著强化传热和减小换热器体积,为了研究这种换热器的动态工作过程建立了分区、分流型的适时动态分布参数模型,模型考虑了流体的适时物性参数、湿区含液量、流动压力损失以及管壁蓄热等影响因素,采用显式方程组,求解速度快,并且在计算过程中可根据制冷剂状态从所建立的物性数据库中适时获取物性参数.模拟计算结果与实验吻合较好,表明该模型可以预测冷凝器启动过程的动态特性以及冷凝管长度与直径、冷却水流速与入口温度因素对冷凝器动态换热过程的影响. 相似文献

针对目前传统抓胎机械手在取胎过程中易发生胎坯变形不对称和变形量大的问题,对抓胎机械手取胎过程中影响胎坯纵向和横向变形的主要因素进行了研究,提出了定位内撑一体的抓取方法;并结合实际工作要求,从抓胎机械手动力学参数设计角度出发,优化设计出了新型内撑抓胎机械手,利用动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS对新型机械手内撑机构工作位置的运动及动力学特性进行了仿真分析,通过有限元柔性体分析方法,对3种抓胎机械手取胎时轮胎胎坯变形量的大小及分布情况进行了对比、验证。研究结果表明:新型机械手能够实现胎坯定位、内撑取胎的功能,并且对取胎过程中胎坯存在的变形不对称和变形量大的问题均有明显改善。 相似文献

In an effort to develop a heat transfer enhancement technique for low temperature applications such as utilization of LNG
cold energy, an experiment was carried out to evaluate the heat transfer and the pressure drop performance for a spirally
indented tube using ethylene-glycol and water solutions and pure water under horizontal single-phase conditions. The test
tube diameter was 14.86 mm and the tube length was 5.38 m. Heat transfer coefficients and friction factors for both inner
and outer surfaces of the test tube were calculated from measurements of temperatures, flowrates and pressure drops. Correlations
of heat transfer coefficients in the spirally indented tube, which were applicable for laminar and turbulent regimes were
proposed for inner, and outer surfaces. The correlations showed that heat transfer coefficients for the spirally indented
tube were much higher than those for smooth tubes, increased by more than 8 times depending upon the Reynolds number. The
correlations were compared with other correlations for various types of surface roughness. The effect of the Prandtl number
on the heat transfer characteristics was discussed. The critical Reynolds number from the laminar flow to the turbulent flow
inside the spirally indented tube was found to be around Re=1,000. 相似文献
