目前的新型干法水泥生产线窑尾系统多数为旋风预热器加分解炉结构。由于最下一级旋风筒内温度较高,热负荷较大,内筒容易损坏或脱落,而更换新的内筒需要长时间停窑。为减少对生产的影响,很多厂在内筒烧损时,常常会采取临时措施处理后继续开机坚持生产。本文以几个公司的实际生产情况为此,对比了最下一级旋风筒有内筒时和没有内筒时的生产情况。 相似文献

采用热线风速仪测速,FFT 变换处理数据的方法,研究直切式旋风分离器内旋进涡核(PVC) 现象。研究表明,涡核旋进运动主要存在于排尘口附近区域内,其频率接近为一常数,且与入口气速成正比,在排尘口附近,涡核形成高强度的偏心摆动。 相似文献

Gas-particle flow in three cyclones was numerically modeled using the Eulerian-Lagrangian approach. A tangential lift-off boundary condition was developed and included in the CFD simulations of cyclone performance via a user-defined function. Particles were considered as detached from the surface if they met the criterion of tangential lift-off; otherwise they were captured by the surface. Prediction of the collection efficiency in cyclones was conducted using the three different boundary conditions: (1) bottom trap only; (2) cone and bottom trap; and (3) the tangential lift-off, which is a combination of trap and reflect. Comparison with experimental data in literature indicates that the tangential lift-off boundary condition yields more accurate predictions than other boundary conditions. 相似文献

This paper investigates the experimental feasibility of using magnetic forces to enhance the efficiency of the overall solid–gas separation in cyclone separators used in gas treatment. More specifically, the use of adhesive ferrous powder to further increase the lateral forces on the solid particles is investigated. The size distribution of the escaping solid particles with clean gas is compared between the conventional cyclone design and the proposed technique. It is shown that these additional forces are added to the centrifugal force, enhancing the separation efficiency in conventional cyclones, particularly for smaller particles. 相似文献

The phenomenon of suspension flow in porous medium is accompanied by the time—space of the concentration N of solid particles suspended in dispersing fluid, as well as, by the change of the concentration P of particles trapped in porous medium. These changes are due to the trapping of suspended particles by porous media i.e. to the, so-called, colmatage phenomenon, as well as, due to the breaking away of particles of this medium i.e. to the, so-called, scouring phenomenon.The system of the equations, which describe the transport of the volume of suspended particles and the kinetics of the colmatage—scouring process, determines the function N and P. In the equation describing the transport phenomenon there is taken into account the phenomenon of diffusion of particles suspended in dispersing fluid.Three mathematical models of the phenomenon concerned will be presented. The first model leads to a hyperbolic systen of equations, the second one to a parabolic equation and the third also to a hyperbolic equation.There has been obtained particular solutions important from the point of view of experimental investigations. In particular the case of colmatage phenomenon due to the impulse inject of suspension is interesting. 相似文献
