采用自制的电阻炉研究熔体温度对AZ31B镁合金凝固组织与拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:在温度低于850℃水冷时,金属型AZ31B镁合金铸锭等轴枝晶的尺寸随着熔体温度的升高呈直线下降,超过850℃后变化不大。组织中第二相呈现出先细化后粗化的变化规律。AZ31B镁合金试样的抗拉强度、伸长率和屈服强度随着熔体温度的提高而先快速增大后略有减小,熔体温度为850℃时试样的抗拉强度达到260MPa,屈服强度达到75.4MPa,伸长率达到27.57%,比熔体温度为750℃时的分别提高了15%、13%和61%。DSC分析表明,升高熔体温度使凝固开始点温度降低,临界晶核半径减小,从而增加了熔体中的过冷度,提高了熔体中非均匀形核率,是镁合金晶粒细化和拉伸性能提高的主要原因。 相似文献

文章研究了电磁连铸AZ31镁合金经热挤压变形后的微观组织和力学性能。结果表明,挤压过程中的动态再结晶能够显著细化晶粒,局部细晶区的平均晶粒为2μm。与铸态合金相比,挤压后的AZ31镁合金具有更细小的晶粒和更均匀的微观组织。挤压变形后产生强烈的基面织构;挤压后材料的力学性能显著提高。屈服强度、抗拉强度和断面收缩率随着挤压比的增大而增大。挤压比为25时,屈服强度、抗拉强度和断面收缩率分别为259MPa,357MPa和30.5%,比铸态合金分别提高了86.33%,64.52%和67.40%。随着挤压比的增大,晶粒细化效果更为明显,微观组织更均匀。断口形貌分析表明,挤压变形后材料由韧脆混合型断裂,转变为韧性断裂。 相似文献

文章研究挤压条件下挤压速度和电磁铸造锭坯对挤压态AZ31镁合金板材组织和性能的影响。研究结果发现,挤压速度比较低时,板材晶粒尺寸小,板材的表面质量比较好;随着挤压速度的降低,抗拉强度、屈服强度和延伸率都有一定的提高。由于镁合金是HCP的晶体结构,同时对挤压速度非常敏感,对变形均匀性影响比较大,因此造成挤压板材的内外晶粒大小不均。在电磁场的作用下,溶质在晶内的固溶度增大,同时晶粒大小也比常规铸造的细小,因此电磁铸造的锭坯经挤压机挤压后,挤压板材的晶粒尺寸比较细小,且强度和塑性都有所提高。 相似文献

In hot-compression process, the various factors have obvious effects on the deformation behavior of AZ31 magnesium alloy deformation behavior. To understand the hot-compression constitutive relation thoroughly, the stress-strain behavior of AZ31 magnesium alloy at various strain rates and different deformation temperatures were investigated under maximum strain of 60%. The microstructure of the experimental alloy was studied in the hot-compression procedure. The experimental results show that the relation of peak flow stress, strain rate and temperature can be described by Z parameter which contains Arrheniues item. The strain rate and the deformation temperature are the key parameters affecting deformation activation energy. 相似文献

通过XRD、压缩试验等方法研究了不同离心压力对AZ31镁合金组织演变和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着离心压力的增大,离心铸造AZ31镁合金的晶粒明显细化,平衡凝固的共晶转变被抑制,第二相β-Mg17Al12析出量减少,由粗大的“骨骼”状分布转变成弥散分布在晶界,形成以过饱和初生相ɑ-Mg为主相的凝固组织。XRD分析表明,离心压力的增大引起X射线衍射峰向高角度方向偏移,α-Mg的晶格常数减小。随着离心压力的增大,合金力学性能得到明显改善,抗压强度从199 MPa提高到256 MPa,而伸长率变化不明显。 相似文献

The relationship between microstructure and tensile behaviors of fatigued AZ31 magnesium alloy was investigated. Axial fatigue tests were performed on PLG–100 fatigue machine at stresses of 50 and 90 MPa. Tensile samples were cut from the fatigued samples, named as L-sample and H-sample respectively, and the O-sample was cut from original rolled AZ31 alloy. The EBSD and TEM were used to characterize the microstructure. It is found that the twinning–detwinning was the main deformation mechanism in high stress fatigue test, while dislocation slipping was dominant in low stress fatigue test. After fatigue tests, the average grain size of the L-sample and H-sample decreased to 4.71 and 5.33 μm, and the tensile and yield strength of the L-sample and H-sample increased slightly. By analyzing SEM images, the ultimate fracture region of the L-sample consisted of dimples, while there were many microvoids in the ultimate fracture region of the H-sample. Effects of temperature and heating rate on the mechanical properties of the tensile specimens of magnesium alloy AZ31 were experimentally investigated using a Gleeble-1500 thermo-mechanical material testing system. The metallurgraphs of the fracture section of the specimens were also experimentally observed and analyzed for exploring their failure mechanism under different temperatures and heating rates. The results show that the higher the temperature, the lower the ultimate strength of the specimens. And the higher the heating rate, the higher the ultimate strength of the specimens. The high temperatures and high heating rates will induce microvoids in the specimens which make the specimens failure under relatively low loads. 相似文献

研究了轧制温度和轧制速度对AZ31B镁合金薄板微观组织演变和力学性能的影响。结果表明,轧辊加热有利于镁合金薄板成型;AZ31B镁合金在低温或低速轧制时薄板纵向组织为大量的切变带,切变带区域包含大量孪晶组织,横向组织为含极少量孪晶的等轴晶组织;在轧制温度为400℃和轧制速度为16m/min轧制时,由于动态再结晶,横纵截面组织均为等轴晶。AZ31镁合金薄板的最佳轧制制度为轧辊温度为70℃、轧制温度为400℃、轧制速度为6m/min,此工艺轧制的薄板横向抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为350MPa、300MPa和12%,纵向为345MPa、290MPa和11.2%,纵向与横向性能差别明显减小。 相似文献

对AZ31镁合金与6061铝合金进行了电阻点焊,利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)研究了点焊接头的组织及力学性能。结果表明:AZ31镁合金与6061铝合金异种金属点焊接头冶金结合良好,焊接界面清晰,无明显缝隙。熔合区组织由边缘柱状晶区和中心树枝晶组成,主要含有镁和铝两种元素,且镁元素含量远高于铝元素。接头镁侧断面由大量α-Mg和少量β-Mg17Al12组成,呈混合型断裂特征;铝侧断口由Mg、Al和β-Mg17Al12组成,呈解理断裂。随焊接电流增大,点焊接头最大剪切应力增加。 相似文献

通过单向拉伸试验研究了AZ31镁合金轧制板在不同温度和应变速率下的力学性能。根据镁合金在50℃~400℃范围内的单向拉伸曲线分析结果,找出AZ31镁合金的抗拉强度、伸长率随变形温度、变形速度的变化规律。结果表明:AZ31镁合金轧制板的塑性随着应变速率的降低有明显提高;温度的升高可明显改善轧制板的塑性;当应变速率为1.5×10-2s-1、温度为400℃时,伸长率达到123.9%。 相似文献

对比研究脉冲电流轧制工艺与温轧工艺对AZ31镁合金板材的力学性能、织构、微观组织与沉淀相等方面的影响。结果表明:脉冲电流具有促进冷轧AZ31镁合金低温再结晶能力的作用。脉冲电流轧制后的镁合金板材组织由细小的等轴再结晶粒与析出相构成,没有发现孪晶组织,并且完全再结晶,原始晶粒均被细小的再结晶晶粒取代,再结晶晶粒内的位错密度低。而温轧镁合金组织则由稍拉长变形孪晶、粗大的再结晶晶粒和析出相构成,再结晶的晶粒内位错密度高。两种轧制方式下的镁合金析出相均为Mg17Al12。脉冲电流轧制后镁合金的织构具有典型基面织构的特征,而脉冲电流轧制镁合金的织构则出现横向偏转;脉冲电流轧制后镁合金的屈服强度与伸长率均比温轧镁合金的大,但抗拉强度正好相反。 相似文献

Extrusion treatment is a common method to refine the grain size and improve the mechanical properties of metal material. The influence of hot extrusion on microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy was investigated. The results ,show that the mechanical properties of AZ31 alloy are obviously improved by extrusion treatment. The ultimate tensile strength (UTS) of AZ31 alloy at room temperature is measured to be 222 MPa, and is enhanced to 265.8 MPa after extrusion at 420℃. The yield tensile strength (YTS) of AZ31 alloy at room temperature is measured to be 84 MPa, and is enhanced to 201 MPa after extrusion at 420℃. The effective improvements on mechanical properties result from the formation of the finer grains during extrusion and the finer particles precipitated by age treatment. The features of the microstructure evolution during hot extruded of AZ31 alloy are dislocation slipping on the matrix and occurrence of the dynamic recrystallization. 相似文献

为了掌握高精度镁合金管材的生产工艺,通过对铸锭的均匀化处理,借助500 t挤压机、拉伸试验机、金相显微镜和透射电镜(TEM)对AZ31镁合金管材的等温挤压过程进行了研究,试制了AZ31镁合金挤压薄壁管材,获得了尺寸精度高、粗糙度小和壁厚差小的管材;分析了不同挤压条件下的AZ31镁合金管材的尺寸精度、组织、力学性能.研究结果表明:在挤压温度为623士20K挤出管材经523K×3h退火时其性能较好,抗拉强度、屈服强度和延伸率分别为270 MPa,175 MPa和23.1%. 相似文献

The grain refinement of the as-cast AZ31 alloys by limestone particles was investigated by grain refining tests and microstructure observations. The results show that the limestone particles have a good grain refining potency, which is deeply related to the addition level of limestone and melting temperature. The optimal addition level and melting temperature are 2.0% (mass fraction) and 720 °C, respectively. The average grain size of AZ31 alloy is reduced from (556±60) to (236±22) μm. The sound grain refining by raw limestone particles has a good anti-fading capacity without any significant grain coarsening in a 40 min holding time. The concerned grain refining mechanism should be attributed to the inoculated Al-C and Al-C/Al-Mn-(Fe) nuclei. Ultrasonic treatment can enhance the grain refining efficiency of limestone particles through cavitation-enhanced nucleation mechanism. 相似文献

为探讨挤压速度模式对AZ31镁合金杯形件反挤压成形的影响,对伺服压力机反挤压成形进行有限元分析与实验,并与普通曲柄压力机和液压机反挤压成形进行比较。有限元分析结果表明,反挤压终了阶段,伺服挤压和液压挤压最大损伤值分别为3.41和3.30,远低于普通挤压的最大损伤值6.08;挤压过程中杯形件最大温差伺服挤压为45℃,而普通挤压和液压挤压分别为127℃和70℃。实验结果表明,在1100kN伺服压力机上,采用伺服挤压模式,可成功获得壁厚为3mm的AZ31镁合金反挤压杯形件,而采用普通挤压模式,在杯形件边缘则出现破裂。实验与有限元分析结果基本吻合。 相似文献

本文通过对铸态AZ31镁合金经不同条件的深冷处理继而热轧,分析其强度、韧性、延展性效应及其规律。深冷实验条件分别为-60℃/12h、-120℃/12h、-180℃/12h、-60℃/2h和-180℃/2h。结果表明:AZ31经适宜的深冷处理,晶粒得到细化,强度、韧性及延展性得到有效提高;与未经深冷处理试样相比,深冷处理时间为2h的两种试样中都出现大量孪晶;经-60℃/12h深冷处理后再进行轧制试样的显微组织最为细小均匀,屈服强度提高了25.8%,而延伸率则更是提高了4倍,由3.06%提高到了12.31%;深冷处理后的AZ31镁合金断口呈现出脆性断裂和塑性断裂集合的复合性断裂特征。 相似文献
