针对永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制系统转矩和定子磁链脉动问题,采用电压空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)的永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制方法。根据在每一个控制周期内,计算出参考磁链和所估计磁链的偏差,选择相邻非零矢量和零矢量,并精确地计算出各自的作用时间,然后利用线性组合法将其合成为新的电压矢量。仿真结果表明,所提出的控制方案是有效的,明显地改善转矩和磁链脉动,并且有很好的动态和稳态性能。 相似文献

In this paper, a new loss minimization control algorithm for inverter-fed permanent-magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs), which allows for the reduction of the power losses of the electric drive without penalty on its dynamic performance, is analyzed, experimentally realized, and validated. In particular, after a brief recounting of two loss minimization control strategies, namely, the “search control” and the “loss-model control,” both a new modified dynamic model of the PMSM (which takes into account the iron losses) and an innovative “loss-model” control strategy are presented. Experimental tests on a specific PMSM drive employing the proposed loss minimization algorithm have been performed, aiming to validate the actual implementation. The main results of these tests confirm that the dynamic performance of the drive is maintained, and in small motors enhancement up to 3.5% of the efficiency can be reached in comparison with the PMSM drive equipped with a more traditional control strategy. 相似文献

In this paper, a unified theory for sensorless flux estimation and vector control of induction motors and nonsalient permanent-magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) is developed. It is shown that an estimator and vector controller for one of the motor types can also be applied to the other, with only minor modifications necessary. Two candidate estimators are considered: a variant of the well-known "voltage model" (VM) and a phase-locked-loop-type speed and position estimator. These are applied to both motor types, and evaluated experimentally. For the nonsalient PMSM, an important result is that synchronization can be guaranteed from any initial rotor position. 相似文献

This study presents a novel means of designing a simple and effective position and velocity controller for permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM). In contrast to the conventional two-loop control methods with full-state feedback, the proposed controller does not need current information of the motor for feedback purposes. However, under normal operation the steady-state d-axis current can still be controlled to zero to minimize power dissipation. In addition, implementing a simple overmodulation strategy allows the controller to automatically generate a flux-weakening control to expand the range of operating speed when voltage saturation occurs. In addition to not depending on system parameters used by the controller, the automatically generated demagnetizing current is also optimal in the sense of minimum power dissipation that differs from the maximum output torque design or the constant power design of the general flux-weakening control methods. Simulation and experimental results show that the controller can achieve an effective speed and position control with near-minimum power dissipation, even when voltage saturation occurs 相似文献

针对大功率永磁同步电机驱动的光电跟踪转台,提出了一种基于特征系统实现算法的控制模型辨识方法。首先,根据永磁同步电机的矢量控制原理,对白噪声测试系统进行了系统配置;其次,采用功率谱密度函数的分析方法对系统的输入和输出数据序列进行了分析,得到了系统的频率响应函数;最后,通过特征系统实现算法对系统的马尔可夫参数进行了辨识,获得了光电跟踪转台的控制模型。实验结果表明:采用特征系统实现算法可以精确地辨识出光电跟踪转台的控制模型,该控制模型能够较好地反映系统的动态特性,为控制器算法的设计提供了理论依据,具有较好的实用性。 相似文献
