采用化学共沉淀法和浸渍法制备了不同金属或氧化物掺杂的TiO2气敏材料,通过透射电镜、电子衍射和x射线衍射对材料的结晶形态和物相进行了分析,用静态配气法测试了气敏材料的敏感特性.结果表明:这些材料的颗粒尺寸小于0.1μm,800℃处理样品为金红石型TiO2与锐钛矿型TiO2的混合物.通过选择合适的添加剂和工作温度可分别获得选择性酒敏元件、CO气敏元件和可燃气体普敏元件  相似文献

采用溶液-凝胶浸渍涂布工艺在Al_2O_3陶瓷管上制备了掺杂SnO_2气敏薄膜;利用高温热解法在SnO_2薄膜表面覆盖SiO_2气体分离膜后制得双层薄膜气敏元件。分别测试并比较单层和双层薄膜元件的气敏特性,结果表明:单层薄膜元件对可燃性气体无选择性、响应和恢复时间短;而双层薄膜元件对氢气表现出极高的灵敏度和优越的选择性,其响应和恢复时间都比单层薄膜元件有所延长,结合实验结果,从理论上阐述了双层薄膜元件对氢气的敏感机理。  相似文献

在 Sn O2 基体材料中掺杂 Th O2 及 Au, Pd 等贵金属催化剂,获得了270 ℃高温区域对 C O 具有高灵敏度的气敏元件.通过活性碳过滤技术,改善了该元件的选择性.测试结果表明,该元件具有良好的稳定性,是一种实用化的 C O气敏元件.  相似文献

采用化学共沉淀的方法合成了Sn~(4 ),Ti~(4 ),Zr~(4 )掺杂的。α-Fe_2O_3气敏陶瓷材料。用X射线衍射仪和透射电子显微镜分析了材料的微观结构及化学组成。用RQ-1型气敏元件特性测试仪测试了掺杂元素、掺杂量、工作温度,检测气体等对α-Fe_2O_3气体灵敏度和工作阻值的关系。结果表明:少量MO_2(M=Sn,Ti,Zr)的掺杂能显著提高α-Fe_2O_3的气体灵敏度,并且能够降低。α-Fe_2O_3气敏元件的工作电阻,有利于α-Fe_2O_3气敏材料的实用化。  相似文献

介绍一种新型的浮力测试装置的组成、工作原理、计算机数据采集与处理及装置的准确度、稳定性和灵敏度的考评结果。该装置由电阻应变片式称重传感器、称重数字显示仪表及计算机数据处理软件联合组成。采用直挂式浮力检测方式的设计方案,能长时间实时采集浮力信号,自动检测记录浮力变化过程,其相对误差小于3%,灵敏度达到了0.1 N,具有很高的稳定性。该装置可满足各种浮体材料的不同检测要求,亦可适用于对精度要求较高的科学研究,如分析浮力下降的影响因素等。  相似文献

针对新型ZJ19卷接机组电气控制系统存在的结构复杂、故障频发等问题,设计了机组的上位机软件,完成机组的状态监视、故障诊断与记录、控制参数设置、系统功能组态等功能。上位机软件采用NI的具有虚拟仪器解决方案的MeasurementStudioforVisualC++6.0开发,上位机与PLC的实时通讯运用多线程技术和Siemens的ProdaveS7软件包实现。该软件界面友好,数据采集与处理能力强,能帮助用户对机组实施有效的运行监控。  相似文献

从服装与人体皮肤动态接触机制入手分析服装压力的产生机制,以此来开发适合于运动服装的动态压力测试系统。在此系统中,采用美国Tekscan公司开发适合于运动服装的动态压力测试系统。在此系统中,采用美国Tekscan公司开发的FlexiForce A201压阻式传感器,自行设计信号调理模块用于对压敏电阻产生的微弱信号的放大和滤波,继而通过接线盒、多功能数据采集卡以及软件程序实现数据的快速采集与处理。该系统是一个基于Labview虚拟仪器技术的测试系统,依靠高性能的模块化硬件并结合高效灵活的软件完成各种测试、测量和自动化的应用。通过实验验证,该测量系统对于时间的稳定性以及各项指标均能达到测试要求,适用于运动服装的动态压力测试。  相似文献

The use of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) as a virtual prototyping tool is widespread in the consumer packaged goods industry. CFD refers to the calculation on a computer of the velocity, pressure, and temperature and chemical species concentrations within a flowing liquid or gas. Because the performance of manufacturing equipment and product designs can be simulated on the computer, the benefit of using CFD is significant time and cost savings when compared to traditional physical testing methods. CFD has been used to design, scale-up and troubleshoot mixing tanks, spray dryers, heat exchangers and other process equipment. Recently, computer models of the capillary wicking process inside fibrous structures have been added to CFD software. These models have been used to gain a better understanding of the absorbent performance of diapers and feminine protection products. The same models can also be used to represent the movement of shampoo, conditioner, colorants and other products through the hair and scalp. In this paper, we provide an introduction to CFD and show some examples of its application to the manufacture of consumer products. We also provide sonic examples to show the potential of CFD for understanding the performance of products applied to the hair and scalp.  相似文献

为更好地控制经纱张力,防止因波动过大对织物质量产生负面影响,在论述现有经纱张力控制方法的基础上,提出采用Fuzzy-PID控制方法的合理性。根据实际经验给出简化的模糊控制规则表。面向SAURER400型织机送经系统进行试验,通过计算机、应用软件及传感器等手段及自行搭建的测试系统,对经纱的张力变化进行在线检测。实验结果表明:模糊控制经纱张力对抑制张力峰值,改善张力的特征值是行之有效的;在织造过程中降低了经纱断头率,下机织物的稀密路得到了改善。  相似文献

Virtual reality technology is referred to as VR technology. Virtual simulation experiments are based on VR technology which simulate a real experimental environment in the computer. With the help of necessary simulation hardware and software users can interact and communicate with objects in the virtual environment thereby generating an immersive operating experience. In 2017 the Ministry of Education promulgated the " Notice on the Construction of National Virtual Simulation Experiment Teaching Project" witch clearly pointed out that it is necessary to integrate information technology into the college experimental teaching actively promote the construction of the national virtual simulation experimental teaching project and improve the quality and technical level of experimental teaching. The construction of virtual simulation laboratory can shift the teaching mode from being flat to being three-dimensional and from being professorial to being experiential and students can gain more direct learning experience. At present an undiversified offline teaching model is still adopted in the drawing process experiment which has a certain gap with the new teaching concept of combining information technology and experimental teaching. In order to promote the informationization of the drawing process experiment we design a virtual simulation system of drawing process experiment based on Unity 3D with FA320A type drawing frame as the simulation object. First of all we analyze the actual requirements of the drawing process experiment including being familiar with the role of the drawing frame mechanism and components being familiar with the drive system of the drawing frame and the position and function of the drafting change gear mastering the process flow of drawing production and knowing the relevant knowledge of textile workshop design. Then the overall framework of the system is designed according to the teaching requirements. Three experimental modules are established namely the cognitive module for the drawing frame mechanism the cognitive module for drawing frame drive system and the drawing process experiment module. The three modules are progressive and can guide the students to complete the learning process of the drawing process experiment independently. Based on this modeling software is used to create and optimize models of the drawing frame and workshop followed by virtual scene construction and human-computer interaction design within Unity 3D. On this basis the authors are both the developers and the users of the virtual simulation teaching software so after completing the development of this system this study analyzes the teaching effect of the virtual simulation software based on the experimental data of the students. Through system development and student experimental testing it is found that the system can eliminate safety hazards in experiments and effectively stimulate students motivation for independent learning which increases students experimental opportunities with an average of 2. 46 times. It also helps deepen students understanding of theoretical knowledge improve their performance and shorten experimental time thus enhancing the effectiveness of experimental teaching. The virtual simulation system for drawing process experiment not only meets practical needs by providing students with an experimental platform with realistic simulation effect and rich learning content but is also expandable and adaptable to future developments allowing the developers to conveniently modify and add experimental content at any time and cultivating more high-quality talents with a sense of innovation and creative ability for the society. In addition the system also provides an important reference for the development of virtual experiments of other textile equipment. © 2022 China Silk Association. All rights reserved.  相似文献

提出了基于自动化测试技术与计算机视觉技术的原木检尺新方法,设计、研制了相应的自动化检尺系统。工控机控制高分辨率的工业CCD数字成像单元对一手原木端面成像,并把图像数据库传输到工控机。基于目前施行的国家标准,结合待识别对象的特点,设计、开发了相应的图像处理和识别软件。图像识别结果经必要的人工交互处理后按照国家标准进行计算,其结果存入专用数据库。数据库对自动化检尺过程与结果进行管理和监督。实测结果表明,自动化检尺系统的检尺方法符合国家标准,检尺结果稳定、可靠,检测误差小于1%。  相似文献
