为满足机械陀螺仪快速定向要求,采用一种基于电子罗盘的快速粗定向方法;根据电子罗盘的地磁场测量原理,分析了其测量的干扰和误差因素;通过对电子罗盘干扰抑制及误差补偿处理方法的研究,综合采用软件滤波与基于椭圆拟合的罗差补偿法对采样数据进行处理及仿真;实验表明,该方法误差校正效果明显,设计精度可达1°,精度可满足机械陀螺仪粗寻北要求,寻北周期50″左右,满足设计要求。 相似文献

基于集成温度传感器的硅微陀螺仪数字化温度补偿研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
提出了一种基于集成温度传感器的硅微陀螺仪数字化温度补偿方法。首先,介绍了集成温度传感器的硅微陀螺仪基本结构原理,分析了硅微陀螺仪动力学方程以及温度变化对硅微陀螺仪谐振频率、品质因数、标度因数和零偏的影响。然后,设计了基于FPGA的硅微陀螺仪数字化补偿电路。最后,经过温度特性实验得到标度因数和零偏随温度变化曲线,建立了温度补偿模型,提出分段温度补偿方法。经过温度补偿后,标度因数和零偏的温度系数分别由316.66×10-6/℃和366.22°/(h·℃)减小为69.67×10-6/℃和115.25°/(h·℃),证明了补偿方法的正确性和可行性。 相似文献

提高温度特性是光纤陀螺仪工程化的一个难题,温度补偿是解决该问题的一种有效方法。光纤陀螺与温度相关误差项主要为零漂和标度因数,输入轴失准角也是影响光纤陀螺应用的一个重要误差项。在大量试验的基础上,分析了光纤陀螺输入轴失准角误差产生机理,采用多项式拟合方法建立了输入轴失准角误差全温模型,对多套光纤陀螺进行了全温补偿。试验结果表明,输入轴失准角补偿前全温变化在2?10-3rad数量级,补偿后全温变化小于3?10-4rad,精度提高了近一个数量级,大大提高了光纤陀螺仪的全温性能。 相似文献

针对光纤陀螺在启动后各个阶段的变化,介绍一种模型树线性回归算法。采用模型树“分而治之”的思想对陀螺漂移数据进行建模处理,并在叶子结点采用温度补偿的方法建立线性回归模型,得到陀螺在各个阶段的误差模型。实验结果表明,采用模型树算法对陀螺数据进行处理具有更好的拟合能力和预测能力,更适合处理各个时间阶段变化的建模问题。 相似文献

In this paper a new combined method was applied to model the random drift of a micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) gyro
to enhance its performance. The gyro is used to set up a micro-inertial -measurement unit (MIMU) for its low cost, low power
consumption and small dimensions. To improve the MIMU’s performance, we model the gyro’s random drift by a statistic method.
Given the paucity of the knowledge of fabrication of the gyro, we select a neural network model instead of making a delicate
physical-mathematical model. Since the gyro we used is a tuning fork micro-machined sensor with large random drift, the modeling
performance is affected by the randomness inherent in the output data when neural network approach is applied. Therefore,
radial basis network structure, which was successfully applied to model temperature drift of fiber optical gyros, was chosen
to build the model and the grey neural network. Compared with autoregressive model, the standard error of the gyro’s random
drift is reduced dramatically by radial basis model and grey radial basis model. 相似文献

A thermal lattice Boltzmann model with diffuse scattering boundary condition for micro thermal flows
A lattice Boltzmann model for simulating isothermal micro flows has been proposed by us recently [Niu XD, Chew YT, Shu C. A lattice Boltzmann BGK model for simulation of micro flows. Europhys Lett 2004;67(4):600]. In this paper, we extend the model to simulate the micro thermal flows. In particular, the thermal lattice Boltzmann equation (TLBE) [He X, Chen S, Doolen GD. A novel thermal model for the lattice Boltzmann method in incompressible limit. J Comput Phys 1998;146:282] is used with modification of the relaxation times linking to the Knudsen number. The diffuse scattering boundary condition (DSBC) derived in our early model is extended to consider temperature jump at wall boundaries. Simple theoretical analyses of the DSBC are presented and the results are found to be consistent with the conventional velocity slip and temperature jump boundary conditions. Numerical validations are carried out by simulating two-dimensional thermal Couette flows and developing thermal flows in a microchannel, and the obtained results are found to be in good agreement with those given from the direct simulation Monte Carlo (DSMC), the molecular dynamics (MD) approaches and the Maxwell theoretical prediction. 相似文献

传感器非线性测量误差及温度偏差是高精度液体浓度实时在线测量误差的主要因素.提出了一种基于浓度-温度-声速(S-T-V)曲面模型拟合算法的超声波液体浓度高精度测量方法.该方法以声速测量为基础,首先对非平稳声速测量数据进行预处理以减小系统非线性测量误差,再通过三次样条插值增加测量数据对后续数据拟合的参与度,然后分别建立S-V、T-V单曲线模型,最后运用最小二乘法完成S-T-V曲面拟合,实现多参数融合.实际测量表明,根据本方法测得氯化钠溶液质量浓度精度较高,受温度影响较小,误差优于±0.1%. 相似文献
