采用简单的物理方法,直接榨取樟叶汁液作为白钨矿和方解石分离的抑制剂。通过接触角测量、傅里叶转换红外光谱测试和原子力显微镜研究樟叶提取物中活性成分及其抑制机理。浮选试验表明,樟叶提取物对方解石有较强的抑制作用,对白钨矿的抑制作用较小。原子力显微镜检测证实方解石表面吸附有樟叶提取物的有效成分。红外光谱结果表明,吸附在方解石表面的组分含有大量的羟基,这些羟基使方解石疏水。Zeta电位和红外光谱结果表明,樟树叶提取物在方解石表面的吸附量远大于在白钨矿表面的吸附量。樟叶提取物在白钨矿和方解石浮选分离中具有潜在的应用价值。  相似文献

通过溶液化学计算、SEM-EDAX分析、ζ电位测试并结合浮选实验,以Na2CO3和六偏磷酸钠为调整剂,研究Ca2+存在体系中菱锰矿和方解石的浮选分离。结果表明:六偏磷酸钠对菱锰矿与方解石单矿物的浮选具有良好的选择性抑制作用,但在二者混合矿的浮选分离中,方解石溶出的Ca2+在调浆过程中可与Na2CO3反应生成CaCO3吸附在菱锰矿表面,使二者表面性质趋同,难以实现浮选分离;改变药剂添加方式,优先加入六偏磷酸钠络合溶液中的Ca2+,阻止其在菱锰矿表面吸附,避免菱锰矿表面性质改变,再加入Na2CO3调节矿浆pH,最终实现菱锰矿与方解石的浮选分离。  相似文献

萤石(CaF2)是一种关键战略性矿产资源,在自然界中常与同为含钙矿物的方解石(CaCO3)共生。泡沫浮选是分离这两种含钙矿物最主要的方法,但萤石和方解石表面的钙活性位点相似,导致其选择性分离一直是世界性难题。萤石浮选中常用水玻璃抑制方解石,实现萤石正浮选富集。然而,水玻璃选择性低且用量大,导致部分萤石被抑制无法回收,且因其分散性好会造成尾矿难以沉降、尾水难以处理等问题。本文提出了抑制萤石浮选方解石的反浮选思路,并开发了一种绿色萤石抑制剂—二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸(DTPMP)。单矿物、二元混合矿及实际矿浮选试验表明,在中性pH下,以油酸钠(NaOL)作捕收剂、低用量的DTPMP作抑制剂,可实现萤石的反浮选分离。药剂吸附量检测和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)表明,DTPMP在萤石表面的吸附量更多、吸附强度更大。密度泛函理论(DFT)计算结果表明,DTPMP更容易在萤石表面吸附,且DTPMP膦酸基团中的H原子与萤石表面的F原子生成的氢键作用较强。因此,DTPMP作为一种绿色高效的抑制剂,在萤石浮选领域具有较好的工业应用前景。  相似文献

研究十二胺浮选分离菱锰矿与方解石的行为,考察调整剂水玻璃、六偏磷酸钠和柠檬酸对菱锰矿和方解石浮选的影响。单矿物浮选结果表明:pH为7~8时,菱锰矿与方解石可浮性存在差异。人工混合矿浮选结果表明,菱锰矿与方解石可浮性相当,难以分离。红外分析结果显示,十二胺以物理吸附方式存在于菱锰矿与方解石表面。矿物晶格能、溶液化学计算和SEM-EDS表明,方解石的可浮性略大于菱锰矿的,混合矿中方解石表面向菱锰矿转化,导致两矿样表面性质相似而不可分离。  相似文献

苯甲羟肟酸(BHA)和辛基羟肟酸(OHA)以及二者组合羟肟酸(BHA+OHA)下,对氟碳铈矿、方解石、萤石三种矿物进行了浮选研究。通过红外光谱分析、总有机碳和紫外光谱吸附量测试和XPS分析研究了羟肟酸类在矿物表面的作用机理。结果表明:在pH=9.5、组合捕收剂(n(BHA)∶n(OHA)=2∶1)浓度为3×10-4 mol/L和盐化水玻璃3×10-3 mol/L条件下,氟碳铈矿、方解石和萤石的回收率分别为89.8%、18.5%和13.7%,人工混合矿REO品位由28.90%提升至55.41%,氟碳铈矿的回收率为80.41%,与方解石和萤石实现较好分离;组合捕收剂(BHA+OHA)在三种矿物表面发生共吸附,且组合捕收剂中每种药剂的吸附率大于相同浓度的单一药剂;盐化水玻璃阻碍捕收剂在方解石、萤石表面的吸附对捕收剂在氟碳铈矿表面吸附无影响,可以达到抑制方解石和萤石的目的,实现氟碳铈矿的选择性浮选。  相似文献

以白钨矿、萤石和方解石为研究对象,通过单矿物浮选试验、动电位测试及XPS能谱分析,研究硅酸钠对含钙矿物浮选行为的影响及作用机理。浮选实验结果表明:在捕收剂731的作用下,pH值为9.7~10.3、硅酸钠浓度高于2.5 g/L时,白钨矿的回收率大于80%,而萤石和方解石的回收率分别低于10%和26%。Zeta电位检测结果表明:硅酸钠与矿物作用后,萤石和方解石的Zeta电位明显负移,而白钨矿的Zeta电位改变较小,说明硅酸钠更容易在萤石和方解石表面发生吸附。XPS能谱分析显示:硅酸钠与矿物作用后,在萤石和方解石表面出现了Si 2p特征峰,并且其相对含量分别为6.81%和4.72%,而Si在白钨矿表面的的相对浓度仅为0.35%;同时,白钨矿、萤石和方解石表面的Ca 2p3/2结合能偏移量分别为0.26、0.41和0.55 eV,说明硅酸钠在白钨矿表面可能发生了物理吸附,而在萤石和方解石表面发生了强烈的化学吸附。因此,硅酸钠能选择性抑制萤石和方解石,有效地分离白钨矿与萤石和方解石。  相似文献

通过浮选试验、吸附量测试和XPS分析,研究油酸钠和聚醚P123组合捕收剂以及抑制剂海藻酸钠在白钨矿与方解石浮选分离中的作用,考察钙离子对白钨矿与方解石浮选分离的影响,并分析海藻酸钠对方解石的抑制作用机理。结果表明:与常用捕收剂油酸钠相比,油酸钠和聚醚P123组合捕收剂提高白钨矿的浮选回收率,并降低方解石的浮选回收率,但仅用捕收剂在试验所研究的pH范围内无法实现白钨矿与方解石的浮选分离。抑制剂海藻酸钠在白钨矿及方解石表面均能被吸附,但在方解石表面的吸附量显著高于在白钨矿表面的吸附量,从而对方解石具有选择性抑制作用。钙离子的存在对方解石和白钨矿的浮选影响较小,对海藻酸钠的抑制行为也没有影响,使用海藻酸钠做抑制剂能够实现白钨矿与方解石的浮选分离。XPS分析表明海藻酸钠作用后方解石表面钙原子的特征吸收峰发生明显偏移,说明海藻酸钠主要是通过与方解石表面的钙离子发生化学反应而吸附在方解石表面。  相似文献

Tragacanth gum (TG) was explored as a depressant to realize the flotation separation of molybdenite and talc. The flotation experiments indicated that when using potassium butyl xanthate (PBX) as a collector, molybdenite showed excellent floatability while talc was completely depressed by TG, thus realizing the flotation separation of the two minerals. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis results showed that TG was adsorbed on molybdenite surface via chemisorption. The results of contact angle measurement, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, and time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry (ToF-SIMS) indicated that the pre-adsorption of TG on molybdenite could not hinder the further chemisorption of PBX on molybdenite. Because PBX has no collecting ability on talc, the flotation separation of molybdenite and talc came true using PBX to collect molybdenite and TG to depress talc.  相似文献

The flotation separation of smithsonite from calcite and quartz using a alkyl diamine ether (GE-609) as the collector was investigated through micro-flotation experiments and the real ore flotation experiments. The results show that GE-609 exhibits good collecting capability to three minerals without selectivity. The presence of sodium sulfide enhances the flotation of smithsonite and calcite while inhibits quartz. Moreover, both sodium silicate and sodium hexametaphosphate exhibit good selective inhibition to calcite. The real ore test results show that a zinc concentrate containing 23.51% Zn with the recovery of 71.02% is obtained in the closed-circuit test. To understand the adsorption of GE-609 on smithsonite surface, zeta potential measurement and FTIR analysis were carried out, and the results indicate that the collector GE-609 can adsorb on smithsonite surface through both electrostatic adsorption and chemical adsorption, and the presence of sodium sulfide enhances the adsorption of GE-609.  相似文献

Carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) was introduced as a depressant in reverse flotation separation of quartz from magnesite. The flotation behavior and surface properties of magnesite and quartz exposed to CMC were studied by zeta potential tests, atomic force microscopy imaging and contact angle measurements. The addition of CMC as the depressant in reverse flotation using dodecylamine (DDA) as the collector exhibited a selectively depressive performance towards magnesite and achieved an improved recovery of magnesite. The study of surface properties demonstrated that CMC and DDA exhibited different adsorption strengths on the surface of magnesite and quartz. It was found that the adsorption of CMC on magnesite surface was stronger than that of DDA, which hindered the subsequent adsorption of DDA on magnesite surface. On the contrary, the quartz surface was strongly adsorbed by DDA instead of CMC, which proved that the addition of CMC did not influence the flotation of quartz.  相似文献

An impedance response model reflecting the inhibitory effect of antibiotics on bacterial growth in biomet-allurgy was established. Three inhibition parameters, i.e. the maximum amount inhibitory constant of the bacterial growth(K1), the maximum specific growth inhibitory constant(K2) and the lag time inhibitory constant(K3), were included in the model. The influence of these parameters on the response curve was discussed in detail. By fitting experimental data towards the proposed model, three growth parameters (A,μm and λ) in the presence of antibiotics were gained and compared. The results show that the growth ability of bacteria is decreased due to the influence of antibiotics. The experimental and fitted curves have goodness-of-fit in the range of 0. 987-1. 008. Moreover, the kinetic growth parameters obtained from this model are closed to those from the Logistics popular growth model.These results show that the proposed model is validity to reflect the inhibitory effect of antibiotics on bacteria.  相似文献
