提出了一种新型微带三频滤波器,滤波器由两个弯折并相互嵌套的分支线谐振器和一个T形谐振器组成。谐振器之间相互耦合,得到三通带频率响应特性。该滤波器可通过调节微带线几何参数改变通带位置以及带宽,以满足不同应用需求。这种结构的滤波器结构紧凑,电路面积小,三个通带两边各引入一个传输零点,增强了通带间的隔离度以及阻带抑制特性。设计并制作了一款1.57/3.55/5.2GHz三通带滤波器,测试结果与仿真结果基本相符,验证了该滤波器结构的有效性。  相似文献

该文介绍了一种窄带带通腔体滤波器的原理和设计方法,通过加载电容原理,使滤波器的寄生通带远离通频带,并设计了带哑铃型横杆的谐振器结构,在谐振器连接点形成电压驻波零点,从而进一步抑制滤波器的寄生通带,实现了具有宽阻带的带通腔体滤波器。最后,利用微波仿真软件CST设计了一款中心频率为2.45 GHz,相对带宽为4.08%的窄带带通腔体滤波器。仿真结果表明,滤波器带外抑制高,阻带范围宽,通带内驻波良好,满足设计指标要求。  相似文献

提出了一种新型平面三频带通滤波器,该滤波器由一个加载短路枝节的阶梯阻抗谐振器,一对加载开路枝节的背靠背E型谐振器,以及包含源负载直接耦合的馈电结构组成.所采用的枝节加载谐振器的多模工作特性使滤波器的体积大大减小,同时每个通带的位置及其耦合特性都能够独立调谐.另外,通过源负载直接耦合引入通带两侧的传输零点,实现了滤波器良好的频率选择性.最后设计并加工了一款高选择性小型化三频带通滤波器,其三个通带的中心频率分别为2.0GHz,3.95GHz和6.35GHz,插入损耗均小于2.5dB,带内回波损耗均优于14dB,实验结果与仿真结果吻合良好.  相似文献

This letter outlines the designing and manufacture of a miniaturized bandpass filter realized by low-temperature cofired ceramic (LTCC) technology for wireless products. The bandpass filter with a central frequency of 1950 MHz and a 5% passband is designed as a three-dimensional (3-D) structure based on lumped components. The design technique based on cascading overall circuit into blocks and computer-aided design of electrical circuit is presented. Experimental measurements were compared with modeling. The insertion losses in the passband (100 MHz) were less than 2 dB and the attenuation more than 20 dB in the stopband. The area occupied by the filter is 6.6/spl times/6.6/spl times/0.836 mm/sup 3/ in plane.  相似文献

主要对SIR滤波器在两方面进行了改进。采用了DGS结构和新型的耦合方式,增强了耦合,为滤波器提供了更多的零点抑制寄生通带的影响。根据理论原理,设计了基于4阶低通原型滤波器结合新结构的SIR带通滤波器,通过HFSS仿真结果看出,该方法能够有效抑制带外寄生通带的影响,对寄生通带的抑制可以达到40dB左右。  相似文献

A new type of novel low loss dual-band microstrip filters using folded open-loop ring resonators (OLRRs) is presented in this letter. Both magnetic and electric coupling structures are implemented to provide high performance passband response. The first passband and second passband of the designed dual-band filter can be easily and accurately shifted to a desired frequency band by adjusting the physical dimensions of OLRRs. Finally, the 2.4-GHz/5.7-GHz and 2.4-GHz/5.2-GHz dual-band filters are illustrated and measured in this letter.  相似文献

A micropower fourth-order elliptical switched-capacitor (SC) low-pass filter for biomedical applications has been designed and measured. The charge transfer error of an SC integrator using a transconductance amplifier is discussed. Also first-order noise and PSRR calculations are performed and compared with the results of simulations and measurements. The measurements show that by careful optimization of the gain bandwidth, slew rate, and gain of the amplifiers, high-performance low-power SC filters can be constructed. The cutoff frequency of the filter is 5 kHz, the ripple in the passband is 0.27 dB, and stopband rejection is 49 dB. The power consumption of the filter is 190 /spl mu/W with /spl plusmn/2.5-V power supplies. The dynamic range of the filter is 75 dB, and the total harmonic distortion over the whole passband range is below 0.25% for a 2-V/SUB pp/ input signal. The PSRR of the filter is above 40 dB at frequencies below 3 kHz.  相似文献

A new compact bandpass filter composed of two coupled linear tapered line resonators (LTLRs) is designed. The two resonators are arranged in different layers. The filter has two transmission zeros on both sides of the passband. It has small size and steep response below its passband. It is also shown that this filter has 0.6 dB low insertion loss at the centre frequency and 10.5% 3dB bandwidth.  相似文献

In this paper, a compact microstrip lowpass filter (LPF) using triangle-shaped resonators is presented. The designed LPF includes three symmetric triangle-shaped resonators to provide a suitable passband and sharp response. A suppressing unit composed of several suppressing cells is designed to obtain a wide rejection band and low insertion loss in the passband. The fabricated LPF has been measured and indicts that it has −3 dB cut off frequency at 5.15 GHz. The rejection band has been expended from 5.51 GHz to 43.2 GHz with maximally flat return loss in this region nearby to 0 dB. Also, simulation and experimental results show that the proposed filter has a very flat group delay in the passband, which is the minimum value in comparison with the published works since 2017.  相似文献

In this letter, a novel compact wideband bandpass filter using the asymmetric stepped-impedance resonator (SIR) with one step discontinuity is designed and implemented to achieve characteristics of low loss, wide stopband and very high passband selectivity, simultaneously. The first two resonant modes of the asymmetric SIR are coupled together and applied to create a wide passband. The design procedure is discussed in detail. The proposed filter at center frequency ${rm f}_{0}$ of 4 GHz has very good measured characteristics including a low insertion loss of 0.5 $pm$ 0.3 dB, the bandwidth of 2.9–5.3 GHz, sharp rejection due to two transmission zeros in the passband edge. Experimental results of the fabricated filter show a good agreement with the predict results.   相似文献

A compact wideband microstrip bandpass filter using transversal resonator and asymmetrical interdigital coupled lines is proposed in this letter. A wide passband is first constructed using transversal signal-interference technique, resulting a pair of transmission zeros at each side of the desired passband. By driving this transversal resonator with two asymmetrical interdigital coupled lines at two sides, five extra transmission zeros are generated in the lower/upper stopbands with excellent dc-choked property, thus making up a wide passband with improved out-of-band performance. This wideband microstrip filter is then designed, implemented and experimented. Good insertion/return losses, flat group delay and good out-of-band rejections are achieved as demonstrated in both simulation and experiment.  相似文献

A microstrip bandpass filter implemented with dual-spiral resonators is described in this letter. The dual-spiral resonators make the filter compact and allow implementation of positive and negative inter-resonator couplings. Implementation of the positive and negative couplings is used to introduce a pair of finite frequency transmission-zeros in the filter response. The two zeros are designed to be close to the passband, thus improving the selectivity of the filter. As an example, a four-stage cross-coupled dual-spiral filter is designed and fabricated using superconducting YBa/sub 2/Cu/sub 3/O/sub 7-/spl delta// thin films deposited on LaAlO/sub 3/ substrate.  相似文献

提出了一种基于多节1/2波长SIRs的具有通带可控的紧凑型四通带滤波器。该滤波器由上下两个谐振器A和B组成,谐振器A由两节1/2波长SIRs中心加载一段短路枝节组成,控制第二和第三通带;谐振器B由三节1/2波长SIRs中心加载一段短路枝节组成,控制第一和第四通带,最终得到了尺寸为8.09 mm×14.12 mm(0.10λg×0.17λg)的四频带通滤波器。实验结果表明,该滤波器的通带可控并且满足低损耗的要求,4个通带的中心频率分别为2.22/3.66/5.63/7.52 GHz,插入损耗分别为0.32/0.41/1.38/0.43 dB,每个通带的回波损耗都优于20 dB,实验结果与理论分析一致。  相似文献

本文提出了一种可用于宽带接收信号近似完全重构的余弦调制滤波器组。首先将滤波器组的设计转化为原型滤波器的设计,利用代价函数保证其通带平稳和阻带衰减,针对已有算法中幅度失真较大的问题,文中利用代价函数保证过渡带具有平方根余弦滚降特性,并且为了避免加强目标函数约束所带来的误差,对通带截止频率进行调整使得原型滤波器的3dB通带截止频率等于理想滤波器的通带截止频率。文中还推导了以滤波器系数为变量,代价函数的闭合解表达式,并针对滤波器设计复杂度高的问题,采用了基于迭代求解原型滤波器的方法。实验仿真表明,该方法得到的调制滤波器组较已有设计方法具有更好的性能。   相似文献

This study proposed a triple-passband bandpass filter with compact size, low loss and high passband selectivity. The filter includes two coupled stepped impedance resonators (SIRs) and two embedded stub-loaded stepped impedance resonators (SL-SIRs), connected with coupling scheme at the symmetric plane of the filter. The filter is designed to have triple-passband at 2.4, 3.5 and 5.2 GHz for worldwide interoperability for microwave access (WiMAX) applications. By properly tuning the impedance ratio and physical length ratio of the SL-SIRs, the three passbands can be easily determined, at the same time, achieving the high passband selectivity and wide stopband. Besides, the transmission zeros near passband edges of each passband are generated by the proposed filter with cross-coupling structure. The measured results are in good agreement with the full-wave electromagnetic (EM) simulation results.  相似文献

利用ADS(Advanced Design System)软件设计、研究了一种新型的微带抽头式发夹型带通滤波器。该 滤波器工作在S 波段,相比较于传统的微带抽头式发夹型带通滤波器,该滤波器在信号的输入输出端各加入了一段 四分之一波长的开路微带线,很好地抑制了邻近的寄生通带,使滤波器具有了良好的阻带特性。同时在该滤波器的 谐振单元间并联了一段长度为λ / 2 的微带线,在该滤波器通带两侧增加了一对传输零点,使滤波器的选择性得到 了极大的优化。最后还对所设计的新型滤波器进行了实物加工和测试,测试结果和仿真结果吻合较好。  相似文献

Often in infinite impulse response (IIR) filter design, our critical design parameter is the cutoff frequency at which the filter's power decays to half (-3 dB) the nominal passband value. This article presents techniques that aid in the design of discrete-time Chebyshev and elliptic filters given a 3-dB attenuation frequency point. These techniques place Chebyshev and elliptic filters on the same footing as Butterworth filters, which traditionally have been designed for a given 3-dB point. The result is that it is easy to replace a Butterworth design with either a Chebyshev or an elliptic filter of the same order and obtain a steeper rolloff at the expense of some ripple in the passband and/or stopband of the filter.  相似文献

目前三通带太赫兹滤波器存在通带带宽差异大的问题。为了提高太赫兹滤波器三通带的带宽均匀性,设计了一款基于频率选择表面的三通带太赫兹滤波器,其结构由三个嵌套式“十”字环金属贴片、“十”字金属贴片和聚酰亚胺衬底三层结构组成。当太赫兹波垂直入射到滤波器表面时,在0.1~0.862 THz范围内形成三个滤波通带,各通带的峰值透射系数约为0.9,具有较好的通带性能,并且通带之间的传输零点的透射系数都在0.07以下,带外抑制良好。各通带的3 dB带宽的最大通带比约为1.29,10 dB带宽的最大通带比约为1.13,具有较好通带均匀性。三个工作通带的矩形系数均大于1.7,通带边沿陡峭,频率选择性良好。该滤波器具有透射系数高、带宽差异小、结构简单和易于加工等特点,其在太赫兹的多信道通信领域具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献
