A hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test and simulation platform is developed in the laboratory, so as to validate the performance characteristics of the proposed skyhook-based asymmetric semi-active controller in Part I, and examine the validity of the proposed MR-damper model in a system surrounding. A real-time monitor is designed to assess and monitor the responses of the quarter-vehicle model in the HIL platform, and to select the excitation, controller synthesis, and the output displays. A drive current circuit hardware employing PID feedback technique is developed to compensate for the time delays from the servo-controller and drive current circuit, in which a small resistance is integrated in the current amplifier circuit to provide the feedback signal. The experiments were performed to measure the responses of the quarter-vehicle MR-suspension models with fixed current and the proposed semi-active MR-damping variations, under harmonic, rounded pulse and random road excitations. The measured data were compared with the corresponding model results to examine the model and controller validity, and revealed generally good agreements in the model and tested results and very little sensitivity of the tested responses to variations in the sprung mass. The HIL test results validate the effectiveness of the proposed skyhook-based semi-active asymmetric controller and its high robustness against the vehicle load variations in view of the intelligent vehicle suspension design.  相似文献

Multi-way principal component analysis(MPCA)has received considerable attention and been widely used in process monitoring.A traditional MPCA algorithm unfolds multiple batches of historical data into a two-dimensional matrix and cut the matrix along the time axis to form subspaces.However,low efficiency of subspaces and difficult fault isolation are the common disadvantages for the principal component model.This paper presents a new subspace construction method based on kernel density estimation function that can effectively reduce the storage amount of the subspace information.The MPCA model and the knowledge base are built based on the new subspace.Then,fault detection and isolation with the squared prediction error(SPE)statistic and the Hotelling(T2)statistic are also realized in process monitoring.When a fault occurs,fault isolation based on the SPE statistic is achieved by residual contribution analysis of different variables.For fault isolation of subspace based on the T2 statistic,the relationship between the statistic indicator and state variables is constructed,and the constraint conditions are presented to check the validity of fault isolation.Then,to improve the robustness of fault isolation to unexpected disturbances,the statistic method is adopted to set the relation between single subspace and multiple subspaces to increase the corrective rate of fault isolation.Finally fault detection and isolation based on the improved MPCA is used to monitor the automatic shift control system(ASCS)to prove the correctness and effectiveness of the algorithm.The research proposes a new subspace construction method to reduce the required storage capacity and to prove the robustness of the principal component model,and sets the relationship between the state variables and fault detection indicators for fault isolation.  相似文献

Due to high competition of the agriculture machines sector, the auto parts suppliers are investing in research to promote the development and reduce the costs of the products, passing these results to their clients who are the automakers. It was identified the need to redesign the regulation sieve system harvester, which is a compound assembly in the harvester's grain cleaning system, with the objective to reduce the costs and improve the ergonomic aspect, keeping the same efficiency from the original project. The improvement was developed by studying the original design and identifying possible project fails, such as components and manufacturing process which could be eliminated. For this, it was needed to do a research about rules and project considerations that must be applied in the products development and ergonomic too, specifically about geometric forms and anthropometric measures. From the redesign of this system, it is verified that it is possible by a study to identify possible improvements, and to develop a new system by a simple project, improving the ergonomic, reducing the cost and keeping the same efficacy from the original project.  相似文献

The purpose of this research is to explore the principle of the man-object relationship to identify the issues shown when handling packaging and emphasizing the usability aspect. For that, the theoretical reference of the research involves the analysis of the parameters according to the aspects that involve the use interactions of packaging in agreement with the definition and scientific concepts of ergonomics, allied to the development of product projects, discussing forms, handling, load transportation and the support of the product. Therefore, improperly handling of the packaging may cause damages to the products and even potential accidents. Coding and decoding are significant to facilitate the use recognition within the individual's repertoire. The packaging, within the macro-ergonomics universe, may be the object of ergonomics, whose contribution to solve problems is related to labor activities, by dealing with packaging, transportation and load resulting from the man-object interaction. The incorrect identification of information may lead to problems of interpretation and misuse, from the handling to the disposal of packaging. For this reason, this research suggests the adjustment of the man-object interface which may lead users to make mistakes regarding use and important choices, through adequate handling actions.  相似文献

<正>Bus dispatching has been studied,and also the bus dispatching model is set up.Then,Genetic Algorithm is adaptively improved in order to avoid premature problem and the slow convergence,and then the keeping optimal strategy is used to the Genetic Algorithm,so formed the Improved Adaptive Genetic Algorithm,namely IAGA. The contributing factors for the cavitation in piezoelectric pumps are analyzed,theoretically, and the device fitting for observing and recording is set up. With it the experiments are carried out to observe the emergence and the flowing of the cavitations in the piezoelectric pumps. Needle insertion is a common surgical procedure used in diagnosis and treatment.The needle steering technologies make continuous developments in theoretical and practical aspects along with the in-depth research on needle insertion.It is necessary to summarize and analyze the existing results to promote the future development of theories and applications of needle insertion.Thus,a survey of the state of the art of research is presented on algorithms of needle steering techniques,the surgical robots and devices.Based on the analysis of the needle insertion procedure,the concept of needle steering is defined as a kinematics problem,which is to place the needle at the target and avoid the obstacles.The needle steering techniques,including the artificial potential field method and the nonholonomic model,are introduced to control the needles for improving the accuracy.Based on the quasi-static thinking,the virtual spring model and the cantilever-beam model are developed to calculate the amount of needle deflection and generate the needle path.The phantoms instead of the real tissue are used to verify the models mentioned in most of the experimentations.For the desired needle trajectories,the image-guided robotic devices and some novel needles are presented to achieve the needle steering.Finally,the challenges are provided involving the controllability of the long flexible needle and the properties of soft tissue.The results and investigations can be used for further study on the precision and accuracy of needle insertion.  相似文献
