动态混沌蚁群系统及其在机器人路径规划中的应用 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
针对蚁群系统(ACS)解决机器人路径规划问题时种群多样性与收敛速度的不足,对蚁群系统引入动态混沌算子,从而平衡种群多样性和收敛速度之间的关系。动态混沌蚁群系统的核心是在传统蚁群系统引入Logistic混沌算子来增加种群多样性,从而提高解的质量。在迭代前期加入混沌算子,以调整路径中的全局信息素值,增加算法的种群多样性,从而避免算法陷入局域优化解;在后期则转为蚁群系统,来确保动态混沌蚁群系统的收敛速度。仿真结果表明,对于机器人路径规划问题,与蚁群系统相比,动态混沌蚁群系统具有更好的种群多样性、更高的解的质量和更快的收敛速度;与精英蚁群系统(EAS)和基于排序的蚂蚁系统(ASrank)相比,动态混沌蚁群系统能够平衡解的质量与收敛速度之间的关系,即使在复杂障碍物的环境下,动态混沌蚁群系统也能较好地找到最优解。动态混沌蚁群系统能够提升移动机器人路径规划中的效率。 相似文献

利用多层前馈神经网络的非线性建模特性,基于动态BP网络的串并联和并联模型,提出了一种高鲁棒性BP算法,与传统的BP算法相比,鲁棒BP算法有5个优点:(1)适合于非线性动态系统辨识,(2)辨识精度高;(3)不必内插所有训练样本;(4)具有高鲁棒性,能抵制过失误差和量测误差;(5)收敛速度得到了改进,因为错误差样本的影响得到了适度的抑制,把该算法用于非线性动态系统辨识,仿真结果表明此方法是有效的。 相似文献

针对物联网环境下异构大数据处理实时性低的问题,探讨了基于Hadoop框架实现数据处理与持久化的方法,提出了一种基于"上下文"的Hadoop大数据处理系统模型HDS,HDS利用Hadoop框架完成数据并行处理与持久化,将物联网环境下异构数据抽象为"上下文"作为HDS处理对象;并提出了"上下文距离"上下文邻域系统(CNS)"的定义;对于Hadoop框架本身数据处理实时性不高的问题,HDS在设计上增加了"上下文队列(CQ)"作为辅助存储来提高数据处理实时性;利用"上下文"的时空特性,建立了用户请求"上下文邻域系统"对任务进行重组.以成品油配送车辆调度问题为例,利用MapReduce并行实验对HDS的数据处理与实时性能进行了验证与分析.实验结果表明,在物联网环境下,HDS不仅在大数据处理性能上较传统单点处理模型(SDS)具有明显优势,在实验环境中10台服务器的情况下,其计算性能能够超过SDS 200倍以上;同时也验证了CQ作为辅助存储能够有效提高数据处理实时性,在10台服务器环境下,其数据处理实时性能够提高270倍以上. 相似文献

降低虚警率是异常入侵检测系统(AIDS)的一个主要目标。分析了AIDS虚警率问题产生的主要原因,提出了一种基于人工免疫思想,动态构建正常系统轮廓,抑制虚警率的方法。给出了生物免疫系统与AIDS的映射关系,建立了自体动态描述、抗体的动态演化和淘汰机制,并进行了仿真和对比实验。理论分析和实验结果表明该方法可有效降低系统虚警率。 相似文献

The behaviours of hybrid dynamic systems (HDS) are determined by combining continuous variables with discrete switching logic. The identification of a HDS aims to find an accurate model of the system’s dynamics based on its past inputs and outputs. In pattern recognition (PR) methods, each mode is represented by a set of similar patterns that form restricted regions in the feature space. These sets of patterns are called classes. A pattern is a vector built from past inputs and outputs. HDS identification is a challenging problem since it involves the estimation of different sets of parameters without knowing in advance which sections of the measured data correspond to the different modes of the system. Therefore, HDS identification can be achieved by combining two steps: clustering and parameter estimation. In the clustering step, the number of discrete modes (i.e., the classes that input-output data points belong) is estimated. The parameter estimation step finds the parameters of the models that govern the continuous dynamics in each mode. In this paper, an unsupervised PR method is proposed to achieve the clustering step of the identification of temporally switched linear HDS. The determination of the number of modes does not require prior information about the modes or their number. 相似文献

The logic and synchronization characteristics of general dynamical systems called hybrid dynamical systems (HDS) are studied. The theory is related to discrete event dynamical system theory, but handles numerics as well as symbolics. It is supported by the programming language Signal and a mathematical model of general implicit dynamical systems. The core of the theory is the notion of HDS resolution which is based on a coding of any HDS into a dynamic graph which consists of a skew product of a polynomial dynamical system on the finite field of integers modulo 3 (to describe the transitions of the underlying automation) and directed graphs (to describe how data dependencies dynamically evolve). Fuzzy production rules have been successfully applied to represent uncertainty in a knowledge-based system. The knowledge organized as a knowledge base is static. On the other hand, a real system such as the stock market is dynamic in nature. Therefore we need a strategy to reflect the dynamic nature of a system when we make reasoning with a knowledge-based system.This paper proposes a strategy of dynamic reasoning that can be used to takes account the dynamic behavior of decision-making with the knowledge-based system consisted of fuzzy rules. A degree of match (DM) between actual input information and antecedent of a rule is represented by a value in interval [0, 1]. Weights of relative importance of attributes in a rule are obtained by the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. Then these weights are applied as exponents for the DM, and the DMs in a rule are combined, with the Min operator, into a single DM for the rule. In this way, the importance of attributes of a rule, which can be changed from time to time, can be reflected to reasoning in knowledge-based system with fuzzy rules.With the proposed reasoning procedure, a decision maker can take his judgment on the given decision environment into a static knowledge base with fuzzy rules when he makes decision with the knowledge base. Considers the robust stability of quasi-periodic hybrid dynamic systems (HDSs) with polytopic uncertainties. The quasi-periodic HDSs has infinite switchings, but the switching sequence forms a cycle and the cycle is repeated. We derive the stability conditions for quasi-periodic HDS with uncertainties in continuous-variable dynamic systems, and with variations in both the “switching”-conditional set and the reset map by analyzing the behavior of the system along the cycle. The results require the Lyapunov function to be bounded by a continuous function along each continuous-variable dynamic system, and is nonincreasing along a subsequence of the “switchings.” They do not require the Lyapunov function to be nonincreasing along the whole sequence of the switchings 相似文献
