采用传统电子陶瓷工艺制备(ZnNb2O6-Zn3Nb2O8)-Sb2O3(ZZS)陶瓷,研究了Sb2O3含量对ZZS陶瓷结构及介电性能的影响规律。结果表明,Sb2O3的加入促进了陶瓷的烧结,陶瓷中除ZnNb2O6和Zn3Nb2O8两种主晶相外未有新相生成,Sb2O3则以Sb3+或Sb5+置换Nb5+/Zn2+形成置换固溶体;陶瓷的介电常数(εr)随Sb2O3含量的增加先增大后减小,保持在23~25之间,介电损耗略有增加。微波频段下,0.7ZnNb2O6-0.3Zn3Nb2O8陶瓷的介电常数随Sb2O3含量的增加略有减小,品质因数与频率的乘积(Q×f)值先增大后减小。当w(Sb2O3)=1%时,陶瓷综合性能最佳,εr=22.88,Q×f=38 871GHz。  相似文献

采用固相法在880~975℃下烧结制备了添加w(CuO)为2.00%,w(B2O3)为3.00%及w(SnO2)为0.15%的ZnNb2O6-1.75TiO2基复合微波介质陶瓷。研究了该陶瓷的低温烧结机理、微波介电性能及其在多层片式陶瓷电容器中的应用。结果显示:随着烧结温度的提高,物相由Zn2TiO4,Zn0.17Nb0.33Ti0.5O2,ZnNb2O6向ZnTiNb2O8转变,εr和τf减小,Q·f升高。但当t≥975℃时,出现过烧现象,晶体缺陷增多恶化了材料的Q·f。在950℃烧结4h时,得到最好的介电性能:εr=36.7,τf=–22.6×10–6/℃,Q·f=18172.2GHz。且在此温度下制备的多层片式陶瓷电容与内电极Ag90Pd10的兼容性良好,Res为0.3426Ω,tanδ为9×10–5,可靠性良好。  相似文献

采用传统的固相合成法制备ZnNb2O6与TiO2摩尔比为1∶x系统微波陶瓷,借助XRD、SEM和LCR测试仪,研究了TiO2添加对ZnNb2O6陶瓷的烧结特性、相组成结构及介电性能.结果表明,随着TiO2含量的增加,晶相结构变得复杂化,TiO2掺杂质量分数x<0.4时,只有ZnNb2O6晶相;0.6<x<1.4时,存在ZnNb2TiO8、Zn0.17Nb0.33Ti0.5O2和Zn0.15Nb0.3Ti0.55O2三相;1.6<x<2.0时,由ZnNb2TiO8和TiO2两相组成.同时,随着相结构的变化,陶瓷的介电常数εr增加,品质因数Q值先减小后增大,频率温度系数τf向正方向移动.在1 200℃烧结(x=1.8)的陶瓷具有较佳的微波性能:εr=51,Q×f=11 187 GHz,τf=-8μ℃-1.  相似文献

用传统固相法合成了CaF2掺杂ZnNb2O6微波介质陶瓷,通过XRD、SEM以及HP4291阻抗分析仪等测试手段对其烧结行为、晶体结构及微波介电性能进行了系统研究。结果表明,CaF2掺杂能有效地降低ZnNb2O6陶瓷的烧结温度,提高介电常数,但品质因数Q值有所下降。1100°C烧结w(CaF2)=0.5%(质量比)掺杂的ZnNb2O6陶瓷具有较好的介电性能:εr=31.6,Q×f=68THz,τf=-47×10-6°C-1。  相似文献

采用传统固相反应法制备了 ZnNb2O6陶瓷,研究了复合添加 BaO-CuO-V2O5(BCV)烧结助剂对 ZnNb2O6陶瓷的烧结特性、物相组成、微观组织形貌及微波介电性能的影响。结果表明:掺杂少量 BCV 的 ZnNb2O6陶瓷物相组成并未改变,仍为 ZnNb2O6单相。添加质量分数 2%的 BCV 可使 ZnNb2O6陶瓷的烧结温度降至 950 ℃,并且在 950 ℃烧结 3 h 具有较佳的微波介电性能:εr=24.7,Q·f=75 248 GHz,τf= –50.4×10–6/℃。  相似文献

采用传统的固相反应法合成了ZnNb2O6-xTiO2(x=0,0.5,1.0,1.5)复合陶瓷粉体。系统研究了TiO2添加对ZnNb2O6陶瓷的烧结特性、物相组成、微观形貌和微波介电性能的影响规律。结果表明:ZnNb2O6-xTiO2复合陶瓷可在1 150℃烧结3 h达到致密。随着TiO2添加量的增大,ZnNb2O6-xTiO2复合陶瓷的物相组成发生改变,有新物相ZnTiNb2O8生成;复合陶瓷的相对介电常数呈现逐渐增大的趋势;其品质因数有较小幅度的减小,谐振频率温度系数逐渐趋近于零。在1 150℃烧结3 h制备的ZnNb2O6-1.5TiO2复合陶瓷具有最好的微波介电性能:εr=46.2,Q×f=48 000 GHz,τf=–8?10–6/℃。  相似文献

采用固相反应烧结法制备了ZrO2掺杂的Ba(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O3微波介质陶瓷,研究了陶瓷的烧结特性和介电性能。结果表明,ZrO2掺杂能有效降低Ba(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O3陶瓷的烧结温度,改善陶瓷的微波介电性能。当x(ZrO2)=4%时,Ba(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O3陶瓷致密化烧结温度由纯相时的1 600℃降至1 300℃,同时陶瓷材料的微波介电性能达到最佳值,即介电常数εr=34.79,品质因数与频率的乘积Q×f=148 000(8GHz),谐振频率温度系数τf=0.3×10-6/℃。  相似文献

采用传统固相法制备Zn0.7Co0.3(Ti1-xSnx)Nb2O8(x=0.1,0.15,0.2,0.25,0.3,0.35)微波陶瓷。研究了Sn取代Ti对Zn0.7Co0.3(Ti1-xSnx)Nb2O8微波介质陶瓷的物相结构与介电性能的影响。XRD研究表明,Zn0.7Co0.3(Ti1-xSnx)Nb2O8陶瓷主晶相为ZnTiNb2O8,有极少杂相Zn0.17Ti0.5Nb0.33O2存在;随着Sn含量的增加,陶瓷晶格常数增大,晶胞体积变大,陶瓷密度增大;电子扫描显微镜(SEM)显示随着Sn含量增加陶瓷结构致密;相对介电常数εr逐渐变小,温度系数τf逐渐变小,Q×f值逐渐增大;当Sn含量为0.35时,烧结温度为1 080℃,εr=30.5,Q×f=46 973GHz,τf=-45.4×10-6/℃。  相似文献

采用传统电子陶瓷制备方法研究了Co2O3(1.5%~5.0%,质量分数)掺杂的0.965MgTiO3-0.035SrTiO3(MST0.035)微波介质陶瓷,分析了Co2O3含量对MST0.035陶瓷的烧结性能、晶相结构、显微形貌以及微波介电性能的影响。结果表明:Co2O3的掺杂促进了MST0.035陶瓷的烧结。随着Co2O3掺杂量的增加,陶瓷介电常数略有下降,谐振频率温度系数以及品质因数增加,同时中间相MgTi2O5逐渐减少直至完全消失。当Co2O3掺杂量为质量分数3.0%时,MST0.035陶瓷的烧结温度由1 380℃降低到1 290℃,其烧结所得的样品具有优良的微波介电性能:谐振频率温度系数τf=–2.53×10–6/℃,高的品质因数Q·f=19 006 GHz和介电常数εr=20.5。  相似文献

研究了 SnO_2对 ZnO-Nb_2O-5-TiO_2陶瓷相结构和微波介电性能的影响。随 Sn 添加量的增加,晶相组成逐步从(Zn_(0.15)Nb_(0.30)Ti_(0.55))O2相转变为 ZnTiNb_2O_8相,相对介电常数 ?r减少,?f向负频率温度系数方向移动, 当 Sn 含量增加到0.20,?f可降至 9.8×10–6℃–1。当 SnO2的摩尔比 y 为 0~<0.08 时,形成完全固溶体,提高 Q·f 值;当 y>0.08,部分Sn 形成第 2 相,降低其 Q·f 值。当 y 为 0.08,在 1 150℃烧结,具有很好的微波介电性能,其 ?r为 50.3,Q·f 为 14 892GHz,?f为 25.12×10-6℃–1。  相似文献

DUV lithography, using the 248 nm wavelength, is a viable manufacturing option for devices with features at 130 nm and less. Given the low kl value of the lithography, integrated process development is a necessary method for achieving acceptable process latitude. The application of assist features for rule based OPC requires the simultaneous optimization of the mask, illumination optics and the resist.Described in this paper are the details involved in optimizing each of these aspects for line and space imaging.A reference pitch is first chosen to determine how the optics will be set. The ideal sigma setting is determined by a simple geometrically derived expression. The inner and outer machine settings are determined, in turn,with the simulation of a figure of merit. The maximum value of the response surface of this FOM occurs at the optimal sigma settings. Experimental confirmation of this is shown in the paper.Assist features are used to modify the aerial image of the more isolated images on the mask. The effect that the diffraction of the scattering bars (SBs) has on the image intensity distribution is explained. Rules for determining the size and placement of SBs are also given.Resist is optimized for use with off-axis illumination and assist features. A general explanation of the material' s effect is discussed along with the affect on the through-pitch bias. The paper culminates with the showing of the lithographic results from the fully optimized system.  相似文献

The relation between the power of the Brillouin signal and the strain is one of the bases of the distributed fiber sensors of temperature and strain. The coefficient of the Bfillouin gain can be changed by the temperature and the strain that will affect the power of the Brillouin scattering. The relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is thought to be linear by many researchers. However, it is not always linear based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Therefore, errors will be caused if the relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is regarded as to be linear approximately for measuring the temperature and the strain. For this reason, the influence of the parameters on the Brillouin gain coefficient is proposed through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.  相似文献

The parallel thinning algorithm with two subiterations is improved in this paper. By analyzing the notions of connected components and passes, a conclusion is drawn that the number of passes and the number of eight-connected components are equal. Then the expression of the number of eight-connected components is obtained which replaces the old one in the algorithm. And a reserving condition is proposed by experiments, which alleviates the excess deletion where a diagonal line and a beeline intersect. The experimental results demonstrate that the thinned curve is almost located in the middle of the original curve connectivelv with single pixel width and the processing speed is high.  相似文献

Today, micro-system technology and the development of new MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) are emerging rapidly. In order for this development to become a success in the long run, measurement systems have to ensure product quality. Most often, MEMS have to be tested by means of functionality or destructive tests. One reason for this is that there are no suitable systems or sensing probes available which can be used for the measurement of quasi inaccessible features like small holes or cavities. We present a measurement system that could be used for these kinds of measurements. The system combines a fiber optical, miniaturized sensing probe with low-coherence interferometry, so that absolute distance measurements with nanometer accuracy are possible.  相似文献

This paper presents a new method to increase the waveguide coupling efficiency in hybrid silicon lasers. We find that the propagation constant of the InGaAsP emitting layer can be equal to that of the Si resonant layer through improving the design size of the InP waveguide. The coupling power achieves 42% of the total power in the hybrid lasers when the thickness of the bonding layer is 100 nm. Our result is very close to 50% of the total power reported by Intel when the thickness of the thin bonding layer is less than 5 nm. Therefore, our invariable coupling power technique is simpler than Intel's.  相似文献

A new quantum protocol to teleport an arbitrary unknown N-qubit entangled state from a sender to a fixed receiver under M controllers(M < N) is proposed. The quantum resources required are M non-maximally entangled Greenberger-Home-Zeilinger (GHZ) state and N-M non-maximally entangled Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) pairs. The sender performs N generalized Bell-state measurements on the 2N particles. Controllers take M single-particle measurement along x-axis, and the receiver needs to introduce one auxiliary two-level particle to extract quantum information probabilistically with the fidelity unit if controllers cooperate with it.  相似文献

A continuous-wave (CW) 457 nm blue laser operating at the power of 4.2 W is demonstrated by using a fiber coupled laser diode module pumped Nd: YVO4 and using LBO as the intra-cavity SHG crystal With the optimization of laser cavity and crystal parameters, the laser operates at a very high efficiency. When the pumping power is about 31 W, the output at 457nm reaches 4.2 W, and the optical to optical conversion efficiency is about 13.5% accordingly. The stability of the out putpower is better than 1.2% for 8 h continuously working.  相似文献

It is well known that adding more antennas at the transmitter or at the receiver may offer larger channel capacity in the multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) communication systems. In this letter, a simple proof is presented for the fact that the channel capacity increases with an increase in the number of receiving antennas.
