乙炔清净废水除磷技术的研究

在常温条件下,以次氯酸钠为氧化剂对乙炔清净废水进行氧化处理并以人工配置的石灰浆为反应介质。研究了对应处理效果的最佳pH值、氧化时间、有效氯含量和中和pH值等工艺条件,并在此基础上提出了清净废水总磷的治理工艺,分析了治理成本。

根据实际经验并结合具体案例,介绍对硫酸装置尾气冒烟原因的排查方法。强调首先应对产生冒烟的相关因素有较为清晰的认识,其次排查过程要仔细。对吸收操作温度、酸浓度和喷淋量等工艺操作参数对尾气冒烟的影响提出看法。     

Studies on the preparation and properties of conductive polymers. III. Metallized polymer films by retroplating out

A novel method to prepare polymer metallized films was found by using polymer metal chelate films treated with wetted metal plates (or metal powders). The polymer metal chelate films were prepared by metal salts mixed with the polymers containing a functional group, such as poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA), polyamide, polyacrylamide (PAAm), and polyurethane (PU). This novel method is called the retroplating-out method. Polymer metallized films exhibited low surface resistivity around 10^?1 Ω/cm² by using this novel method. The surfaces of these films were shown to be metallized by means of X-ray analysis. The conduction mechanism was verified reasonably well by using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and UV-visible absorption data.     

Studies on the preparation and properties of conductive polymers. XI. Metallized polymer films by plating out

Metallized films were prepared from the plating‐out method. Various metal powders with lower reduction potential were dispersed in poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) aqueous solution dried to form a film, then treated with metal salt solutions having metal ions in the metal salt with higher reduction potential. Metallized PVA films exhibited low surface resistivity around 10⁰–10¹ Ω/cm² when using the plating‐out method. The surfaces of these films were shown to be metallized by means of X‐ray analysis. 2种担子菌对磷矿中磷的浸提效果

研究木蹄层孔菌和桦剥管菌发酵液对低品位磷的浸出效果.结果表明,术蹄层孔菌的解磷能力显著强于桦剥管菌.最佳浸磷条件为:(1)木蹄层孔菌:矿液比为1∶3,浸矿时间为4 d,初始pH 1.88,提取液中磷最大质量浓度为34.95 mg/L,最大提取率为1.6%.(2)桦剥管菌:矿液比为1∶3.5,初始pH为2.51,提取液中磷最大质量浓度为8.12 mg/L,最大提取率为0.24%.     

如何解决乙炔发生系统蝶阀泄漏乙炔气的问题

蝶阀装置在乙炔生产中具有安全密封作用,但加料操作过程易对其造成损伤,不仅影响生产,而且是造成乙炔气大量泄漏的主要原因。根据长期生产实践,分别从材质到操作等细节问题进行了分析,为避免蝶阀泄漏找到了比较妥善的解决办法,降低了蝶阀装置的维修率。     

Studies on the lipids of sheep red blood cells. II. The incorporation of phosphorus into phospholipids of HK and LK cells

The incorporation of inorganic phosphate (as NaH₂PO₄) into the phospholipids of sheep red blood cells was studied in vitro in blood samples from five highpotassium (HK) and five low-potassium (LK) sheep. The erythrocytes from HK sheep incorporated more activity in 4 hr than those from the LK sheep. However no activity was incorporated into the major phospholipids of the cells (phosphatidyl ethanolamine, phosphatidyl serine, and sphingomyelin) of either group. The phosphatidic acid fraction was labeled in both groups and to a significantly greater extent in the HK samples. However the highest activity in the phospholipid of sheep red-cells was located in three unknown compounds not previously detected. Their specific activities were the same in the HK and the LK samples although they were present in slightly larger amounts in the HK samples. In general, incorporation was at a rather low level, and from stoichiometric considerations it was concluded that the metabolism in the red-cell phospholipids could not be directly involved in the active transport of ions across the cell membrane. This work also confirmed a previous report that no quantitative differences exist among the major phospholipid classes in the two types of cells.

Studies on the thermal degradation of phosphorus containing polymers: 7. Thermal degradation of phosphorylated poly(vinyl alcohol)

The thermal degradation of phosphorylated poly(vinyl alcohol) was investigated using thermogravimetric analysis, infra-red spectroscopy and gas chromatography. The introduction of phosphoric acid groups changed the course of the thermal degradation of the polymer. The dehydration was accelerated and the scission of the polymer chain was inhibited. The cis-β-elimination mechanism of the phosphorus ester group was proposed for the accelerated dehydration.
