SKI-100型C8芳烃异构化催化剂的工业应用 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
介绍了北京石科院研制开发的SKI-100型二甲苯异构化催化剂在中国石油吉林石化公司炼油厂联合芳烃装置的使用情况。标定结果表明,该催化剂满足了邻二甲苯和苯产品的产量要求,且实现了车间的扩能降耗。同时该催化剂在工业装置运行4年,可满足生产要求,操作简单,活性和稳定性高。 相似文献

中国石油大庆石化分公司化工一厂裂解汽油加氢装置一段采用镍系催化剂(HTC-200),二段使用DZCⅡ-1催化剂。两段催化剂自2003年9月投用以来,运行至2008年8月已连续运行5年。文中介绍了一、二段催化剂的特点、性能及5年来的运行情况。通过一系列细化管理,两段催化剂在未进行再生的情况下,能够长周期运行,预计运行周期可达到7年以上。 相似文献

开发了LY - 930 2型重整预加氢催化剂 ,并在装置上使用 ,替代进口的S - 12含量催化剂。结果表明 :在反应温度 2 95~ 30 8℃、反应压力 2 8~ 2 9MPa、原料油中S含量≤ 346× 10 -6及N含量≤ 3 1× 10 -6、体积空速 4 4~ 7 0h-1、氢油体积比 88 7~ 117的条件下 ,预加氢精制油中S、N含量均小于 0 5× 10 -6,精制油液收率大于 97% ,完全能满足装置生产的要求 ;LY - 930 2型催化剂加氢脱硫、脱氮活性比原使用的S - 12型催化剂略高 ,选择性、寿命等均达到S - 12型的性能 ,完全能替代S - 12型催化剂 相似文献

为研究耐硫变换催化剂在高压和高汽气比工况条件下的活性、稳定性评价方法,模拟工况建立了实验室活性评价装置。通过正交试验,确定活性评价条件,并对评价装置的稳定性和评价方法的适用性进行考察。结果表明,在催化剂装填量30 mL(原粒度)、CO体积分数48%、硫化空速750 h-1、硫化压力为常压、硫化时H2S浓度17 g·m-3、活性测定空速3 000 h-1、汽气比1.5、活性测定温度350 ℃和活性测定压力8.0 MPa条件下,装置的平行性<1.0%、复现性<2.0%;在此条件下,测得的催化剂活性和稳定性与催化剂工业应用结果存在较好的一致性。 相似文献

Carbonic anhydrases (CAs) are ubiquitous enzymes that catalyze the reversible hydration/dehydration of carbon dioxide/bicarbonate. As such, there is enormous industrial interest in using CA as a bio-catalyst for carbon sequestration and biofuel production. However, to ensure cost-effective use of the enzyme under harsh industrial conditions, studies were initiated to produce variants with enhanced thermostability while retaining high solubility and catalytic activity. Kinetic and structural studies were conducted to determine the structural and functional effects of these mutations. X-ray crystallography revealed that a gain in surface hydrogen bonding contributes to stability while retaining proper active site geometry and electrostatics to sustain catalytic efficiency. The kinetic profiles determined under a variety of conditions show that the surface mutations did not negatively impact the carbon dioxide hydration or proton transfer activity of the enzyme. Together these results show that it is possible to enhance the thermal stability of human carbonic anhydrase II by specific replacements of surface hydrophobic residues of the enzyme. In addition, combining these stabilizing mutations with strategic active site changes have resulted in thermostable mutants with desirable kinetic properties. 相似文献

Sodium silicate and that calcined at 400 °C for 2 h were used to catalyze the transesterification of cottonseed oil with methanol. Calcined sodium silicate(CSS) catalyst exhibited much higher catalytic activity and stability. A maximum biodiesel yield of 98.9% was achieved at methanol/oil mole ratio of 12:1, reaction temperature65 °C, reaction time 3.0 h, and CSS/oil mass ratio of 2 wt%. After 7 consecutive reactions without any treatment,biodiesel yield reduced to 82.5%. Considering technological and economic feasibility, CSS base catalyst supported on θ rings was prepared for continuous transesterification. The maximum yield was 99.1% under optimum conditions(reaction temperature 55 °C, methanol velocity 1 ml·min-1, oil velocity 3 ml·min-1, and 5 tower sections). These results indicate that this new continuous biodiesel production process and apparatus present a great potential for industrial application in biodiesel. 相似文献

聚乙二醇硼酸酯防锈润滑剂的合成与性能 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
以油酸、三乙醇胺、硼酸和聚乙二醇-400为原料合成了三种硼酸酯,对其性能进行了比较。实验结果表明几种原料复合得到硼酸酯具有较好的水解稳定性、防锈性、润滑性和表面活性。以正交实验结果为基础,设计出复合硼酸酯较佳的酯化条件为:三乙醇胺为5g、硼酸为2g、聚乙二醇-400为20g、油酸为10g。在此条件下合成的硼酸酯,水解稳定性:360h,防锈性:A级,润滑性(PB值):56kg,表面张力:30.74mN·m^-1。 相似文献
