目的:探讨核因子-κB(nuclear factor-KB,NF-κB)在冬凌草甲素(Oridonin,Ori)诱导急性淋巴细胞白血病Molt-4细胞凋亡中的作用.方法Ori单用或联合NF-κB抑制剂吡咯烷二硫氨基甲酸(PDTC,50μmol/L)处理Molt-4细胞,MTT法检测细胞增殖的变化,流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡,Westem blot技术检测NF-κB p65蛋白表达水平.结果Ori对Molt-4细胞生长有显著抑制作用,可诱导细胞凋亡并抑制NF-κBp65蛋白表达,PDTC增加了Ori的上述作用.结论:Ori可诱导Molt-4细胞凋亡,其机制可能与抑制NF-κB活性有关. 相似文献

H.264编码器中的帧内4x4预测部分具有严重的数据依赖性,它的硬件化设计很难采用流水线实现,从而导致关键路径很长,硬件利用率很低,成为H.264编码器设计中的一个瓶颈。针对这个问题, 在不减少预测模式和不增加系统资源的的前提下,本文提出了一种新的结构,它通过利用原始像素进行模式判决和利用重构像素进行帧内预测的方法,可以使帧内预测与重构循环完全流水线实现,基本上达到了100%的硬件利用率,而且没有明显的PSNR的损失。本文所提出的硬件结构可在215个时钟周期内完成一个宏块的帧内4x4预测。用SMIC 0.13um工艺库综合,结果显示该结构最高可运行在250M,面积约为116K门,可支持4096x2160@30fps视频序列的实时编码。 相似文献

目的:研究510.6nm铜蒸气激光照射对体外培养的血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)凋亡的诱导作用,以及对增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达的影响,探讨铜蒸气激光照射在经皮冠状动脉成形术(PTCA)后再狭窄(RS)的防治作用。方法:贴块法培养兔VSMC,510.6nm铜蒸气激光照射后透射电镜观察凋亡细胞形态学改变,TUNEL法计数凋亡细胞,免疫组化染色法计数照光对PCNA阳性表达率的影响。结果:激光照射后,VSMC凋亡率较未照光组增加12.8倍,而PCNA表达阳性率降低27.9%倍;电镜下观察细胞呈典型的凋亡形态学改变。结论:铜蒸气激光照射可以诱导VSMC凋亡,而且抑制其增殖,在RS的防治中具有一定的作用。 相似文献

The novelty of this study resides in the fabrication of stoichiometric and stress‐reduced Si3N4/SiO2/Si3N4 triple‐layer membrane sieves. The membrane sieves were designed to be very flat and thin, mechanically stress‐reduced, and stable in their electrical and chemical properties. All insulating materials are deposited stoichiometrically by a low‐pressure chemical vapor deposition system. The membranes with a thickness of 0.4 µm have pores with a diameter of about 1 µm. The device is fabricated on a 6” silicon wafer with the semiconductor processes. We utilized the membrane sieves for plasma separations from human whole blood. To enhance the separation ability of blood plasma, an agarose gel matrix was attached to the membrane sieves. We could separate about 1 µL of blood plasma from 5 µL of human whole blood. Our device can be used in the cell‐based biosensors or analysis systems in analytical chemistry. 相似文献

Core/shell structured C3N4/BiPO4 photocatalyst is fabricated via a facile ultrasonic dispersion method. The thickness of the shell may be controlled by tuning the amount of C3N4 in the dispersion, which determines the enhanced level of photocatalytic activity. The optimum photocatalytic activity of C3N4/BiPO4 at a weight ratio of 4% (C3N4/BiPO4) under UV irradiation is almost 4.5 times as high as that of reference P25 (TiO2) and 2.5 times of BiPO4. More attractively, the dramatic visible light photocatalytic activity is generated due to the C3N4 loaded. The enhancement in performance is demonstrated to be the match of lattice and energy level between the C3N4 and BiPO4. This match facilitates the separation and transfer of photogenerated electron–hole pairs at the heterojunction interfaces and may be important for other core/shell structured materials. In addition, this method is expected to be extended for other C3N4 loaded materials. 相似文献

目的:研究双氢青蒿素(dihydroartemisinin,DHA)在体外对人乳腺癌细胞的抗癌作用。方法:体外培养人乳腺癌细胞株MDA-MB-231,经不同浓度DHA处理后,应用透射电镜观察癌细胞的超微形态学变化。结果:不同浓度DHA处理后的癌细胞,随浓度的增加,呈现典型的细胞凋亡超微结构改变。结论:DHA能诱导乳腺癌MDAMB-231细胞的凋亡,有望成为抗乳腺癌的辅助化疗药物。 相似文献
