介绍了作为天然可再生资源的大豆油的结构、组成及其大豆油衍生物的合成和在异氰酸酯型聚氨酯和新型的非异氰酸酯型聚氨酯(NIPU)方面的应用。其中,大豆油衍生物包括环氧大豆油、羟基多元醇大豆油、环状碳酸酯和含噁唑烷酮环的预聚物等。由环氧大豆油合成的环状碳酸酯制备的新型非异氰酸酯型聚氨酯可改善传统异氰酸酯型聚氨酯的许多特性,具有较好的耐热性和耐化学品性。 相似文献

以大豆油、苯酐、对苯二甲酸和小分子醇为原料,通过酯化–酯交换反应,制得了酸值0.5mg/g的大豆油基聚酯多元醇。通过FTIR(傅里叶变换红外)、~1H-NMR(核磁共振氢谱)的结构表征,确认了大豆油成功引入聚酯分子链中。同时,考察了大豆油用量对聚酯多元醇品质和聚氨酯泡沫性能的影响。结果表明,原料体系中含有质量分数15%~25%大豆油合成的聚酯多元醇时外观及加工性能较好,由其制备的聚氨酯泡沫的低温尺寸稳定性优异。 相似文献

This work reports a straightforward and selective method for the preparation of a polyol that can be used in the manufacture of polyurethane (PU) films. The polyol, from the N-hydroxyalkylamides family, is obtained from the selective amidation and oxirane ring opening of epoxidized soybean oil (ESO) with the amino alcohol N-methylethanolamine (N-MEA). The reaction is carried out under mild conditions and in the absence of solvents and catalysts. Other similar amino alcohols (namely monoethanolamine (ETA), 5-amino-1-pentanol (PEA), and 2-(2-aminoethoxy)ethanol (AEE)) are also used to carried out the amidation of ESO. However, for these amines, the amidation and/or oxirane ring opening of ESO is not complete. Therefore, the N-hydroxyalkylamide obtained from the amidation of ESO with N-MEA is chosen as the polyol for the preparation of PU films. The PU films are obtained from the reaction with a trimer of hexamethylene diisocyanate (Tolonate) and hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). Curing proceeds at room temperature, without catalyst. It is shown that the properties of the resulting PU films are dependent on the amount of Tolonate in the formulation. 相似文献

Epoxidized soybean oil was effectively converted to carbonated soybean oil (CSBO) containing five‐membered cyclic carbonates by reaction with carbon dioxide in the presence of tetrabutylammonium bromide as catalyst at 110°C in high yield. CSBO could easily react with di‐ or tri‐ primary amines to give the corresponding nonisocyanate polyurethane networks (NIPUs). A model reaction between CSBO and n‐butylamine showed the effective ring opening of five‐membered cyclic carbonate moieties in the triglyceride molecules by the amine to form β‐hydroxyurethane systems. NIPUs were further characterized by the three techniques of solvent extraction, dynamical mechanical analysis, and limited tensile testing. The data from these methods confirmed the network character of all materials and also showed how the levels of extractables, Tg, and mechanical properties varied with type of amine and, in the case of ethylenediamine, the effect of stoichiometry. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The waterborne polyurethane (WPU) modified by epoxidized soybean oil (ESO) and styrene (St) (WPU-ESO-St) was synthesized by free-radical emulsion polymerization using styrene (St) as a monomer, and azodiisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator. The research on the mechanical properties of the film showed that with the increasing of the [NCO]/[OH] ratio, the contents of ESO, DAAM and the St, the tensile strength increased, and elongation at break decreased. The surface morphology of the film was characterized by atomic force microscopy (AFM). The glass transition temperature (Tg) of the film was characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis. 相似文献

用亚硫酸钠还原氢过氧化大豆油制备羟基大豆油,并考察了溶剂种类,溶剂浓度,温度,还原剂亚硫酸钠量及还原时间对反应的影响.在实验条件下,最佳工艺条件为:15℃、以88.2 %(V/V体系)的乙醇为溶剂、n(Na2SO3)∶n(-OOH)=1.2∶1、反应1.5h.氢过氧化大豆油的转化率达95.8%. 相似文献
