This paper gives an overview of the Solar Energy Storage Program at the Solar Energy Research Institute. The program provides research, systems analyses, and economic assessments of thermal and thermochemical energy storage and transport. Current activities include experimental research into very high temperature (above 800°C) thermal energy storage and assessment of novel thermochemical energy storage and transport systems.

The applications for such high-temperature storage are thermochemical processes, solar thermal-electric power generation, regeneration of heat and electricity, industrial process heat, and thermally regenerative electrochemical systems.

The research results for five high-temperatuTe thermal energy storage technologies and two thermochemical systems are described.  相似文献

为了扩展能值分析方法的应用范围,根据能值分析的基本思想,并以能量守恒和能值守恒为依据,提出了能反映多联产系统特点的能值评价指标,该能值评价指标将多联产系统的成本结构、排放影响和节约的资源置于同样重要位置考虑.以煤基燃料-电力多联产系统(甲醇-电力,氢-电力)为案例进行了能值分析.结果表明:该能值评价指标能全面度量多联产系统及其可持续性;多联产系统的连接模式、技术配置等因素均影响着多联产系统的可持续性;合适的燃料-电力比例的多联产系统的可持续性与单产系统相比有明显改善.图4表3参11  相似文献

We discuss a class of nonsmooth vector fields on which are called relay systems. The main result provides a systematic classification of typical singularities which arise in generic one-parameter families of such systems. This is done by means of the notion of the mild equivalence between two relay systems. The theory is used to give a geometric characterization of the phase space in neighborhoods of the singularities, and tools of the singularity theory play a key role.   相似文献

For semilinear control systems the Lyapunov spectrum is approximated via the Floquet and the Morse spectrum. If the semilinear control system possesses singular subspaces, which corresponds to blockdiagonality of the system, it can be shown that the analysis of these two spectra can be reduced to these lower-dimensional systems. The Floquet spectrum of control sets with nonvoid interior is contained in the Floquet spectra of the restricted control systems. The Morse spectrum coincides with the union of the Morse spectra of the restricted systems. In particular, all Lyapunov exponents are attained on the singular subspaces.  相似文献

The robust regulator problem for linear uncertain systems with constrained control is considered. Necessary and su.cient conditions of positive invariance of polyhedral domains with respect to motion of uncertain systems are given. Further, it is shown that in contrast to the case of perfectly known systems, positive invariance with respect to uncertain systems and stability of n - m assigned eigenvalues from the open loop system do not imply asymptotic stability. Furthermore, conditions ensuring this asymptotic stability are derived. This enables us to construct robust constrained regulators, i.e., control laws satisfying control constraints and achieving asymptotic stability in presence of parametric uncertainties.  相似文献

Photovoltaic-thermoelectric hybrid systems that operate in steady state have attracted considerable attention due to the possibility of supplying more power output than the photovoltaic cell alone. In real life, however, the solar energy continually changes during a day, thus rendering the assumption of steady state unrealistic. In this study, we have investigated such time-dependent systems by following the trajectory of the sun between sunrise and sunset. Computed results of thermal efficiencies are parametrized in heat transfer coefficients, the thermal conductivities of the thermoelectric module, and Seebeck coefficients. For values of the Seebeck coefficient greater than 2.13 × 10?3 V/K thermal efficiencies of the hybrid system appear higher than those of the photovoltaic cells alone. To tackle the strong nonlinear coupling between nodal temperatures, and power outputs, we have adopted two-stage iterative schemes.  相似文献

We show that any globally asymptotically controllable system on any smooth manifold can be globally stabilized by a state feedback. Since we allow discontinuous feedbacks, we interpret the solutions of our systems in the “sample and hold” sense introduced by Clarke, Ledyaev, Sontag, and Subbotin (CLSS). We generalize their theorem which is the special case of our result for systems on Euclidean space. 简述了低温全新风系统的组成,分析了低温全新风系统在实际应用中的优势和不足,分析结果表明:与常温一次回风系统相比,低温全新风系统具有改善和稳定室内空气品质、避免病菌重复感染、保证空调系统安全性、节约风道材料、对于新风比大于等于30%的建筑可以节能、适合与冰蓄冷系统的联合应用等优点,具有过滤器易堵塞、滤料消耗多、运行管理任务繁重等缺点,低温全新风系统的应用利多弊少,应该扩大范围推广应用。  相似文献

Necessary and sufficient controllability conditions for Lie groups not coinciding with their derived subgroup are obtained in terms of the root decomposition corresponding to the adjoint operator ad B. For linear (control) systems on infinite-dimensional state spaces with finite-dimensional unstable subspace, this paper introduces the concepts of topological entropy and invariance entropy. For linear dynamical systems on Banach spaces, described by a strongly continuous semigroup, the topological entropy is given by the sum of the real parts of the unstable eigenvalues of the infinitesimal generator. An application is provided by computing the topological entropy of delay equations and of a parabolic partial differential equation. Furthermore, the invariance entropy for infinite-dimensional linear control systems is equal to the topological entropy of the homogeneous equation and so it is also described by the eigenvalues of the infinitesimal generator.  相似文献

鉴于传统规划方法分析单一能源系统存在的不足,提出了一种气电联合系统的协同规划方法,其考虑了天然气系统和电力系统的安全运行约束,以总投资成本、运行成本及碳排放成本最小为目标,建立了气电联合系统的协同规划模型,并采用改进的粒子群算法进行求解,最后对IEEE39节点系统和12节点天然气系统构建的算例进行分析。结果表明,与独立规划相比,气电联合系统协同规划所得规划方案总成本更低,碳排放量也更小。  相似文献
