研究建立了GC-MS测定聚氨酯泡沫中3种有机磷阻燃剂三(2-氯乙基)磷酸酯(TCEP)、三(2-氯丙基)磷酸酯三(TCPP)和(1,3-二氯异丙基)磷酸酯(TDCP)的分析方法。室温条件下,乙酸乙酯溶剂超声提取30min,萃取液通过气相色谱/质谱-选择离子监测法进行定量分析。3种有机磷阻燃剂的线性范围为3mg/kg^100mg/kg;相关系数大于0.995;方法检测限范围为0.4~0.8mg/kg;平均回收率在89.7%~109.5%,相对标准偏差(n=6)小于6%。 相似文献

Analytical electron microscopy was used to characterize aquatic iron‐rich colloids. We focused our attention on a redox transition medium in the drainage water of a peat soil. In the anoxic peat water, observations by transmission electron microscopy and associated energy dispersive analyses (TEM‐EDS) highlight the presence of spherical entities (~100–600 nm), containing only traces of iron. The increase of dissolved oxygen concentration favours the formation of iron oxy(hydr)oxides. In the oxygenated drain, particles with the same morphology and size range are present. Statistical TEM‐EDS analyses show that they represent the only colloidal form of iron in the drain samples. Nevertheless, although Fe–K peaks appear clearly on EDS spectra, the proportion of iron in these colloids reaches at most 4% at. (whereas C + O > 90% at.). Structural information completes this study. Both electron spectroscopic imaging (ESI) and electron energy‐loss spectroscopy (EELS) reveal the disparity between element distributions within the drain entities. Iron and calcium are preferably distributed on the outer sphere of the particle, whereas carbon and oxygen follow the theoretical variation of the signal intensity within a plain sphere. The implication of organic matter as nucleation site for iron precipitation is spectacularly demonstrated by the presence of nanometre‐sized iron‐rich phases highlighted by EELS line scans. 相似文献

建立了气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)同时测定大豆油中34种有机氯农药(OCPs)、12种多氯联苯(PCBs)及6种多环芳烃(PAHs)残留量的检测方法。首先使用表面活性剂作为乳化剂制备相对稳定的油/水乳状液,采用乙腈-二甲苯(9∶1,V/V)为提取剂,以QuEChERS前处理方法对其提取2次后净化,随后进行GC-MS/MS检测。对8种表面活性剂及添加浓度进行优化,结果表明,表面活性剂的添加可显著提高大豆油中OCPs、PCBs及PAHs的提取率,最佳添加方案为大豆油∶水∶Tween60=1∶3∶0.01 (m/m/m)。该方法在1/2.5/5/10~400 μg/L浓度范围内的线性关系良好,相关系数R2为0.993 8~0.999 7。在5~100 μg/kg添加浓度水平内,相对标准偏差为1.59%~20.50%,34种OCPs在大豆油中的添加回收率为64.35%~120.63%,12种PCBs的添加回收率为49.65%~97.76%,6种PAHs的添加回收率为74.05%~101.52%。该方法操作简单、油脂去除效果良好,灵敏度、精密度及回收率均可满足国内外相关标准中大豆油中残留限量的要求。 相似文献

In the present paper, a three-dimensional problem of elasticity for homogeneous half-space with gradient coating is considered. Poisson's ratio of the layer is constant and its Young's modulus is a power function of the distance from the surface of the half-space. The surface of non-homogeneous half-space is under tangential loading applied in circular area. Analytical solution is obtained using Fourier integral transform technique. The analytical solution of the problem in continuous dependence of the Young modulus is compared with the solution of the problem in which the inhomogeneous layer is modeled by the package of homogeneous layers. In sub-layers of a package and in substrate is constructed an analytical solution satisfying the conditions of ideal mechanical contact at interlines. Good agreement between results is obtained. 相似文献
