Problems in the realization of drives without mechanical sensor are discussed with special emphasis on the operation at low fundamental electrical frequency including zero frequency. One method that is based on spatial differences in the saturation of the induction machine is shown and a possible combination with a neural network is presented. The main task of the neural network is the identification of the magnetic fingerprint of the induction machine.  相似文献

Electrical drives for pumps or blowers, which are exposed to abrasive media or which must operate absolutely free of wear and tear are hardly feasible with conventional bearings. As a possible alternative to conventional sliding or roller bearings a bearingless motor may be used. In this paper a control scheme for bearingless motors with permanent magnet excitation is presented. This scheme can help reduce the complexity of the power amplifier substantially. Especially, when the motor is operated in conjunction with a voltage source inverter it is possible to observe the state variables by means of a mathematical model, thus measurement of the phase currents is no longer necessary. Control of the radial rotor position, however, requires a nonlinear controller design.  相似文献

The use of smart structures in combination with modern control strategies offers new ways for the actor design. A good mathematical model and the determination of special mathematical structures are very important for the controller design. For a cantilever beam with two piezoelectric layers the equations of motion are derived by means of the Hamilton formalism. This system is a so-called Hamilton-AI-system and it possesses a special symplectic structure. The mathematical model of the investigated beam may be approximated by a transfer function of low order for the controller design. An optimal linear controller is designed and experimental results show the feasibility of the proposed approach.  相似文献

A simple method for the control of a periodically cyclic process is extended to non-periodic reference signals. The main advantages are preserved: it is still simple, needs little prior knowledge of the system and works even with non-minimum-phase systems. This paper describes a concept for the control of a permanent magnet synchronous machine. Calculating the rotor position by integration of the measured speed signal instead of using a position sensor is the significant feature of the concept. Due to dynamic and static deviations of the speed signal an accumulation of a position-error is unavoidable. A method is presented of how to recognize and correct such errors using the measured machine currents. The usability of the concept is shown by simulation-results and measurements from a laboratory test with a 7 kW machine.  相似文献

The socalled dissipativity- and passivity-based control strategies take advantage of the physical nature of the nonlinear plant to be controlled, in particular the internal and external energy flows. Consequently, this enables a unifying analysis and synthesis of coupled mechatronic systems for the purpose of the controller design. The feasibility of these design strategies will be shown by means of two different applications in the field of electromechanical and hydraulic systems.  相似文献

The generalization of Hamiltonian systems with dissipation in combination with the port-concept leads directly to the class of port-controlled Hamiltonian systems with dissipation, or PCHD-systems for short, which are appropriate for modeling and control of nonlinear mechatronic systems. By the help of the structural properties of PCHD-systems it is in general possible to show passivity and to prove stability of the closed loop, if the closed loop system is represented by a PCHD-system. Combining passive systems with ideas from the flatness-based feedforward control, one is able to achieve excellent tracking performance and disturbance rejection at the same time.  相似文献

Wind power stations can cause problems in power quality, especially if they are concentrated in wind parks. This can result in harmonics, flicker and voltage rise. The voltage rise should not exceed 2%. Modern wind generators with self commutated converters enable a control of the reactive power. New buildings designed according to the latest seismic codes have a good earthquake resistance. But in most earthquakes, the greatest problems arise from old existing structures. It is not possible, neither from the economical nor technical point of view, to increase the earthquake resistance of each existing structure in accordance to the latest seismic code. The focus should be put on assessment and seismic upgrading of important structures (lifeline structures, strategic buildings).
