为实现复杂工业现场下的设备测试,本文介绍了一种基于TCP/IP协议的测控系统,该系统采用客户机/服务器模型。测控系统的中央控制计算机与子测控系统的下位机间为“一对多”通讯,中央控制计算机作为服务器,子测控系统的下位机作为客户机;子测控系统的上位机与下位机之间采用“一对一”网络通讯,子测控系统的下位机作为服务器,上位机作为客户机。中央控制计算机采用LabView开发,子测控系统的上位机与下位机采用Visual C+ 6.0开发。最终实现了测控系统的TCP/IP通讯,完成了复杂工业现场下的测试工作。  相似文献

在六自由度运动平台的测控系统中,既需要满足控制的实时性和较高的定时精度,又需要有较强的图形图像交互功能。针对现有测控系统采用的上下位机分开实现方式带来的缺点,设计了一种基于INtime的六自由度运动平台实时测控系统。该测控系统通过INtime进程对数据采集和控制板卡的直接操作实现实时性,同时在Windows进程中并行运行非实时任务,能够在一台工业控制计算机上实现测控系统的要求。实际运行测试结果显示,该系统具有高实时性能,满足实时控制的要求,图形渲染流畅,验证了该方案的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

为实现某化学分析测量仪器自动化测控需求,设计并组建了一套基于工业计算机与可编程自动化控制器(programmable automation controller,PAC)的测控系统;系统上位机通过以太网监控下位机的运行状态,实时显示该仪器中电磁阀开关状态、温度、压力和流量等参数信息;下位机按仪器流程需要设定控制程序,实现对各单元设备的控制和数据采集;并通过设计基于工作流程的数据结构、模块化开发和多线程等技术,编制了系统测控软件;系统具备工作流程定制、数据自动记录、自动报警和自动运行等功能,成功与用于该仪器中;经过多次实验验证和现场工作,测控系统稳定可靠。   相似文献

开发基于无线传输的智能环境调控系统,整个系统由上位机、测控终端及外设等组成。测控终端由MSP430F149、无线传输模块及诸检测模块等组成,是测控系统的核心。为解决养殖环境非线性、测量参数滞后等问题,采用模糊控制算法,通过模拟人的思维方法并借鉴人工操作经验实现畜禽养殖环境的智能控制。  相似文献

本文介绍了海洋工程水池造波机远程测控系统的造波数据处理方法。为实现造波机的远程测控要求,造波数据必须通过远程计算机下载到就地PLC,快速输出控制造波机造波。测控系统通过嵌入VB编程辅助控制,解决了Wincc组态监控与PLC控制的高速数据传输瓶颈问题,实施后运行验证,研制的系统既满足高可靠性,又达到了造波的快速响应性。  相似文献

以PID控制理论为基础,采用LabVIEW和PID Toolkit作为开发平台,设计并实现了一套橡胶硫化仪测控系统。该系统通过下位机采集温度数据,并由上位机软件对采集的信号进行分析处理,使当前温度值逼近设定值,从而实现对温度的控制。调试结果表明,该系统具有界面友好、测量精度高、安全可靠、易于操作等特点。  相似文献

为了实现液位测控中对精度要求高的需求,提出了一种基于容栅传感器和LabVIEW的液位精密测控系统,利用容栅传感器输出的电容信号经信号调理模块输入MSP430单片机处理,并通过PID算法精密控制液位,采用LabVIEW设计系统监控界面程序,实现系统数据的显示、存储、绘图以及人机控制等功能;通过测试数据表明该液位测控系统测量精度高,精度达0.05ml,操作简单;该系统还可配装为数显测定仪和物体密度测量仪,人机界面良好,成本低,易推广。  相似文献

本文描述了数字电位器技术在远程测控系统中的高精度调节应用。为满足海洋工程水池造波机远程测控系统通过PLC对现场造波机的高精度调节控制。在测控系统研制中,采用数字电位器技术研发了数字电位器智能模块通过RS232(或RS485)与PLC通讯连接实现对数字电位器高精度调节,从而实施对通过PLC的D/A输出造波波形控制的幅值调制。  相似文献

为了实现对自由活塞斯特林制冷机相关参数的测控,开发了一套基于HCS12单片机的测控系统,该测控系统采用MC9S12DG256单片机,选取了合适的传感器测量压力、温度、电压和电流等参数。采用PC机作为上位机,使用组态王软件设计了人机对话窗口。为了保证制冷机安全可靠运行,采用反电动势控制策略实现制冷机直线电机行程控制,采用快速制冷与温度PID控制相结合的控制策略实现制冷机冷端温度的控制。其经验可以用于其它类似的测控系统的研制工作。  相似文献

Abstract This paper describes an approach to the design of interactive multimedia materials being developed in a European Community project. The developmental process is seen as a dialogue between technologists and teachers. This dialogue is often problematic because of the differences in training, experience and culture between them. Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. It concludes that while there are grounds to be optimistic about the contribution EC programmes can make to the efficiency and standard of education and training, they are still too technology driven.  相似文献

融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.  相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.  相似文献

This paper provides the author's personal views and perspectives on software process improvement. Starting with his first work on technology assessment in IBM over 20 years ago, Watts Humphrey describes the process improvement work he has been directly involved in. This includes the development of the early process assessment methods, the original design of the CMM, and the introduction of the Personal Software Process (PSP)SM and Team Software Process (TSP){SM}. In addition to describing the original motivation for this work, the author also reviews many of the problems he and his associates encountered and why they solved them the way they did. He also comments on the outstanding issues and likely directions for future work. Finally, this work has built on the experiences and contributions of many people. Mr. Humphrey only describes work that he was personally involved in and he names many of the key contributors. However, so many people have been involved in this work that a full list of the important participants would be impractical.  相似文献

提出了一种基于复小波域统计建模与噪声方差估计显著性修正相结合的合成孔径雷达(Synthetic Aperture Radar,SAR)图像斑点噪声滤波方法。该方法首先通过对数变换将乘性噪声模型转化为加性噪声模型,然后对变换后的图像进行双树复小波变换(Dualtree Complex Wavelet Transform,DCWT),并对复数小波系数的统计分布进行建模。在此先验分布的基础上,通过运用贝叶斯估计方法从含噪系数中恢复原始系数,达到滤除噪声的目的。实验结果表明该方法在去除噪声的同时保留了图像的细节信息,取得了很好的降噪效果。  相似文献
