为了提高多目标优化算法的求解性能,提出一种启发式的基于种群的全局搜索与局部搜索相结合的多目标进化算法混合框架.该框架采用模块化、系统化的设计思想,不同模块可以采用不同策略构成不同的算法.采用经典的改进非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-II)和基于分解的多目标进化算法(MOEA/D)作为进化算法的模块算法来验证所提混合框架的有效性.数值实验表明,所提混合框架具有良好性能,可以兼顾算法求解的多样性和收敛性,有效提升现有多目标进化算法的求解性能.  相似文献

This paper proposes a novel multi-objective root system growth optimizer (MORSGO) for the copper strip burdening optimization. The MORSGO aims to handle multi-objective problems with satisfactory convergence and diversity via implementing adaptive root growth operators with a pool of multi-objective search rules and strategies. Specifically, the single-objective root growth operators including branching, regrowing and auxin-based tropisms are deliberately designed. They have merits of appropriately balancing exploring & exploiting and self-adaptively varying population size to reduce redundant computation. The effective multi-objective strategies including the fast non-dominated sorting and the farthest-candidate selection are developed for saving and retrieving the Pareto optimal solutions with remarkable approximation as well as uniform spread of Pareto-optimal solutions. With comprehensive evaluation against a suit of benchmark functions, the MORSGO is verified experimentally to be superior or at least comparable to its competitors in terms of the IGD and HV metrics. The MORSGO is then validated to solve the real-world copper strip burdening optimization with different elements. Computation results verifies the potential and effectiveness of the MORSGO to resolve complex industrial process optimization.  相似文献

分析量子进化算法和免疫算子的特点,提出一种分级变异的量子进化算法,用于求解多目标优化问题,算法主要基于两个策略:首先,利用快速非受控排序和密度距离计算种群抗原-抗体的亲和度;然后,基于亲和度排序将个体进行分级,最优分级中的个体作为算法中的最优个体,大部分实施量子旋转更新和免疫操作,而剩余分级中的个体实施免疫交叉操作以获得新的个体补充种群,求解多目标0/1背包问题的实验结果表明了该算法的有效性.  相似文献

The unequal area facility layout problem (UA-FLP) which deals with the layout of departments in a facility comprises of a class of extremely difficult and widely applicable multi-objective optimization problems with constraints arising in diverse areas and meeting the requirements for real-world applications. Based on the heuristic strategy, the problem is first converted into an unconstrained optimization problem. Then, we use a modified version of the multi-objective ant colony optimization (MOACO) algorithm which is a heuristic global optimization algorithm and has shown promising performances in solving many optimization problems to solve the multi-objective UA-FLP. In the modified MOACO algorithm, the ACO with heuristic layout updating strategy which is proposed to update the layouts and add the diversity of solutions is a discrete ACO algorithm, with a difference from general ACO algorithms for discrete domains which perform an incremental construction of solutions but the ACO in this paper does not. We propose a novel pheromone update method and combine the Pareto optimization based on the local pheromone communication and the global search based on the niche technology to obtain Pareto-optimal solutions of the problem. In addition, the combination of the local search based on the adaptive gradient method and the heuristic department deformation strategy is applied to deal with the non-overlapping constraint between departments so as to obtain feasible solutions. Ten benchmark instances from the literature are tested. The experimental results show that the proposed MOACO algorithm is an effective method for solving the UA-FLP.  相似文献

This paper presents a modified version of the water cycle algorithm (WCA). The fundamental concepts and ideas which underlie the WCA are inspired based on the observation of water cycle process and how rivers and streams flow to the sea. New concept of evaporation rate for different rivers and streams is defined so called evaporation rate based WCA (ER-WCA), which offers improvement in search. Furthermore, the evaporation condition is also applied for streams that directly flow to sea based on the new approach. The ER-WCA shows a better balance between exploration and exploitation phases compared to the standard WCA. It is shown that the ER-WCA offers high potential in finding all global optima of multimodal and benchmark functions. The WCA and ER-WCA are tested using several multimodal benchmark functions and the obtained optimization results show that in most cases the ER-WCA converges to the global solution faster and offers more accurate results than the WCA and other considered optimizers. Based on the performance of ER-WCA on a number of well-known benchmark functions, the efficiency of the proposed method with respect to the number of function evaluations (computational effort) and accuracy of function value are represented.  相似文献

Nature-based algorithms have become popular in recent fifteen years and have been widely applied in various fields of science and engineering, such as robot control, cluster analysis, controller design, dynamic optimization and image processing. In this paper, a new swarm intelligence algorithm named cognitive behavior optimization algorithm (COA) is introduced, which is used to solve the real-valued numerical optimization problems. COA has a detailed cognitive behavior model. In the model of COA, the common phenomenon of foraging food source for population is summarized as the process of exploration–communication–adjustment. Matching with the process, three main behaviors and two groups in COA are introduced. Firstly, cognitive population uses Gaussian and Levy flight random walk methods to explore the search space in the rough search behavior. Secondly, the improved crossover and mutation operator are used in the information exchange and share behavior between the two groups: cognitive population and memory population. Finally, the intelligent adjustment behavior is used to enhance the exploitation of the population for cognitive population. To verify the performance of our approach, both the classic and modern complex benchmark functions considered as the unconstrained functions are employed. Meanwhile, some well-known engineering design optimization problems are used as the constrained functions in the literature. The experimental results, considering both convergence and accuracy simultaneously, demonstrate the effectiveness of COA for global numerical and engineering optimization problems.  相似文献

Feature selection (FS) is a critical step in data mining, and machine learning algorithms play a crucial role in algorithms performance. It reduces the processing time and accuracy of the categories. In this paper, three different solutions are proposed to FS. In the first solution, the Harris Hawks Optimization (HHO) algorithm has been multiplied, and in the second solution, the Fruitfly Optimization Algorithm (FOA) has been multiplied, and in the third solution, these two solutions are hydride and are named MOHHOFOA. The results were tested with MOPSO, NSGA-II, BGWOPSOFS and B-MOABC algorithms for FS on 15 standard data sets with mean, best, worst, standard deviation (STD) criteria. The Wilcoxon statistical test was also used with a significance level of 5% and the Bonferroni–Holm method to control the family-wise error rate. The results are shown in the Pareto front charts, indicating that the proposed solutions' performance on the data set is promising.

融合了粒子群算法(PSO) 和Solver 加载宏,形成混合PSO-Solver算法进行优化问题的求解。PSO作为全局搜索算法首先给出问题的全局可行解,Solver则是基于梯度信息的局部搜索工具,对粒子群算法得出的解再进行改进,二者互相结合,既加快了全局搜索的速度,又有效地避免了陷入局部最优。算法用VBA语言进行编程,简单且易于实现。通过对无约束优化问题和约束优化问题的求解,以及和标准PSO、其他一些混合算法的比较表明,PSO-Solver算法能够有效地提高求解过程的收敛速度和解的精确性。  相似文献

提出一种基于修改增广Lagrange函数和PSO的混合算法用于求解约束优化问题。将约束优化问题转化为界约束优化问题,混合算法由两层迭代结构组成,在内层迭代中,利用改进PSO算法求解界约束优化问题得到下一个迭代点。外层迭代主要修正Lagrange乘子和罚参数,检查收敛准则是否满足,重构下次迭代的界约束优化子问题,检查收敛准则是否满足。数值实验结果表明该混合算法的有效性。  相似文献

Multi-objective optimization problems (MOPs) have become a research hotspot, as they are commonly encountered in scientific and engineering applications. When solving some complex MOPs, it is quite difficult to locate the entire Pareto-optimal front. To better settle this problem, a novel double-module immune algorithm named DMMO is presented, where two evolutionary modules are embedded to simultaneously improve the convergence speed and population diversity. The first module is designed to optimize each objective independently by using a sub-population composed with the competitive individuals in this objective. Differential evolution crossover is performed here to enhance the corresponding objective. The second one follows the traditional procedures of immune algorithm, where proportional cloning, recombination and hyper-mutation operators are operated to concurrently strengthen the multiple objectives. The performance of DMMO is validated by 16 benchmark problems, and further compared with several multi-objective algorithms, such as NSGA-II, SPEA2, SMSEMOA, MOEA/D, SMPSO, NNIA and MIMO. Experimental studies indicate that DMMO performs better than the compared targets on most of test problems and the advantages of double modules in DMMO are also analyzed.  相似文献

Based on the simulated annealing strategy and immunodominance in the artificial immune system, a simulated annealing-based immunodominance algorithm (SAIA) for multi-objective optimization (MOO) is proposed in this paper. In SAIA, all immunodominant antibodies are divided into two classes: the active antibodies and the hibernate antibodies at each temperature. Clonal proliferation and recombination are employed to enhance local search on those active antibodies while the hibernate antibodies have no function, but they could become active during the following temperature. Thus, all antibodies in the search space can be exploited effectively and sufficiently. Simulated annealing-based adaptive hypermutation, population pruning, and simulated annealing selection are proposed in SAIA to evolve and obtain a set of antibodies as the trade-off solutions. Complexity analysis of SAIA is also provided. The performance comparison of SAIA with some state-of-the-art MOO algorithms in solving 14 well-known multi-objective optimization problems (MOPs) including four many objectives test problems and twelve multi-objective 0/1 knapsack problems shows that SAIA is superior in converging to approximate Pareto front with a standout distribution.  相似文献

In this paper, an orthogonal multi-objective evolutionary algorithm (OMOEA) is proposed for multi-objective optimization problems (MOPs) with constraints. Firstly, these constraints are taken into account when determining Pareto dominance. As a result, a strict partial-ordered relation is obtained, and feasibility is not considered later in the selection process. Then, the orthogonal design and the statistical optimal method are generalized to MOPs, and a new type of multi-objective evolutionary algorithm (MOEA) is constructed. In this framework, an original niche evolves first, and splits into a group of sub-niches. Then every sub-niche repeats the above process. Due to the uniformity of the search, the optimality of the statistics, and the exponential increase of the splitting frequency of the niches, OMOEA uses a deterministic search without blindness or stochasticity. It can soon yield a large set of solutions which converges to the Pareto-optimal set with high precision and uniform distribution. We take six test problems designed by Deb, Zitzler et al., and an engineering problem (W) with constraints provided by Ray et al. to test the new technique. The numerical experiments show that our algorithm is superior to other MOGAS and MOEAs, such as FFGA, NSGAII, SPEA2, and so on, in terms of the precision, quantity and distribution of solutions. Notably, for the engineering problem W, it finds the Pareto-optimal set, which was previously unknown.  相似文献

在求解约束优化问题时,为了有效处理约束条件,克服文化算法易陷入局部极值点、混沌搜索优化初值敏感、搜索效率低等缺陷,将混沌搜索优化嵌入至文化算法框架,提出一种求解约束优化问题的混沌文化算法。该模型由基于混沌的群体空间和存储知识的信念空间组成,利用地形知识表达约束条件,标准知识和地形知识共同引导混沌搜索,并利用形势知识引导混沌扰动。实例表明,该算法具有较优良的搜索性能,尤其能有效处理高维复杂约束优化问题。  相似文献

鉴于基本粒子群算法无法解决高维多目标优化问题,提出了一种适合求解高维多目标优化问题的灰色粒子群算法(GPSO),该算法根据灰色关联能够很好地分析目标矢量之间的接近程度,并能掌握解空间全貌的特点,利用灰色关联度的大小来选取粒子群算法中的全局极值和个体极值。实验结果证明,该算法可行而有效,同时也拓展了粒子群算法的应用领域。  相似文献

This paper proposes a novel optimization algorithm inspired by the ions motion in nature. In fact, the proposed algorithm mimics the attraction and repulsion of anions and cations to perform optimization. The proposed algorithm is designed in such a way to have the least tuning parameters, low computational complexity, fast convergence, and high local optima avoidance. The performance of this algorithm is benchmarked on 10 standard test functions and compared to four well-known algorithms in the literature. The results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is able to show very competitive results and has merits in solving challenging optimization problems.  相似文献
